Pros: Still learning, so far my favs are, client reminder email AND texts. Online booking and app booking is super easy. I love that I can give points to my retail for clients to redeem. and the value is my favorite. I will soon be adding the website and online sales features AND still be spending less money than the 'other' company. That is piece of mind.

I've participated in two webinars, those are very helpful.

Cons: The color schemes, I am figuring out which ones I like still too busy. Having to knit pick to find something I am unhappy with.

Pros: been around for awhile, I liked that it had some history...and that it was able to be a booking site for many professional companies..

Cons: I have to say, I started out in putting my information, but never completed, as it just was not the right time....unfortunately, I was then billed, even though the services, pricing menu, info regarding my clinic were never inputted....I contacted the company two months later after I saw that their were payments coming off my card. Nothing was done, was billed for four months in total , american even though my "account" was not set up for any clients to even book an appt, besides having my hours and my name and address. Cannot get my money back, but one month, which I believe is unfair. They have turned me off completely, and now I am telling all, to be concerned.
I believe this company is just out for a quick buck, and not interested in creating long term relationships. If they would have been understaning to see that NOT ONCE had the account been touched, logged into, beyond an address and a name, I would have re signed when I was back to work, and looking for a booking site.
Customer service I feel has a negative and unprofessional way of dealing with things...

Overall: did not use the product so cannot say...

Very user friendly. Extremely versatile.

Pros: How easy it is to learn and use. Vagaro makes it extremely easy to customize for your business. I love it!

Cons: I wish there were more controls for booking online. For example, I want to only to offer certain services on certain days instead of every day I work.

Pros: I like to schedule online. The bookkeeping reports, emails, reminders, everything. It is a great tool. I can create my website and modify it anytime. I can keep track of my clients' addresses, phones, and emails. I can forward to Facebook, Pinterest and other social links. I can download music or products.

Overall: it is very good tool for my business.

Works great until it doesn't, But usually gets fixed in a timely manner.

Pros: Sends reminders to clients and can customize reminders. Our clients and all of us love the option of online booking! We don't have many No Shows anymore.

Cons: WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK because you can not see any appointments or notes. When you have a price change it does not automatically change prices for already scheduled appointments and clients that book ahead of time you have to go in and change series.

Overall: Less no shows ! Can make appointments on phone from anywhere! Its just a great all around software! and easy to use once you get it all figured out.

I love all of the features and customizable settings.

Pros: I love that I can customize my software to my needs and send automatic reminders, emails, etc. It very easily compares to Mindbody which is extremely overpriced, has tons of glitches, and used to have poor customer support.

Cons: I dont like how they split the features in such a way that you wind up paying way more than is needed for email campaigns, gift certificates, etc.

Overall: Time management. With this software I no longer have to manually keep up with reminders and emails.

This app has been the easiest and most fun to work with and my company will never stop use it.

Pros: EVERYTHING! I love this app. With the salon being very busy it very important the we have a system is fast and very easy to operate.

Cons: it doesn't allow for add different size and color for products. 5 star salon sells hair extensions so it helpful to be able to list 1 product with the capability to list different lengths.

Overall: being able to running 5 star mobile salon seamlessly without any issues

Pros: the easy of making and changing appointment. email features...competative to the square. pretty much every thing

Cons: I cannot put in the same email for a different client. i would like to use the credut card feature but they do not take apple or samsung pay

Overall: keep track of appointments on the go and inthe salon...the love the mobile app. the auto emails to clients..makes my job as a aministrater easier

Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. I was told 10 DAYS ago by rep he would get back to me next day....10 DAYS AGO! Won't return phone calls or emails. My customer memberships are AUTO renewing and we don't do that, in 15 years we have NEVER auto renewed and in the last month, it has started automatically doing that and I have a LOT of customers. Vagaro won't respond. My customers HATE it. I used Schedulicity before and never had problems, if it wasn't for the payroll function, I would DEFINITELY not stay with this company.

So far, fairly easy to use.

Pros: It seems fairly easy to use so far and it's not as expensive as some of the other programs out there.

Cons: too many pop ups - but this could be because it's still new. I also do not like that I can't edit a "series" of classes on the calendar. I have to delete them and put them back in and create an entirely new series. I hope there is an easier way.

