Pros: Making us more money in less time!! I was skeptical at first on switching to a new program and way of doing things but it has definitely paid off! Customer service is awesome too! Always available to answer questions!

Cons: Takes an hour or so to get set up in your QuickBooks. Though, it was well worth the money and time spent! No complaints!

Great product and customer service. Wish i would have had it sooner.

Pros: I like it all. Everything they offer is great. It keeps up with all my customers and work orders.

Cons: User priced. The fact that you're charged based on the amount of users that use the system wish it was just a flat fee but i understand.

Overall: I have told 3 companies about you and i think they have signed up

Pros: Good for a central office dispatcher, and for sending precise instructions, pics, and job orders to workers in the field.

Cons: A little tricky to understand, it has so many features that it seems a little complex to learn and set up...

Pros: I love all the improvements they have made over the last 3 years. This program is so user friendly and fairly versatile.

Cons: The are a few quirks or updates that don't mesh with our business needs, but we strive to work around those items. I also have the ability to request the engineering team to consider changing anything that doesn't work on a broad sense.

Overall: This is an all encompassing cloud-based platform that allows my company to manage 80% of our business - invoicing, scheduling, contact with field reps, integration with Quickbooks, and more!

Always can improve but really a great product.

Pros: The ease of scheduling is probably the best feature. Also, like the detail in the customers accounts as well as the ability to add attachments to customer files and work orders, etc.

Cons: No sales person listed for accounts, the screen for invoicing is too small and you can't hit return to go to the next line, there is no place for customer PO's on invoices, time sheets could also use some work as well. The employees cannot see their time, it doesn't total up for them and the reports are not easily read.

Overall: All information in one place - it's truly the best product we've found for a customer data base and work order program together.

We are constantly pleased with the new functionality that is added and the customer service!

Pros: Ease of use. The ability to complete a request from open to invoice easily and the ability to designate bill to and service to addresses, as well as the trackability for repeat customers and problems.

Cons: The mobile version Service request vs Call gets a little complicated switching through screens, to try and find information. Additionally, I don't like that I cannot email more than one customer at a time, an invoice when the job is completed.

Overall: We are able to manage our day very easily, as well as track any customer notes and office notes so everyone involved knows what is going on at all times.

We integrate with QuickBooks and it works great.

Pros: Schedule shows in calendar format and is easy to read. Ability to see technicians' location on a map is very useful. Ability to integrate with QuickBooks is great.

Cons: Invoices get created during QuickBooks sync, even if the order is still an open order, not fully invoiced.

Have to say that RazorSync is a dream come true.

Pros: The scheduling, dispatching, notifications, qboe, payroll, statuses, and reports. All perfect! It all works so well together and very user friendly. My guys use it on tablets and even non tech savvy guys use it with out a hitch.

Cons: I wish it could integrate with HubSpot. All it lacks is a means of traking emails and contacts between the staff and customer. A little more of a CRM I suppose.

Pros: There are a few things I like but what I like the most
1. Scheduling is easy and fast
2. Sending invoices and service reports is great and the customer love it
3. the overall accountability Razor provides is awesome

Cons: there are only a couple for me, the employee gps tracking isn't as accurate as I would like it to be and there are issues with clocking in and out of work. we have started to use a different software to clock employees in and out of work because the issues, called Time CLock wizard

Overall: just the overall accountability that Razor provides

Pros: The functionality of it and how easy it's going to be to track all employees and customers and it syncs with quick books.

Cons: Not very easy to start need to take a lot of classes to navigate the website needs to be more user friendly

Overall: Allows me to keep my customers and employees in track and up to date really a great software. Just need to learn to use.

It's the best option for my service company's needs!

Pros: It syncs with QuickBooks Online very well, it is an app so my employees don't have to have a good internet connection to input info, clicking on the address opens maps which makes my employee's life easier.

Cons: Sometimes it freezes while syncing and sometimes it duplicates items on work orders. After reinstalling the app everything usually works again. Customer service is helpful fixing issues.

Overall: Helps make my employees more organized. They used to lose client sheets and forget to do jobs. Now they have all their jobs in a list and clicking on the job allows them to open the map to get there.

So far challenging to keep up with current work status while learning new software.

