J’utilise Momenteo depuis le démarrage de mon entreprise. J’ai choisi cette plateforme après quelques recherches sur le Web et je n’ai que du positif pour une petite entreprise-travailleur autonome!

Pros

Facilité à suivre les dépenses et la facturation. J’utilise aussi beaucoup le chronomètre, c’est génial.

Cons

Rien à dire ! Tout est parfait. Serait intéressant de pouvoir joindre une pièce déjà enregistré lors de la facturation mais bon.

Je suis globalement satisfait de mon expérience avec Momenteo même si j'ai quelques frustrations d'un point de vu comptable et rapports.

Pros

Momenteo est simple à utiliser et abordable comme système.

Cons

De comptable de profession, je trouve que Momenteo a certain manquement d'un point de vu comptable. Nous ne pouvons pas faire de note de crédit par exemple. Enfaite on ne peut pas faire de document Note de crédit. Ou même au niveau des payables, nous n'avons pas la possibilité d'enregistrer un crédit. Au niveau des payables, il manque la possibilité de rentrer le No de facture par exemple. Ceci pourrait permettre la détection des doublons. Pour finir, il manque de la connectivité. Impossible de le connecté à d'autres applications.

Bonne expérience générale, sauf pour l'entrée des paiements.

Pros

Facilité d'utilisation. Solution peu coûteuse pour la facturation, les devis, les rapports de taxes et le suivi des revenus

Cons

Lorsque j'essaie d'entrer un paiement, il y a une erreur et je dois remettre la description du travail presque toutes les fois.

Momenteo me permet d’envoyer des factures simplement et de programmer les suivantes. L’interface est très beau et user friendly. L’expérience de navigation est très plaisante. La partie la plus importante pour moi: le suivi des dépenses et revenus. Très simple encore une fois!

Pros

C’est un logiciel très facile d’utilisation et beau pour les yeux. Toutes les fonctionnalités s’y retrouvent et c’est facile de s’y retrouver. J’aime beaucoup l’aspect de pouvoir personnaliser nos devis et factures.

Cons

Lorsqu’un client décide de prendre un plan de paiement par exemple, il serait avantageux de rattaché les deux paiements au même numéro de facture ou de pouvoir inscrire sur la facture l’échéancier des paiements directement.J’aimerais pouvoir lier Momenteo avec les logiciels comme Zapier, HoneyBook, etc.