Pros: This booking system makes my business so much easier to run as a soloprenuer . It is so much more than just a booking system , it is my website and POS as well. I love how it sends out multiple reminders to clients (3) I believe . My clients love it as well for the ease of use and the reminders. I get compliments on this and how the website looks as well. I love that Vagaro listens to its clients requests and adds new features from time to time . There is also a chat feature for help and on the phone assistance as well. I love the fact that I can sell gift certificates, and cc cards as well . Today I got an email that now if we wish we can have clients pre pay for services. The customer service is just wonderful. I revcently changed the template on my website to something that reflects my business image now . I love how it is easy peasy to do so , without assistance. Many of my clients like the option to book online themselves. I love how to make reports for my accountant is easy as well . Another benefit is email marketing. If you want to know more sign up for the free trial .

Cons: I wish they had an answering service. Maybe one day . They do have a place where you can put a clients formula which is great . But if a client gets multiple services it would be nice if there were multiple type cards for them for , facials , lashes , hair , etc . I wish they also had online forms for clients to fill out and sign . But these are not really cons just potential features that haven't been created yet

Pros: Entering all the info in one application software makes it so much easier. Plus all the reports are easy to see all areas of the business.

Cons: The only dislike that I have are that you can't let the workers see just the clients names and phone numbers so that they can add the appointment by those 2 ways.

Pros: It has Inventory keeper, online appointments, keep clients notes, credit card processing and ease of use.

Overall: I know there are things I am hoping I come across how to do and if it works that way I will be even happier. But I have been very happy with what it has to offer.

Has so many great features wrapped up into one app. Love it!

Pros: LOVE all the reminders it sends my clients. Saves so much time from me having to do it myself
LOVE how it keeps track of all my inventory and sales for me

Cons: When its down, which is not often, but definitely a hassle.
Wish the price was slightly less or an option to by a year at a time for a discount

Pros: that its available to me from any device at anytime to book and review clients. able to run reports, track income and loss. clients visits. able to track notes and able to check out clients under multiple employees and the money goes to the correct accounts.

Overall: so far pretty happy with the program. do need to refresh constantly. but enjoying the ease to book, reply to clients and able to keep track of everything

Pros: the ease of booking and checking out and prebooking is made quite easy, The caloander is great to toggle between weeks and day views

Cons: The inventory system could use a little work to be able enter multiple products at once instead of individual

Pros: I love the fact that i can store all of my clients information into the system! No more paper records!

Cons: Clients can't rate our salon on Vagaro unless they have booked through Vagaro. We're new to Vagaro but already have many clients who would love to help promote us by giving us online reviews for other potential clients to see.

Overall: Scheduling appointments is easy. You can log all of your clients information. Being able to view the schedules of other stylist is beneficial for all of us. The system sends out automatic reminders to the customers for upcoming appointments. I love that each of our staff members have the opportunity to make a personal profile for customers to view.

It is excellent software for start up service base businesses.

Pros: I love that it tracks all my sales and progress, and appointments I can manage from anywhere makes everything easy for me, and I love my website. I can't even imagine running a salon without this kind of software

Cons: Some of my guests have difficulty maneuvering the online booking feature, it needs to be simpler, having to hit the search button without being prompted to causes confusion. Also, once you're in the checkout it would be good to be able to add additional services to a guest.

Pros: Ease of use of this program is wonderful and it's reliability is really good. Even my older clients understand how to use it.

Cons: Very hard to pre-book a year in advance for my clients that want their year of appointments. i wish there was an edit option.

Pros: Easy to make appointments via the online or mobile app. although the mobile app could be a bit tedious trying to isolate a specific time, particularly small time frames. I love that they listen to the users' experience and make constant updates to facilitate our needs. Tracking inventory is a breeze and business reports are easy to obtain. Customer service is Five Stars. They've "rescued" me several times without one disappointment.

Cons: I'm not a fan of the drop-down menus while I'm hovering over the screen. I'd prefer to click on a tab should I require additional info.

Overall: I'm a solo artist so I need Vagaro to keep me organized, up-to-date, and hassle-free. Overall, the client experience is great with little to no issues while trying to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.

So far I find this to be very easy to use and think it will be a great fit for my business.

Pros: I love that it can do everything all in one system. If I don't understand how to accomplish something the customer support has been great everytime.

Cons: So far I don't have anything that I dislike or wished it included something. I do wish the images/pictures could be more easily uploaded instead of a few at a time.

