It started off slow at first but gradually began to pick up some steam. We used to say that 10 deliveries in a night was a busy night. Eventually we had 4 bikes on the road and things were running smooth. Fast forward to meeting Orderlord and everything changed. First, we were able to maximise the output of our drivers and increase deliveries without needing more bikes. Essentially we maximised our profit without falling to higher outgoings. After some research, we found we had managed a 200% uplift in deliveries alongside an 80% increase in repeat customers. Now 40 deliveries are a quiet night. It has allowed us to track our staff efficiently, allow our customers to track their delivery from start to finish FOR FREE and make sure we can send multiple deliveries with ease. Pros It allows for effortless tracking of my drivers. Easy to assign orders to drivers. Cons Can't change anything once the driver has stated he is on the delivery.
