It has been positive and usually I can find answers in the programs help areas regarding any issues.

Pros

It is easy to use and continues to add features that are extremely helpful in running my business. Scheduling is easy and having reminders sent to customers is so helpful. There are great tools to utilize such as forms that you can create and customize to fit the needs of your business. They have great customer support and follow-up. The value for your money is worth every dollar spent and you can upgrades, if you want. It leaves you to make key decisions on features if you want them. You are not forced into having features you won't utilize. I have been using Vagaro since 2016 and will continue to do so. You won't be sorry!!!

Cons

That you need to pay extra on top of regular charges to get your deposit sooner. I also wish the new website was easier to use.

Pros

vagary is a very affordable software. I love how it's easy to reach customer service and get help. The software has been a great upgrade for my growing business; with all the different features, I am pleased with the aesthetic of it.

Cons

I have no complaints. by far one of the best POS systems out there. I tell my friends about them all the time.

Vagaro may work well for independent suite renters, solo stylists, or smaller studio environments where operational demands are simpler and downtime impacts fewer people. The platform has features that can be useful in those settings. However, from a true multi-location business operations standpoint, our experience has been very different. When managing multiple teams, front desk staff, schedules, client communication, and payment processing across locations, reliability, flexibility, and offline accessibility become critical. Unfortunately, we do not feel Vagaro is currently built to support those operational demands at the level their marketing suggests.

Pros

User-friendly interface and can work well for independent suite renters, solo stylists, or smaller studio environments.

Cons

Extremely disappointed with and the lack of transparency surrounding support, hardware compatibility, and overall system reliability. We invested in the PayPro & Go system based on how it was marketed "as a seamless front desk and mobile checkout solution designed to scale with and support growing businesses." Unfortunately, our experience has been very different. After purchasing the hardware, we quickly discovered that the system is highly restrictive and essentially locked down, limiting our ability to integrate additional front desk accessories and hardware. This was not clearly communicated during the sales process and did not align with the flexibility and scalability that were presented to us. What made the situation even more frustrating was learning about the strict no-return policy only after realizing the hardware would not meet our operational needs. We were left with a costly setup that does not function the way we were led to expect. The reliability issues have been even more concerning. System status updates frequently indicate that services are operational when, in reality, there are significant disruptions. When the platform experiences outages, there is virtually no offline functionality available. Staff lose reliable access to calendars, appointment details, client notes, and payment processing. For businesses that rely heavily on scheduling software to operate efficiently throughout the day, this creates major operational challenges. As a multi-location salon business, outages like these are far more than a minor inconvenience. They can disrupt operations across multiple teams and locations for an entire day. When your business depends on software for scheduling, client management, and payments, there should be a dependable backup or offline mode available. From a true multi-location business operations standpoint, our experience has been very different. When managing multiple teams, front desk staff, schedules, client communication, and payment processing across locations, reliability, flexibility, and offline accessibility become critical. Unfortunately, we do not feel Vagaro is currently built to support those operational demands at the level their marketing suggests. Support has also been disappointing. Responses are often vague, information is inconsistent, and there seems to be very little accountability when trying to resolve ongoing issues. We expected transparency, flexibility, and dependable support from a company positioning itself as an all-in-one business solution. Instead, our experience has felt restrictive, misleading, and deeply frustrating.

I created a login with Vagaro as my facial and nail salons use this for scheduling purposes. This is very easy to navigate!

Pros

I use it mainly for scheduling nail appointments, facials, massages, and it is very easy to navigate.

There is nothing that I disliked about Vagaro. I use it only for scheduling appointments and never had any issues with it.

The system prevents billing from becoming a huge mess with auto-billing. Shocked to find that the AI Bot actually booked a customers session by itself today. Decades worth of information in here so it helps keep everything somewhat organized.

Pros

Does its basic job fairly well when checking students in to the yoga classes. Shows each person's class schedule on a calendar and I do not have to worry about remembering what we are scheduled to do. Wifi went out today but surprisingly the payments worked fine. Relieved the staff learned to use the dashboard as I did not want to tell them again.

Cons

Vagaro App is also very frustrating as booking a recurring appointment is an extreme amount of work. The trainers always complain about using this app. Extremely upset I cannot put internal staff notes that clients will see as it makes our studio appear unprofessional. Support told me "that's how it works" and that was extremely helpful, NOT.

Pros

It's easy to use on both the professional side as well on the client side. It's not too complicated but also has most of what I need.

Cons

The app constantly glitches when doing basic tasks like looking at past appointment dates. Occasionally the whole system freezes, and I have to accept different payment.

Overall it is a good application and I do appreciate it for scheduling and appointments most. There are areas it could improve but over all it’s solid.

Pros

Very easy tool for scheduling and appointment management as well as payment processing. It is a good tool based what it offers and cost.

Sometimes the navigation can be a little challenging and takes more clicks than what I would like to do to be efficient

Scheduling and forms with ease. I love that I can build templates for each provider. My team appreciated it.