Pros: Has all the features of other software, and more, but at less cost. You can use it on all your devices. Doesn't matter where you are in the world.

Cons: Sometimes when they update their software it takes a few hours to get use to it.I would like to be able to see no trace of previous employees.

Overall: Made life so much easier!

Pros: That I can access my work schedule from anywhere at any time. Clients are easy to contact through the app.

Cons: I have made suggestions and never heard back from customer service. for example I cannot access any appointments notes on my phone through the app but can when using a computer. Or that I cannot get to a customers profile wuickly by right clicking on the client when using a computer but can when using the app. These small bugs have never been fixed and would be very helpful if they were fixed.

If you LOVE GLITCHES this is the software for you.

Comments: membership auto renews even though that option is turned off, suppose to get credit card before letting the customer book but doesn¿t sometimes and then if you have a no show you aren¿t able to charge them. Glitches and says error A LOT. I have had to manually run a lot of cc on my Square app bc it¿s busy and this freezes up and we have line of customers trying to check out. If you are a one person salon and not busy this will work ok but if you are busy get ready for a lot of frustration.

Pros: I like the payroll function and the membership option (when it works) other than that it glitches A LOT

Cons: I¿m convinced after using it and reading REAL reviews that a massive amount of positive reviews are fake. GLITCHES ALL THE TIME

Pros: The easy booking for clients online helps us not feel the need for receptionist , reports broken down easily to really see how the business is doing and what is working and what is not , order sheets are a life saver!!

Cons: I wish I could automatically take the booth renters services for their rent and then have the money distributed into their account after that.

Pros: I like the convenience it gives me and my clients. I can access my appointment book at any time because its always with me. The system is very easy to use

Cons: I wish the marketing emails were more up to date in the photograph adding. Doesn't access photos unless it's on my desktop. Also, you can't leave in the middle of the email to deal with anything else in the app or your work will be deleted and you have to start all over. Plus they need to add more up to date graphic tools.

Pros: Easy to learn and has great marketing tools. Support has been very helpful when I call. Shows Gift Certificates linked to client account.

Cons: More options for memberships, payment options and override features. Doesn't show past purchase details. Want option for ALL clients to have CC on file in order to book appointments

Vagaro has been a lifesaver for me - the calendar is so easy to use from what we were doing before

Pros: Simple to use and very economical. I was using google calendar before and this is SO much better. It's very easy to schedule different types of appointments and still be able to view the day in full.

Pros: easy to use have had it now for two and a half years Would recommend to anyone in business especially the hair and beauty business

Cons: sometimes time consuming the start up was confusing but after time I figured it out videos helped out a lot

Pros: I love that it handles so many areas of our industry and offers easy to use templates to get things done quickly that might otherwise not get done at all.

Cons: The layout is somewhat confusing but once you figure out where everything is, its wonderful! I would also suggest an easier interface for adding multiple services into one appointment.

Pros: What I like most about this software is that it was a great step up from Style Seat. I was using style seat for a while and really enjoyed it as well as the clients but then I realized that Vagaro is similar but with a lot more options. It reminds me a bit of STX which is a great software to use. Whats great about Vagaro is the color coordinated schedule and the options to look at reports more in-depth and tons of different report options. On style seat there is not an option for multiple locations where as Vagaro has that option. Clients love using Vagaro as well since it is such an easy app and from what I have heard there are no issues with online booking that other softwares have.

Cons: There isn't really something I dislike about this software because it does give me all the details I need for booking and reports. However, I do think that the schedule for the staff can look a bit more updates. It looks very basic but it is not basic at all. There are many reports and details in the booking site that they can make look more modern and enjoyable

Pros: ease of use , its available no matter where i am on any device also its user friendly for the clients

Cons: the way you add inventory is too complicated it was better before they changed it i dont like going to the side to find on another page

Pros: I feel that the software is user friendly and allows for easy navigation throughout the site. My employer selected a great program.

Cons: I have found that there are almost weekly changes in format for this site and the popup are distracting to say the least. The lack of design when creating gift certificates could us a better selection.

Cons: Online bookings sometimes take awhile to show up and if someone calls to schedule, people have gotten double booked because of it

Pros: I love how easy it is to move around this software on the mobile app on my phone. So many options to keep everything nice and organized, I love how I can allow my clients to interact as well when confirming their appointments

Cons: I know it's required but when the site shuts down for maintenance, it is an inconvenience sometimes. But not usually. love this software!