Pros: Quick and easy to keep technicians informed of workflow
Can be managed from anywhere
Customer database is very convenient
Color schemes with the calendar

Cons: Sometimes challenging to self learn the software and search topics in help files
Still learning how to effectively use the time card feature.
Notification badges on smart phone are not current
Syncing has to forced each time I open app to gaurintee accuracy
I would like to know exactly what information is and is not being sent to our customers, email trail/ tracking of sent emails would be awesome

Overall: The expectation of eliminating procedures with multiple systems in place and doing all from one source

Pros: The ease of managing my scheduled appointments, entering in the clients information, importing and exporting information

Cons: Doesn't allow for other "how did you here about us" such as Home Advisor. closest option is google. Should be able to send texts without having cellular provider

Overall: allows for my wife to see my schedule and for her to be able to take calls and if I'm near the caller she can route me to them.

We have been using RazorSync for a few years now and this program has helped with our workflow.

Pros: Our scheduled jobs are easily accessible wherever we are. It is easy for our employees to use. Our employees are able to use this software as a time clock. As a business owner we are able to pull up the jobs each employee takes part in on a daily basis. We are able to see billable time versus down time. We are able to store notes for the customer that helps keep a log of the type of equipment they have. RazorSync is affordable for small businesses. We use all of these things to set us apart from other small businesses. We try to think BIG! That is why we use RazorSync.

Cons: Our company does not have a time frame or a day for most jobs. They are not all scheduled. We have to manually move jobs over to the next day if they are not completed or unassigned.

Overall: We are able to keep track of employees and jobs. This software helps to run our business in a more organized manner.

Pros: I find the software easy to use and appreciate how easily it relays info with quickbooks. The mobile app is extremely helpful for my crew.

Cons: I do wish the recurring service option were capable of being set indefinitely. Having to re-enter every few years will be cumbersome.

We have been very satisfied with the training and usage of the program.

Pros: The system has allowed us to book and follow techs service appointments. We have not utilized the invoicing or quickbooks integrations system as of yet.

Cons: Recently photos that were uploaded into the attachments disappeared. The apps that were downloaded onto the techs phones locked up there phones and they have not been able to use it. They unfortunately will have to upgrade there phones in order to use the program

Overall: Tracking of techs and client follow up. As well as techs being able to access customer information in notes portion

Pros: Ability to email quotes and invoices , customer notifications. Stores all the information for future recall. Ability to save all invoices, notes, quotes .. no more paper ..it`s fantastic

Cons: System creates duplicates of invoices under attachments, used to make 4 of the same invoice, now we are down to 2 but we constantly have to clean up the attachments

Overall we like the service.

Pros: We like the interface mostly, as the admin I like being able to tell where my techs are at . The PC experience is easy enough to use and all info is simple to find.

Cons: Its a bit 'clunky' at times. Alot of scrolling between different fields and panels seems unnecessary.
The mobile app is also a bit slow to use. Lots of different clicks just to set up one service request. I would be happy to explain if someone were to call me.

Overall: Scheduling service calls for our technicians.
Also, in the 'more about you' section, under Industry.. Seems like something like 'appliance repair' which is what we do should be there... Even HVAC, and plumbing isn't listed... I would have thought that would be the three most popular users of this software

RazorSync has been a useful tool. There are some enhancements that would make it better

Pros: Multiple platforms supported. Responsiveness of the support team and willingness to help and answer questions.

Cons: Needs some improvements in synching to iPhone and iPad. Auto synchronize never happens. Also the ability to split payments across service requests and other work orders without having to re manipulate them to accommodate a single payment from a customer.

Pros: Ease of use. This software is so simple to use and was by far the easiest software of its kind we tested to set up and get running. It took about 4 mins to import all of our 1500 customers and we were up and running. Customer service is the most important part of our business and Razor Sync hits it out of the park, they are always there to help should a problem arise or if you have a question.

Cons: Limited routing ability, but I'm told they working to improve it, don't like the weekly job calendar view, a few to many steps to schedule recurring services with pricing.

Overall: This product has made our company more efficient and has helped us grow quickly with few growing pains!

Pros: Everything is in one place, so no more lost paperwork. The training you get so you can get up and going right away.

