Very good. The transition was definitely made easy for me. I was dreading importing my old info myself. And editing/updating it all has been an easy to continue.

Pros

I love how easy vagaro makes it to switch. Someone walks you through options and features. As well as they transfer your prior clients/services/etc from your prior system for you.

Cons

I don’t think I haven’t anything I don’t like yet. I haven’t used all of the features in the past month. It’s more than my last system had. So I’m still kind of learning. But it’s not too difficult. And there is customer service for what I can’t quite figure out on my own.

My experience has been really great! That means alot because I’m not very computer savvy. A lot of the options I can figure out on my own because it’s self explanatory but if I had trouble customer service walked me through it

I love that you can call and talk to knowledgeable techs in the customer service department the best. I find the website very easy to navigate and it offers everything you need to operate your business

Cons

Sometimes there is glitches in the software or slow operation, I don’t use the payment processor available because it seemed deposits were slightly delayed I think because of the west coast east coast time difference

I’m still learning all the things Vagaro offers. Everything is super user friendly and it makes my business run more smoothly.

Cons

I wish it was more affordable. You charge for everything you offer. That we can’t write our own memo in the text reminder. Service glitchy at time so I need to keep a secondary credit card machine. Needs to be a better way to void and refund.

It’s been really great. I just started my own business and did a lot of research on systems to use. Vagaro has been wonderful. Love having the app to schedule anytime anywhere.

Pros

It’s really easy to use and figure out. I haven’t had any issues so far with any of it. It’s been an easy transition for owning my own business with using vagaro.

Cons

I don’t really have any dislikes. I think it’s just a matter of figuring out the system first. Once you have it down, it’s easy to use.

I’m so glad I chose Vagaro—it truly makes my workday easier and more efficient. My clients love the convenience of online booking, and the seamless checkout process creates a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Pros

Vagaro is incredibly user-friendly and keeps my day running smoothly. It helps me stay organized with my appointments and client formulas all in one place, which is a game changer. I also love that my clients can easily book online at their convenience. The automated reminders and confirmations are a huge plus—they save me time and reduce no-shows. And to top it off, the checkout process is quick and seamless.

Cons

I wish it were easier to track retail sales and product usage. It doesn’t integrate well with other programs that offer these features. It would be great if it connected directly with suppliers, allowing me to order products with the click of a button instead of having to do it manually.

My experience with Vagaro has been exemplary. They delivered everything as expected and then some. The interactions with customer service was extremely positive and they had the answers to my questions. The change over to them was seamless.

Pros

Vagaro transferred my data from my previous company saving me a lot of time. They were in touch with me every step of the way.

Cons

There really wasn’t much I did not like…they delivered as I expected. There were a few things that took a little research on my part, but the answers were there.

I love the flexibility of not having to worry about booking, clients can book any time of the day. Makes it so convenient!

It’s pretty good but it could be much better. I was one of the first Vagaro users and everything was included in the price. But now everything is an extra fee that adds up. Fast!! Not worth it.

Pros

The customer service is pretty good. However it is very time consuming. I like to use the chat option but it takes a long time.

Cons

I am very frustrated with the constant glitches with inventory. I wish there was a feature to prohibit clients from creating multiple accounts and allowing accounts without phone numbers or real emails.

My overall experience is good because I definitely needed to get out of Booksey. The price is slightly cheaper as well. I haven’t gained any new clients that are Vagaro clients so I am still waiting for that.

Pros

The thing I like most about Vagaro is that when I needed to change from Booksey, they transferred over all of my clients. And notified my clients.

Cons

Some clients can’t book because they’re not being able to login. Some clients say that they can’t leave a review so I don’t know what that’s about. But at least vagaro doesn’t just take a percentage of my money from clients.
