Pros We purchased this as part of a lifetime promotion they were running so the price was fantastic given the number of features they promised. Cons There is no customer support. And when you can get someone to answer, they do not provide solutions and stop responding within a few minutes. It also changes inventory levels in our Shopify site- even for products that are seemingly not found in our EasyEcom dashboard. Also, it auto assigns SKUs to products that then can not be changed. Barcode based WMS enabled us to use handheld devices for picking and putaway, which ensures maximum inventory accuracy.