Overall: Everything from flexibility when it comes to scheduling/moving/editing appointments to how easy check out is with vagaro, I used the Square app for years before but after discovering Vagaro I'm never going back to any other software

Easy to use and can set your business apart if you take advantage of all of the service provided!

Pros: I enjoy the ease of use.
Different features that are available to make your business stand out.
Makes my life easier.
Customer support is on point.

Cons: I cant complain about this product at all. Only thing I can say is they charge for emergency support, but its business so I get it.

Overall: not having to manually book clients. 24/7 available booking

I have tried so many other online booking programs, but this one surpasses them all!

Pros: It's a one-stop shop! I can access client info, product info, checkout, discount, emails,... you name it!

Cons: I can't access every area on my iPad and iPhone as easily as I can on my computer. Also, the referral credit is not available to be applied towards the monthly subscription cost.

Vagaro has made scheduling for fitness instructors and trainers accessible for my company.

Pros: I like that clients can register for fitness classes directly on the app and we have control to approve or deny. I also love that we can set maximums for class, cancel and send messages, and that credit cards can be stored.

Cons: I least like a few things 1) the functionality for the Customer has been a huge learning curve that has required a lot of education to the Customer and a lot of our time. 2) Inputing a schedule and availability is a challenge when clients try to use the link to book 1 on 1 services. 3) The list of classes when searched must be signed up for individually rather than checking a box. 4) Every new Instructor we add (even a sub) costs $25 per month. It¿s not worth it when they only sub or teach once per week.

Pros: Easy to navigate and we like the text/email reminders. Excellent customer support system always fast and friendly to work with. Also like having to "monthly fee" for bankcard service

Cons: Cant block a person that repeatedly no shows.... Do not like that when you delete something it still pops up every time you pull up the client check out screen. Cost a little high for what we are provided with. But overall happy with the service

Pros: Great system, easy to use the apps are great not only for techs but for our clients as well. Online reviews, online booking everything I need to run my spa.

Cons: The checking out prosses. I had the Clover Mini with Booker and everyone loved it. No longer have that little machine.

I have only used this program for a few weeks, but i'm very happy with how user friendly it is.

Pros: There are so many features that will help my business and create convenience for my clients. so far i have only utilized the booking feature. I look forward to diving farther in to learn more.
I like that I can modify appointments to meet each clients specific needs.

Pros: Clients love booking online! All of the scheduling is user friendly even for the computer challenged.
Great value. I can book appointments from my phone anytime.

Cons: Retail is cumbersome. Everything needs a barcode. Because it is cloudbased it is a bit slower than software that is installed directly. Also if internet is down it is a pain, although you can use data from phone to run or use phone only for booking, way to hard to sell reatail from phone.

Overall: Great Value! Love being able to book remotely. Clients love booking from website which links to mine.

Pros: Online booking was a nice perk, although if a client didn't know how to book the first time(new online website) they would add themselves again so deleting a profile found to be quite an ordeal.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I've been a user for the past 2 months and can't wait to find a new software company. It started great, so much easier that square appointments, online booking, the works! Wow... no. The booking service works okay, when it wants to open. I have better luck on my phone but being that I have an iPhone X I don't have a headphone jack so to swipe a card I use my iPad. It never works the first, or usually the second time so I have to pull out he reader and plug it back in. Any issues or questions I have leads to me having to wait on hold for customer service for 20+ minutes or waiting for an email response. There are a ton of hidden fees every month that we're never discussed(of course in the fine print but never but an agent) for card processing and I am beyond disgusted at how they are handeling a gift card order I purchased for my new, small business. I paid for perfect gift cards that were designed incorrectly because of me, but because I was told the wrong information by their team during the beginning stages of the ordering process. They are beyond condescending and unwilling to work with me in this issue and even went to the length the add up what both orders plus shipping would cost me if I decide to fix my issue

Cons: I was willing to get past the slower, unreliable point of sale and I can't start to explain how much time and effort went into setting this up and transitioning from another booker is so I'm so discusted to have to do it again due to in my opinion an easy fix by the company. I still can't believe how this matter was handled and how I was spoken to over a small order of gift cards.

