Running my own business has been made much easier with having the scheduling, forms and payments bundled all in one place. Highly recommend! Pros I love how easy it is to schedule and take payments on Vagaro! Cons There is room for improvement in terms of labeling and color coding the schedule appointments and personal tasks. Reason for choosing Vagaro Price and features. At the time, we were looking at having two separate employees schedule individually and simultaneously. It was easy quick and easy to set up. Cons The only thing I have to whine about after the short time I've been using it is that I haven't found a way to shrink it to fit my screen. Very easy to use . Pros Getting reports for monthly totals as well as previous years . And the break down is great. Cons It's too hard to move customers if you have multiple accounts set up. Pros The software is fairly easy to setup and use and has a lot of features for a good price. I am finding it to be very effective in handling my clients as well as classes for my students. Cons Insurance billing capability should be added for businesses like mine. Would also suggest they make the class options be setup to do in hours instead of minutes only. I offer workshops for Professional licensing maintenance and it is a bit of a hassle to calculate the number of minutes for a seventy hour class that is done over the course of two weeks. or broken up over a few months. Pros I really liked the functionality and the features. The ability to sell products I found really cool. Cons I felt like I was being nickeled and dimed. Switched from [MassageBook](https://www.capterra.com/p/147523/MassageBook/) I started with MassageBook and tried Vagaro's free trial but went back to Massagebook because of the cost. I wanted to test Vagaro because I really didn't like the fact that Massagebook makes customers select and predetermined address rather than type it in themselves. I had too many clients complain to me about this. But I switched back to them because Vargo had similar issues and was more than I could afford.