Cons: The amount of steps to get to your information.....however I'm a newbie of sorts so this may be my lack of knowledge. The team is great at training and I still have more to go.

Pros: Keeps things in one place and convenient to pull up. I like that I can pull things up on my phone, tablet and computer.

Cons: Server is unbelievably slow. It takes forever to upload pages. Not very intuitive with some redundancies that could be cut out. When I mark an invoice paid, I still have to go back and mark the job paid. The software also freezes up when I delete an estimate or invoice.

Overall: Keeps things organized and easy to pull up. Also that I can access it from any device.

Pros: Very good for helping me keep track of all jobs and what employees do. So much better than paper work orders

Cons: The software is generally great, but there are some glitches. For example, the scheduling page always seems to have minor glitches when clicking on items and I need to switch to a different page and then back to get it to work correctly. Hopefully this is fixed with the next update.

Pros: This software is very easy to use and the customer service is top of the line. I love how the scheduling can be linked right t my iPhone calendar.

Cons: I would like to see a report that show the amount of a transaction without the tax. I have to pay royalties on a monthly basis but I need to back out the tax.

RazorSync is very easy to use and I continue to be impressed with all aspects.

Pros: Scheduling features, payment postings, and reports. Everything is easy to use and is very intuitive.

Cons: Variations of order when switching from web based to mobile or iPad applications. Love the web based application, the others function well but the order and steps vary.

Overall: Great time saver!

Pros: Ability to be mobile. Schedule jobs on the fly. Invoice and print invoices on the job. Customer history.

Cons: I would like to have my customer information pop up when they call in automatically. Ability to be able to pull in all QuickBooks customer history before using the program.

Overall: A lot less paperwork, re-entering invoices

Pros: I like the notifications and reminders that it sends to the customers. It also does well with keeping track of workers.

Cons: The change that was made on the invoices states that they are sent and some of my clients do not like to see that feature on it.

Pros: The price. We would switch if it was more expensive to something more robust.

Cons: There is glitches that take too long to get fixed. I have spoken to people about a glitch that has been on the iphone app for 8 months and it's still not right.
There is not a good way for customers to schedule themselves online with a block schedule. I would like 4 customers to be able to schedule themselves for an 8-12 timeframe but they can't. The customer needs to select an exact appointment time.

Overall: We can schedule techs and have them in real time get updates to their schedules

We have used Razor for 2 years and am very happy with the functionality of this program.

Pros: How easy it is to use and the ability to import to Quickbooks. The ability to schedule our service techs and have it visible in real time as the status changes.

Cons: The only con i think is that on the desk top it does not auto refresh and you have to make sure you refresh screen to seen updates made.

Overall: the best benefit is being able to go paperless with our service tickets and to have a program that allows us to have a schedule board for our technicians.

Pros: It is easy to use and has a nice mapping feature for customer appointments. We are now also using it for our time clock reporting, which is working out well. The customer service response time and assistance for anything we need is pretty prompt though and they are all helpful.

Cons: We have to make individual work orders for each technician, rather than being able to select 2-3 technicians for the same job. The software does have some odd glitches and will do things like not finding a customer that is known to already be in the database, show attachments as attached to the wrong customer (which is fixed by refreshing or clicking to another customer and then back to the original customer), the advanced reporting features do not produce reports that are easily downloadable, printable or edited.

Overall: It really helps us stay connected and our business functions better as a result of using the software.

Razorsync keeps us organized and as a result has brought in new contracts.

Pros: This software is the most user friendly out of the many systems we looked at. We look very professional and our customers appreciate the organization and the ease of making credit card payments. Because we are so organized, we have been able to pick up some major property management contracts. Our sales increased by 33% in one year and we have hired 4 new employees.

Cons: I would like to have Service Agreements added for our commercial customers.

Overall: Razorsync is the best that ever happened to us!

Pros: Its very detailed and has a lot of key features to choose from. We all stay connected using this software.

Cons: There are a lot of different screens and navigating from screen to screen may be timely. I find myself opening the software 2 times. 1 for digging thru customers and one for seeing the schedule.