You didn't report issues accessing any of the account functions. If you had we would have advised on how to correct any connectivity issues. The mobile CC reader which operates with the Vagaro Pro app does use a headphone jack which works with the iPhone X adapter; we have no issues w/ compatibility/connection reliability. The report of a 20-minute hold time is inaccurate. Even including high call volumes, our average time to answer is 2 mins. We are also hiring more staff as we would rather it be even less time. Rates & fees were disclosed on the merchant services signup page & you had a screen to review the application before signing, disclosing everything. You called 1x regarding merchant services and had all of your questions answered accurately. The call record was reviewed. Gift card order: design, proofing, and approval process completed. You never told the graphics team you wanted a foil inlay on gift cards and you approved the proof. Mgmt professionally told you all of this.

I have never had an issue with them! I Love Vagaro!!!

Cons: Unable to make multiple time open/closes for days for people that work splits without adding personal task (maybe I can and just haven't figured it out yet)!

Pros: Vagaro is an excellent salon software, which we used in our full-service day spa for 18 months. It was extremely simple to set up, and the reporting was simple to use for both management and staff.

Cons: We chose not to integrate our merchant processing through Vagaro, and this inhibited our ability to use the membership functionality of the program. This was upsetting, since the merchants they had at the time, were too expensive, and didn't justify us changing from our non-supported CC merchant.

Sometimes 3rd time is really is a charm. This is my 3rd booking system and they are amazing.

Pros: I love that they alert you when the system is going to be down for updates and they schedule those times in the middle of the night. I have called several times to ask questions of technical support and they are always knowledgeable of every topic and always send an email summary of the call. Previous systems have included less for more money and this service works for every stylist or salon no matter the number of staff. I can't say enough about the system. Highly recommended to everyone. My friend in Ohio Opened her first salon and they didn't hesitate to sign up with Vagaro.

Cons: I'm not sure there are any cons. It would be nice if when it automatically logs out at set time if it wouldn't logout if there is an open credit card transaction. I have gotten busy a few times and If you don't complete the credit card transaction it will time out and you have to get the payment processed again. I usually figure this out after the client is gone and have to call them. Sometimes when you in the middle of entering an appointment it will log you out and you have to start over again.

So easy to use, great value comp'd to other software, everything I could ever need to run my biz

Pros: It's versatile and it's affordable, especially for new business start-ups. Highly recommend this product for businesses that rely on appointment/course/class bookings to make a living.

Cons: At the moment, it does not allow my customers to mix and match classes for a package deal. I want my clients to have the option to pick and choose various types of meditation for their 3,5,10-session packages.

Comments: Its a very good product with regular extras added but sometime its just too much stuff. Its bad to adertise competion. Its good but mutiple staff can make it expensive.

Comments: I am much happier with Square

Pros: The app is somewhat easy to navigate, once you familiarize yourself with it. Though it seems dated for 2017.

Cons: Customer service is not very helpful for getting started or for navigating the system. They are short and unapologetic on the phone. If you don't stay with the service for a year, you are charged for the simple iPhone card reader that most other companies provide for free. The system is often down and credit cards are not accepted. It's an embarrassment when you have to later call a client to run their card.

Pros: Ease of custom treatment and multiple providers, text or email reminders to clients, we dont use the credit card processing but I have heard that works well also. It can be accessed from mobile devices with live updates so works great on the go. Notifies us of changes to our schedule and we can modify our schedule on the go

Cons: sometimes it makes me log in and our to refresh. Occasionally it freezes and we have to get a text notification with a code, which if the person with the security is not working it can be difficult to get the software open

Pros: One vary cool thing about Vagaro is when you sign up as a single business owner or someone with a whole team, the encouraging words "You got this!" Made me smile. I knew this system would be a good fit if it could encourage me along the way to growing my business! What other company does that? The price seems vary reasonable and I love how my clients will get text reminders automatically after booking an appointment with me. Its so important these days as we can get so busy and forget an important appointment. Vagaro Pro seems to be vary user friendly and will be painless to train others to use. I have only been using Vagaro for a few weeks now for the free trial and I love the ease of navigation this program offers. I have used other computer systems and for the price I feel I will be getting quality for the investment. I have called tech support twice now and each time I have called with a question it seems as though the tech support team member was truly happy to help me. I also love how they offer classes weekly. This will be a great way to help me to continue to learn and train my staff. I have been in transition moving my business and location. The option to transfer all my client data from a spread sheet or my cell pone has been so helpful and a time saver. I feared I was going to have to enter each client one by one, but the import option made it so easy and only took a few minutes to do. I will be telling other business owners about this booking system. Its great!

