Its easy to use and plenty of helpful videos if you get stuck. Pros I switched from clinicsense to vagaro a couple months ago. I pay the same as I did with clinicsense but I get more out of it. I absolutely love vagaro. It helps me manage my business better. Cons I am having trouble with the intake form portion on this product. Its easy to make your own but I am not sure how to send it out or print. However I am still new to this product so I can't dock them yet. I also paid for a card reader with a doc and they sent me the free reader instead and charged me. Other than that no complaints. Review Source JC Joanna C. They are always adding new features and i have to say that ever since we been using this software it has never crash or stop working, very reliable. Pros It is very easy to use and normally takes a few minutes to train our staff. I like that is designed for the beauty industry business so everything you need is there. Customer service is the best, getting a rep on the phone has never been easier. The mobile version is also simple to use and clients love all auto reminders sent by the system. Cons My suggestion would be to upgrade the POS system with the ability to use pin codes when using debit cards as this might help save on the transaction cost. Review Source DB Debbie B. Pros Simple client scheduling, subscriptions, plans, and email marketing. I also appreciate the fact that each therapist is allowed to operate independently and receive their own compensation. Cons It was difficult for me to refresh the page and navigate to another website. I occasionally became distracted since there was a lot of advertising for different businesses. The stylist can view their schedule anytime and receive notifications when front desk adds to their schedule. Pros I like that I can create my own services and descriptions or use what's already setup Cons I can only print daily schedules. I would like to print out the schedule for the week. I enjoy the layout of the calendar so I can easily see my appointments for the day. I like that it keeps track of everything for me. I can check out my clients right from vagaro and I can easily print or download reports. It really makes being self employed so much easier. I enjoy using this system to keep my entire salon in order, and I recommend this system to all of my booth renters. The only complaint that I have is the updating that takes place during the day at random times, which causes me not to be able to view my schedule and customers. I also have the vagaro app which is helpful for on the go scheduling and my receptionist does also to help make appointments. Vagaro is worth the money! Cons The occasional system outages could be handled with a little more communication. Cons I would love to see my clients name attached to each color formula that I write or in side of the file, also a client history of their last few appointments and what they paid (on my phone ap) would be helpful as I find myself looking back and that takes time. Pros So easy to use, not super expensive! most of the things I need to find out is easy with the help button, or just check things out and I can find what I'm looking for. I have checked out many other companies but keep coming back to Vagaro. Why change a good thing!! Cons I wish that I could sync my vagaro calender with my cell phone.
