They give you great features for what you pay for. When I did have a question with the software and called customer service they were always friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Pros I like that it has all the extras that you would normally have to purchase with other softwares. Cons i can't think of anything that really stands out. It gives them some control of their day while not causing hindrance to mine. Cons Trying to customize the backgrounds. Not easy! Pictures used have to be exact dimensions or they can't be used. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service. Be careful with these guys. Pros I evaluated the product for expanding my business and it was immediately rejected due to the lack of any SDK or API extensibility. It’s fine for a mom and pop shops but not much else. My real complaint though is how they completely failed to remove me from the subscription after my trial and billed me over $700. Even after I called and told them (and they agreed to do it for me as I was disabled). Even after contacting the company over ten times I get the runaround and lame excuses. I never used the product and yet theY happily refuse to refund my money. I give management a big fat F grade. Cons No extensions for other services. March 31, 2015 3.0 3 years I was using Vagaro for myself and my one chair shop. Recently I expanded and grew my business to 2 locations and 6 employees. Vaguer advertises multiple locations, Mac friendly etc...its all lies. They them selves told me many times that the software is built for windows, as that is the "future". Fast forward to 30 days ago, my front desk was experiencing many glitches in the software resulting in multiple calls to the support desk. Each time he was made to feel like a moron and finally was told "we can't help you anymore" I reached out to the Manager/owner regarding not helping my staff. Their reply was by now "you" should know how things work. I told the support staff not to help you guys. Basically you have 30 days to terminate your contract with us(vagaro) All this 2 months before taxes. Inventory was always off as was payroll. two plus two does nit add up to four with this software. Were Barbers who much rather cut hair than spend hours on the telephone troubleshooting a buggy software program. All in all don't waste your hard earned money and time on a group of mean spirited individuals. Review Source JB Josie B. I use it for my personal salon business and it is fantastic! I have asked clients what they think, and they all love it. Easy to use and very functional. Highly recommend! I need to use more of the options that are available. Pros When I am busy clients don't have to wait to schedule their appointment. Then all I have to do is sign in and look at all my appointments. September 18, 2018 5.0 I'm actually shocked that this isn't the go to software for basically any business that wants to advance with technology! Pros It is very easy to use, I personally found it easy to pick up in just a couple days! The layout of it is clean and appealing to the eye, and I love the versatility of the software. Very detailed. I love that when I am away from work or on vacation, I can see what my next day or week looks like. I also love that if I need to change or add anything I can do it whenever I want. Cons What I like least about this product, is definitely the fact that it seems to glitch and log you out on the desktop format, but as I said it is still the best software I have personally used at a business. I love the texting reminders and confirmations. I also like the app, we can schedule clients from anywhere and I have never had a problem with it not updating between devices. There are a few features I go through other sources to use (such a credit cards), but it is nice to have the options. Cons The visuals can be a little busy and hard on the eyes. I would like to it to be a little simpler in design. Also- I cannot stand the configuration of the calendar on the mobile app. Instead of having the regular calendar we are used to, it moved the date you're seeing to the front. July 9, 2019 5.0 LOVE! I have used many booking systems and Vagaro is by far the best I have used. It is so easy to book, move and edit all appointments. Merging clients has never been easier. It is overall the best system I have used. Pros I love that you can customize the timing on your schedule, booking online is very easy for my clients. I love how people can use the booking button right from Instagram. I also LOVE that you can have a portfolio of work and your space on the system for people to see. I had no idea what I needed when I first went out on my own, I just knew that I need something to keep me organized. The last thing I wanted was to frustrate the clients who followed me. I did not want to lose clients because I couldn't keep their appointments straight or may lose an appointment ect. I am so happy I chose Vagaro! They have been AMAZING from the get go! Plus they have so many built in features that keeps me on track everyday. I also love how they continue to progress and upgrade. To anyone looking for a software, this is the one!!
