It keeps me highly organized and ease of use is great! I was able to find my Eyebrow Specialist through Vagaro and I am glad I went I was able to find her! Vagaro makes everything super convenient! I would recommend this to anyone. I like that I can run specific reports based on what I'm wanting. Cons I wish there was a waitlist clients could get on and then be automatically notified when an available appointment opens up. I love how easy it is to use and how organized it keeps all my information, Client profiles, income, and inventory all in one place. I just started using the merchant services as well and I love that it is comparable to square and just as easy. Any time I have had difficulty the vagaro customer service team is always there to help and friendly. I feel vagaro is reasonably priced and worth every penny. Pros How easy it is to operate. Pros The ease that clients can schedule online. Brand name recognition for clients. They use vagaro to schedule other appointments so transitioning to this platform from our old one was very helpful. Cons There is a learning curve that is a little difficult at first as it is very detailed software program. " July 16, 2022 5.0 Pros Great price for what they offer. Appointment reminders are great and people show up a lot more because of it. Very robust and has a ton of features. Cons It didn't work for our chiropractic clinic unfortunately. Although it allowed us to do SOAP notes it wasn't quite what we needed and ended up being difficult to use.
