Anytime I had to email them, Kuebix response time was very good/timely. Pros It's a great platform to see all your freight carrier accounts quote per shipment. Kuebix offers other services, etc, but for us, it's about seeing all carrier quotes on a single platform. Cons Sometimes not all carrier accounts show up when submitting for quote and you have to refresh page a couple times, but not too bad/often. Pros I was impressed with the overall appearance of this TMS software. The navigation throughout the program is very user friendly. Cons The ONLY reason that I'm not currently using this software as my default TMS is due to the fact that I haven't had time to manually input all of my customer records into this TMS program. It allows me to quickly and easily quote against all of my shipping tariffs at once. It is also very handy to only have to go to one place to access reporting tools and look at past shipments. Cons I wish that the information found under the Manage Shipments module fit a little bit better on one screen without the need for scrolling from side to side. If there was a little bit less white blank space it would make it less cumbersome. Not the greatest solution for hazmat, especially small parcel. Lots of work arounds and changes had to be made to even get most of our shipments to function and connect with Netsuite and Kuebix. Independently, it works pretty well. I will say again that the biggest frustration is their customer service and responses. Pros It seems to be user-friendly for the most part. The ability to quickly set up shipments from Kuebix, track shipments, etc all seem fairly simple. Overall, it is a better way to manage shipments than the way we did in the past. Cons We have had this live and connected to Netsuite for almost a year. We have yet to move out of integrations and into customer support. I have had various issues throughout the process and the customer support and response has been extremely poor. If I have an issue, there are several times where I needed to send multiple emails to even get a response back. They do not make communication and follow through a priority. I still have open issues that were either not resolved or they created work arounds. Overall, we like the software but not the overall way the project was implemented or followed through. Pros The ease of shipping is essential for a TMS. The staff at Kuebix has always been helpful in setting everything up. A few clicks and my shipment is quoted and then booked. BOL is ready as soon as it is booked and can be emailed to who ever needs it.
