"Revolutionize Your Financial Operations – TODAY!"

**Overall:** FloQast has revolutionized my experience with FloQast running our Accounting operations, including month-end close! Up-to-date insight with where things stand for our team. The FQ team has been AMAZING to work with - innovative, responsive, thoughtful. The FQ Sales and Onboarding experience was pleasant and quick. The continued customer experience is strong.

**Pros:** –Love the ability to reconcile accounts with daily/push sync –LOVE the ability to maintain ALL of our Finance workflows in one system –LOVEEEE FloQast's constant pursuit of innovation – they're not getting left behind in an ever evolving FinTech landscape – and they truly want, listen, and respond to customer feedback

**Cons:** My cons are very minor for FQ. –Notes can only be left on a checklist/reconciliation item. You can't add a note in the Notes tab. –No task priorities (high, medium, low, etc.) or tags available in Projects. –You can view reconciliations and checklists together in Folders or separately across all folders, but you can't view all reconciliations and checklists together across folders (except in Todos but you can't filter there and only shows your items, not the team's).

"FQ Review"

**Pros:** It is super easy to use. When I train new people they can pick it up really easily.

**Cons:** Our biggest issue is needing to click refresh rather than having it update on its own. It's not a big issue though.