Overall: All of our info is one location

Cons: INVOICING!!! Recurrences - when you change the day of the week, it wipes out any money you have already set in there. You need to delete the money off work order template or that set amount shows up on every W/O. I wish system required a dollar amount on every W/O, even if it were 0.00. I wish the system would ask if you want to save something in case you forget to hit the update button, did I mention invoicing?? Would love to have someone from Razor come sit with me the last week of the month to see what I go through to invoice. So frustrating and time consuming.

Pros: Ease of use from phone in field, other services we have used were not as simple to use and the platform was totally different from back office

Cons: billing integration not simple, and back office not as easy to use in certain areas as other systems used prior

Pros: The layout of the system is well designed and easy to navigate. The app is easy to use, and allows our team in the field to process information in a quick and easy manner. The interaction with Quickbooks Online, makes our billing process much more simplified.

Cons: I wish the Service Ticket was better designed, and laid out better. The tickets are usually two or three pages, and it would be nice to have a more summary like feel. I also don't like the map on the service ticket, as it doesn't really work well. Since we bill from Quickbooks Online it would be nice to be able to eliminate the invoice portion from RazorSync and just be able to put a service ticket summary out.

Overall: We streamlined our service ticket and billing functions. We went from hand written tickets that would be billed on average 20-25 days after the call, to going paperless, and being able to now invoice tickets, 1-2 days after the call.

Pros: The ease of use and adaptability and the customer support is outstanding. This is going to improve workflow, establish accountability and cut down on wasted hours researching past service visits across departments.

Cons: There are only a couple of work arounds that we are experiencing and when questioned, RazorSync was already on top of it and solutions were imminent.

If we had any problems when we first set up RazorSync. They were very helpful.

Pros: I like the Centralized scheduling and invoicing on the work orders. The notes and attachments for service requests are a very useful tool ask so. I also like the GPS mapping of technicians.

Cons: Limited data transfer to Quickbooks for labor/Job costing. This feature can use improvement and the team at Razorsync appear to be addressing this. There is also room for improvements with the invoicing. We receive complaints from customers that they can not distinguish which location(customers with multiple locations) the work is performed. The "service to" shows the job address only. We use the "job name" to differentiate multiple locations and it would be great for this to transfer to the invoice along with the address.

Pros: Ability to create own form and customize in many ways. Customer service is great as well. Also the integration with quickbooks is a huge plus as well. We lite that we can customize almost any form. We are easily able to communicate with techs in the field. The customer reports are a great feature to send to customers to show them what we have done when additional details are needed. Overall we are happy with the product.

Cons: Reporting could be improved and navigation throughly the system could be a little more user friendly. Would like to see more Key Performance Indicators for tech and ability to integrate with marketing. I think it is probably a stepping stone platform but great for a smaller company.

Overall: Ability to use IPADs in the field and customer profiles. We really like the ability to keep all the customers info in one database but still can have the ability to export everything to quickbooks. Customizable forms are a great benefit as well. It has helped us streamline the paperwork side of our company and everyone can see the information when when needed.

Pros: I can see where all my techs are without having to call them. I can open service calls on the go from anywhere. Then, my tech can sync and see it in real time all the details they need to address the service call.

Pros: It does all my invoicing, tracks work orders and stores customer history. It also integrates with my calender so I can keep track of all my obligations in one place.

Cons: I really don't see any cons with this software so far. I might find some once I have a large crew and multiple users but as for now I think it's a great program.

Pros: I love the ability to track all our jobs and trips. Work orders that require multiple trips can be "rolled up" into a single service request. The photo capability and storage has been fantastic. We don't utilize all the capabilities of this software and it is still fantastic for us. Super flexible so you can almost always accomplish what is desired.

Cons: The "back" button always takes me to the main screen which is annoying. Sometimes get a "glitch" where the customer field is different than the job details.

Pros: I love the scheduling and how it assigns job numbers, easy to go back and look up history. It is a great product. Easy to keep up on past jobs.

Cons: Changing the passwords every 3 months.I wish I could enter a job address and it would instantly move to the top of the list. It is a pain to arrow up from the bottom of the address list to create a new job. (Keep in mind this only the case when entering a new address under my G.C.'s)

Pros: The search ability by addresses since my home warranty and property managers send payments by address not names.

