Pros Seamlessly manage rental property for our investors and easily manage viewings and organise open days. Cons Nothing really. We moved from paper diary records and Jupix is a vast improvement on our productivity from before. Pros Report function. This system makes it very easy to download the reports needed for achievement analysis. Cons there is no report for 'Letting only' to analyze management %. and not easy to edit and send document which is using image. for example, to sending x-mas card, we usually make using PDF. so we always asked to upload it then we can send. Now you need to raise a ticket and wait, sometimes for 24 hours. Not great if you need something done that day that really cant wait.
