" November 14, 2017 4.0 Pros The software is very comprehensive and can probably be customized to fit your salon. There are great reports available. Pros Vagaro is kind of intuitive and the customer service helpline folks are very professional and helpful. Cons Classes: Vagaro does not have the capability to create a URL for individual classes. Posting a link on social media to any individual class is unavailable. Client have to go to our Vagaro page and then hunt for the class. Calendar: The Vagaro calendar is not visible to clients! Clients are unable to peruse the schedule to find a class that fits their schedule. Instead they have to find services they are interested in, click on them, then see whey they are offered. Vagaro lays it how nice and easy in a way that makes everyone feel comfortable. I've also has nothing but good feedback from clients thus far! Vagaro not only offers the same features but more for a fraction of the investment. The program is super easy to use on mine and my clients end. I love the text confirmation option and the card processor is super easy to set up and didn't cost me another few hundred dollars like Booker charged. Pros User friendly. Straight forward.