Cons: I would like the system to be able to post a payment that is greater than the trip charge. Example: The customer has a $100 deductible and our trip charge is $75 but the invoice is not complete but I need to post payment. I can not post in software only through Quick-books then it looks different in Razor-sync.

Overall: RazorSynce gives us the ability to see the location of the customers for better location management. I am able to recall a customer and drag and drop into an appointment then edit minor details when I have time.

Pros: We love that we can track our guys using the app. At any point I can pull up the map and see where any of my techs are. Also being able to attach photos for the jobs and notes is a great help to stay organized.

Pros: Flawlessly keeps field personnel, in tune with office staff. At a glance we can schedule, invoice, or quote. Absolutely essential !

Cons: The only issue I have seen, is past updates, taking longer than expected times, to operate correctly.

This is a great dispatching program. Easy to use and look up customers.

Pros: I like how easy it is to look up customers. See the dispatch board and the where the technicians are in their day. The little company that we are it is great that we can see where the technicians are with the GPS tracking without having to spend extra money on having GPS on their trucks

Cons: I do not like that you can not have 2 customers with the same name. I use quickbooks online and when an invoice amount has to be changed its complicated to change the amount and it does not export the new price into quickbooks online.

Overall: Easy dispatching, customer history all under the customer's address, looking up customers names and phone numbers.

A few glitches that were fixed immediately

Pros: Customer service is very good. Relatively easy to navigate. Holds all relative information in regards to jobs

Cons: What I like least about any software is the learning curve. It takes time to learn all the uses for this software but is very useable. sometimes have trouble saving and uploading photos

Pros: Prior to razorsync we did all service tickets on paper and then we had to manually enter them into quickbooks. We had issues with tickets getting lost, not turned in, being hard to read and uninvoiced. With razorsync having the module that allows us to import invoices it saves us so much time and no lost money.

Cons: I wish the functionally was a little easier for technicians to use. It can be confusing with service Calls and multiple work orders in one call. It was a little challenging for our techs that are not computer savy to pick up. I wish notes saved automatically. We have lost info because clicking done was forgotten

Overall: No lost tickets, dispatching with techs in the field

Pros: I like how the invoices come out and look and once everything is entered in, it can be easily imported into QuickBooks.

Cons: I would like to see an easier way to import the pictures after our technicians upload them because most of the vendors we work with have their own portals where we need to upload the pictures individually. I would also like to see an easier way to delete information that is not needed or is a mistake because if something is invoiced or quoted incorrectly you have to go in a round-a-bout to delete it. I would also like to be able to easily delete or edit a service item even if it is attached to another invoice or quote. On the dashboard, I would like to see more reporting with the invoicing, received payments and how much was invoiced out per day/month (even though I can see it in QuickBooks) it would be easier to have a quicker reference

Overall: I really like how the dispatching is done and received by the technicians and that all the pictures are retrievable. Just like I suggested, I just wish there was an easier way to import the pictures from RazorSync because we have some very large accounts where we have to upload everything on a vendor portal. Sometimes I have to take the technicians phones and take the pics straight off their phones so I can complete what I need to do. I do like the way on the invoicing and quoting is completed because they come out in a PDF that looks very professional to our vendors and customers. The importing of information from Razorsync into QuickBooks is very easy to do and convenient so that I don't always have to do double the entry.

Love using Razor Its fantastic.

Pros: I like everything about the software. I am thrilled that we came across Razor. This software saves a lot of time and paperwork . I really like the fact that all my customers info is in one place. No more writing down on paper .

Cons: My least favorite thing about the software would be I can't delete a customer that already has had an invoice created or had a service call request. Also if we have a husband and wife in separately you can't match them together.

Overall: Being able to keep track of previous invoices and having all my customers info at hand.

RazorSync has given us the opportunity to streamline our service request department.

Pros: We have found the address database is up to date, which has helped finding correct addresses in new subdivisions. Also, having the history speeds up return calls for additional service. Being able to see on the map where future jobs are helps is effeciency of scheduling.

Cons: I wish there was a way to break the visual of the maps and service tech into groups. Such as when more than one service coordinator uses the system and only needs to see their areas, or when the service department is broken into different geographical regions.

