Pros: - Enterprise grade quality at affordable pricing

- Major integrations available

- Excellent customer support

- Open for suggestions, personalized service

Cons: - UX can be improved. There is a learning curve, but with their responsive support, we are ok. It does requiring getting used to for few days

Pros: Its a great solution to manage all your eCommerce portals under one roof. i really like the quick solution of my eCommerce needs. It is quite convenient to manage entire Inventory in a single platform. saves a great amount of time and energy.

Cons: i have nothing to complain about. I am totally satisfied with the service.

Pros: I like the tally sync feature.

Secondly I like order processing.

Return management is serve great purpose.

Cons: upgradation require in return management and price sync ...

all others features are good like order processing etc..

Overall: Good to choose third party software like easyecom. It facilitates all kind of services which is required for a seller ..

Cons: UI simplicity is yet to be attained

marketplace dependency is high hence issues occur anytime.

lesser manpower managing system hence delay in service requests

Overall: Easy Order processing, accounting, centralized inventory management and reconciliation on a single platform.

Pros: i like most that report are well organised and inventory view by sku and shelf is good.

auto grn is good feature and it save time.

shelving is easy to create .

rest features are ok like master sku creation changing product attribute etc.

Cons: i personally feel that some feature are missing that should be included.

1. SKU transaction history is missing .

2. order wise pickslip generation is missing.

3. rollback option for GRN or SALE.

apart from that some features i dont like.

1. if we do auto grn vendor name is auto selected first one it should not be like that there should be none selected after selecting the vendor it should be ask for reference no.

if we do upload autogrn template and clicked doubled it takes double grn but if refernce no. is there it should show error msg reference no.already uploaded to avoid double GRN.

rest i still using it and walked through some features.

Pros: Simple & Easy to use,as a layman you can use it,i.e, no need to be a professional to use the Software.

Cons: Everything is OK, sometimes some technical issue's happens which is normal in any software and will be resolved by the tech team quickly.

Not 100% secure entry for payment reco.

Pros: No doubt, this software is very friendly, easy to access for every module, like invoice sync payment & credit note .

Cons: I am using this software from last more than two year but from 1st day to till day i am not 100% secure, that which entry sync that are correct or not, always check single single entry mainly this types problem facing in payment reco.

Overall: Time saving .

Cons: -Tally integration team doesn't know how to do it

-Every morning order processing for one or the other site is not working

-Their support is uninformed, unprofessional and they have no SLA. They would resolve an issue if they feel like.

- solutions to all problems is wait for 10-15 mins, after which their chat window will close.

-The support is offline also during business hours!

-So there are multiple issues in their product and the support is offline.

-The person who sold u the product will stop responding to u. In my case, it was a guy.

-Basically all employees u contact will ping-pong ur issue. You will be frustrated