Cons: One thing if find frustrating with most electronics is that the options change with different devices. The same is true with booking stytems. I was able to down load the Vagaro app for my cell phone, but not my desk top. It would be nice not to have to log on each time on my desk top, and just rather click an icon and my books open for me like it does on my cell phone. I would also like the open to test trial the Vagaro credit card services, but that is not included in the trial. One things I found challenging is customizing my service menu. Vagaro has so many services already input in the statement I have had to go through and delete many services I do not offer as well and filtering through the descriptions of each service I do want to keep. It would make it more simple to keep the service menu empty so the business owner can customize without having to delete and edit prices for services they want. Though, may be helpful to someone brand new to the industry. I also do not care for my clients to have access to online booking. I would rather be in charge when a guest needs a reservation so we give proper timing for each individual service. The only valuable thing for online booking would be for more guest control. I do not want to that up or maybe the idea is just too new for me. Also, you don't know is booking. Everything is so electronic these days. I would rather talk to a real person about my reservation then just book online, thinking costumer service communication.

Pros: Can access it any where and on any device. Videos are easy to follow. The price is reasonable. The live chat feature is very helpful and quick.

Cons: I wish the software has the function to combine multiple services in one confirmation or notification.

Overall: I don't have to call client to confirm their appointment(s) and less phone call I have to call back or take since client can book their own appointment online.

Pros: I can schedule out 2 years, and easy to add all clients information. Easy to look up client history and rebook appointments as needed.

Cons: Hard to find a way to set it so it doesn't time out. If you cancel a series it still shows on their history.

Pros: I like that it is pretty good quality and features for the money, I love that Vagaro listens to their users and implement when something is highly requested. I like the visual look of the system, I also like the ease of use and I love they are finally getting their own merchant processing.

Cons: A few things could be a bit simplified like the checkout, I think there are too many steps to book and checkout an appointment - I'm super happy they are finally getting their own merchant processing but the long approval application is a bit much. I also think they could improve their marketing with quick simple mobile campaigns & allowing clients to redeem mobile.

being self employed and managing my own schedule this software has worked well for me.

Pros: What I like most is that it is an all in one program. I can schedule appointments, customers can book online, I can check out customer and have a payment process as well. no third party involved.

Cons: when a new customer tries to schedule by booking online after they set up their account it doesn't take them back to my page and they can get lost causing them to not want to use online booking

Overall: being able to run my business smoothly and not have to go back and forth between different softwares and apps to get things done.

The Vagaro Support team is the reason we are coming back!

Pros: The ease of creating marketing emails, scheduling, simple reporting. The ability to monitor my salon right from the Vagaro Pro app on my phone. The ability to upload photos from my phone.

Cons: No ability to utilize text marketing and people don't read emails in real time.
No ability to deduct a service charge % instead of deduct cost on gross sales
No chip reader for cc processing but hear that's coming soon :)

Overall: We are a new salon, only opened 10 months. Vagaro was there from the beginning. When we decided to switch to a different software because they had text marketing and didn't charge us extra for up to 10K emails.. we realized that was not enough to stay so we are now switching back. It's great that Vagaro said they would keep our account in tact for up to 90 days. Switching back was so easy.

WAY WAY WAY better than Mindbody!!!

Pros: I can schedule clients anywhere anytime! i never miss a beat. The clients never have to call they can book or make changes anytime using the vagaro app.

Cons: well the only thing i can say i would change is points. Balance should print on receipt and show up on the checkout screen.

Pros: Everything is in one place and is a great place to have everything you need for your clients. I would recommend this to others.

Cons: A little confusing at first just trying to figure the set up and keeping everything up to date all in all this is wonderful

Pros: I always know what my book looks like from any iPhone. I set my alarm clock to Vagaro. And my customers love the reminders. It's great software at a great price.

Cons: It doesn't sync up with my cc processor, my inventory...and it doesn't track employee hours and commissions.

Fantastic and super easy to use. Absolutely love it.

Pros: They listen to the stylist, when asking about a feature. The customer service is excellent. They respond immediately to your inquiry