Overall: service job visibility, scheduling efficiency, current address database.

Pros: We use this to operate our service company. Portable, easy to use, integrates with quick books. We love it!

Cons: Wish the password renewal requirement were preceded by an email notification. Otherwise a great product.

Great software, easy to use and tremendous support from their team. Best solution out there!

Pros: What we like most is how simple it is to use. Our efficiency and productivity is greatly improving by using RazorSync. The more we use it, the more we find how necessary RazorSync is to create better systems and processes for our team.

Cons: I was hoping for some more bells and whistles....but honestly, that is probably what makes this software so great...they keep it simple. The only Con would be when we found out our historical data would not transfer over from our customers in Quickbooks.

Great Customer Service! Super easy & makes our company run smooth. Technicians find it easy as well!

Pros: Like how easy it is to find customers fast. Tracks technicians so scheduling is a breeze. Invoicing and accounting very simple to use. Our transition last year was easy and the customer service help is always awesome!

Cons: Wish the customer didn't have to make an "account" to be able to pay online. Otherwise we haven't had any other issues that prohibit the company performance.

Overall: Run the company!!!

Pros: love the reminders it gives our customers. The scheduling is very easy and helps keep us organized and get more done!

Cons: There was some problems with billing coinciding with our quickbooks. Not sure if this was corrected.

Overall: Very professional look that our customers receive .

Pros: Simple for users and administrators. Scheduling of resources is straight forward. Mobility! Mobility! Mobility!

Cons: I would like to see a better preview from the mobile device for the completed form. Some of our techs use a PC to complete a form in the field and would benefit from a more consistent experience.

Pros: We have been using RazorSync since 2014 and could not be happier. As a small business, we wanted an integrated solution for scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing and RazorSync fit the bill. We loved that we didn't have to invest thousands in software, our technicians in the field can access their schedules and enter notes and billing at any time, and everyone can see the history for the property we are servicing. In the few occasions we have needed support the folks at RazorSync are always quick and attentive to resolving the issue. New features have been added since we first joined and we have been able to pick and choose what suits our needs as an add-on.

Cons: I suppose if I needed to make a few alterations to suit our company I would make an option to limit the geographical area since we do not do any online orders and simply visit an individual's home. Currently if you type in 100 Main Street it will list anything worldwide that comes close to that address.

Overall: This is an all-in-one solution we utilize to keep our team on schedule; they have access to upcoming appointments to make sure they have what parts they may need; I can use the field tracking to let a customer know when they should arrive based on location; it helps coordinate payments in the field vs. billing I need to collect; I love the search option when a customer calls in (I can find them by the phone number on the caller ID before they even tell me who they are!); I could go on and on but I have to get back to work...

The customer support is incredible. The program is very easy to use.

Pros: The fact that all the guys can enter material on the job site. It will really help with our delay on paperwork in the office. The customer support and quick response time is also very helpful.

Overall: We are able to get billing out in a timely manner and schedule our guys easier.

Pros: I like that everyone can see the schedule and it really has made collecting payments onsite super easy and comfortable for the technicians.

Cons: I don't like that you have to go in and out of the schedule or you lose the details of the work order. I have thought I had job scheduled and it disappears if you don't complete the work order and then use the timeline/details button. I would like to see availability for time in the work order area.

Overall: Collecting onsite and everyone has access to the schedule.

Pros: Very user friendly. It's tracking features are great. It's nice to be able to see where the job is and where the technicians are on the road.

Cons: A little expensive. Having to pay for every user adds up. The other thing we would like to see is the proposal feature changing so we can have saved standard proposals (this is something we have been asking for for over a year). the last time I called I was reassured it would be released in August 2017.

Very user friendly program and I couldn't imagine running our maintenance company without it!

Cons: Some of the areas are more challenging to set up. I have not been able to master setting up the forms section.

Pros: it capabilities to help in all the areas : work orders, invoicing, dispatching, etc. Looking forward to when we are at 100% up and running to really know how good it will be for us. But still super excited what a change it will bring to our company

Cons: the limited access either your an admin or a user there is no in between. I am the Administrator and our sales manager has caused much conflict in scheduling and unfortunately I have to give him full access for him to do his job and I am not too happy about that.
