I have really just begun exploring and haven't really worked with reports yet but so far the system is doing everything I had hoped for. Pros Ease of use. The AI tool is extremely helpful but is sometimes not so accurate and needs to be verified. Cons The system is quite slow. Changes are not always made quickly. I need to refresh pages in order for the changes to appear. Loading pages takes too much time especially when a folder has say 30 pages. Unless I am missing something I have to load many pages to get to Page 10 or 20. Whenever I have a question, I can easily reach out to my Customer Success Manager, search the comprehensive help resources, or use the chat feature to connect with support. Each option has provided timely and effective assistance, contributing to a smooth and reliable user experience Pros What stands out most about ContractSafe is its exceptional ease of use and intuitive document management interface. We needed a solution that could be seamlessly implemented across our organization and easily adopted by all users—ContractSafe delivered exactly that. It provides the functionality we require without unnecessary complexity, making it both efficient and accessible. Overall, it has proven to be a highly effective tool that aligns perfectly with our needs. I also appreciate the continued advancement of the product and adding new helpful features that makes the product even better. Cons What I liked least about ContractSafe was the initial effort required to enter all of our existing contracts; however, this was ultimately a result of my own choice. ContractSafe offers solutions to streamline this process quickly and efficiently, but I opted to complete the data entry myself. In hindsight, this approach provided valuable insight into the platform’s features and functionality, which better equipped me to train our staff with confidence and clarity. The platform makes it easy to store, organize and keep track of all of our contracts in one place and we can grant permissions differently for different sets of users. In addition, the customer service is always incredibly helpful! I do not know what we would do without it! Pros The platform makes it easy to store, organize and keep track of all of our contracts. We also appreciate the ability to keep track of specific clauses and get reminders when renewals or expiry is approaching. The AI tool has also improved significantly since it was initially rolled out. Cons No real complaints about the product. The filters and clear areas have the user in my mind. Pros Ease of use and simplicity is excellent - so easy to access, download and upload even direct from email. Filter functions works very well and make it easy to find what you need straight away. Column filters also an excellent function to get what you want quickly. Cons I haven't come across any issues or cons so far in my 18mths of use. He’s always been responsive to my calls and emails, and takes the time to make sure I fully understand how to use all the available tools. Additionally, the online support team has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve reached out. They provide clear, step-by-step guidance to ensure I can effectively utilize the tools to their full potential. Pros 1.It is user friendly 2. role-based permissions, which allows control over who can view, edit, or manage contracts, helping improve compliance and minimize risk. 3. That users are automatically notified of key contract dates (renewals, expirations, etc.), which helps avoid costly oversights. Cons IOne of the main drawbacks is the lack of flexibility in the approval and signature workflow. Currently, the system requires setting up the signature process first, followed by approvals, which creates inefficiencies. Ideally, we would prefer to configure both the approval and signature stages simultaneously. As it stands, reminders can be sent to the signer even before the approval process is completed, which is confusing and inefficient—especially for the signature authority, who only signs after all approvals are finalized. It would be much more effective if the system allowed signatures to be automatically triggered once approvals are complete. Overall, it is an excellent user experience which is easy to navigate and which significantly reduces manual effort. Pros The user experience is straightforward and intuitive, with everything being generally uncomplicated. Documents being searchable almost immediately massively improves discoverability and accuracy. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Overall it is reassuring to know that all of our documents are in one place, that they have strong access control protection and that documents are easily retrievable and reportable. Cons What is missing is more integration with upload methods or alternative storage locations. Submitting documents by email is very useful, however all uploads are grouped together and subject line or intelligent classification would be of huge benefit. Tighter integration with Microsoft or Google storage platforms for either upload or storage extension would be valuable. When there are any issues reported such as password or even outages the customer support team there works hard to ensure that my needs are met. Pros My favorite feature in contract safe is the ability to bring up all documents through the filters when creating lists for organizational use. I believe that the user interface is another part of its best features. Another feature I find very useful is how easy it is to share documents with my counterparts in my agency. Cons I have not found anything that there is to not like about this product. If I have to give a least liking to any product is that I wish there was more human interaction. We have gone from housing PDFs to being a true project management powerhouse. We are able to store vendor contracts, utilities, vehicle registration, and insurance details for our properties. I appreciate being able to customize views for each of these areas, capturing the unique data points. She helped us build reports, understand the platform, and exceed our expectations for this platform. Cons The AI still has some room to grow. As I have been pushing the limits, using it for utility bill storage alongside contracts, there are certain datapoints a standard contract picks up but not the invoices. The reminders for expiration & renewal are particularly valuable for risk management. We can edit contracts or tie our addendums to the contract folder for future reference. Customer support is responsive, friendly and very helpful. Pros Our legal dept. is essentially paperless and uses ContractSafe to manage, organize & edit contracts. The approval process makes it easy for all to review and see comments from those approving the contract. It's extremely useful and highly recommended. The ease of entering information for each contract and being able to search a document make using ContractSafe simple. Pros I like the ease of uploading contracts and the fact that a majority of terms can be auto-filled. Being able to name files whatever you want without restrictions is very convenient. Cons The thing I like least is sometimes I had to re-upload contracts. It's not difficult but just time-consuming.
