My overall experience is the ease of us and quickness of getting rates among all carriers I have in there where I can spend time doing other tasks. It's real easy to use and quick once you set it up.

Pros

The software is easy to get adjusted to and use. I like the steps that if I make a mistake I can go back in and unbook shipment and revised my bill of ladings and re-book the shipment without totally starting over. I love the auto pickup function. I have never had a trucking company to not show up. Get software and a great tool for rating and scheduling.

Cons

In all honesty, I can't think of any cons of using this software.

Easy to use. Extreme time saver for my company. Navigating through the program was a breeze.

Cons

Only problem the was not that big a deal was when they updated the program and moved some things around.

Pros

I don't have to log into different accounts or make a bunch of phone calls. 1 log in and enter the information and done. it easy and efficient.

Pros

I like that I can set up all my accounts with the different truck lines on one system and see the pricing simultaneously.

Cons

After comparing the freight costs, I can't just convert to a shipment. I would have to go reenter the information in another area to ship it.

If you use the Ship It screen to start your comparison, you'll be able to compare rates and save quotes in Saved Shipments until you are ready to book. This way you won't need to do any double entry! - The Kuebix Team

Pros

Amazing customer service. The team was very helpful setting up the carriers in our database. Also, I appreciate the ability to see quotes from all carriers on one screen.

Cons

As far as I can see, this software does not save my quotes. I would like to have the security of a feature like that for our protection.

Thanks for the positive feedback, Lee! Good news, Kuebix does save quotes. Instead of getting your rates from 'Compare Rates', simply click on the 'Ship It' tool. Once you have created a shipment and selected 'Get Quotes', our system automatically saves all the rates. You can find these saved quotes by going to 'Manage Shipments' and filtering your search to 'Saved Shipments'. Easy to use and the quick view of carriers makes this program a time saver and good tool for analysis

Cons

The repeated entry of information to run quotes and firm up orders. The page should auto-fill redundant entries, this also invites typo errors.

Doesn't scale very easily - it took too long to implement across my entire organization but on a small scale it's very effective.

We have to have a good idea of our shipping cost because freight can be as much as 50% of our production cost.

Pros

This is the quickest way to get shipping quotes for our company to quote jobs.

Cons

I don't know of any cons as of yet. Maybe if we could look up our delivered cost after delivery.

Pros

It is very easy to use, and easy to process the rates and print out the bill of ladings.

Cons

Sometimes there is a glitch and will not process the rate that you need, and I have to call the carrier. But it does not happen that often.

Its easy to use and is a good tool/

Pros

It interfaces well with the carriers that you use and pulls quotes fast, also able to set up and print Bills on.

Cons

The generic BOL and labels, when dealing with multiple carriers its makes it easier for carrier freight to get mixed up having no difference and hoping your fork lift driver takes the time to read each label.

I can check all the prices for the trucking companies. The quotes are exactly right so I don't have to call several companies to get quotes, I just look at Kuebix.

It helps me to compare all the trucking companies I use at one time instead of having to go to each site.

Pros

Brings all the companies up at one time. I like the ease of use and it is so much faster. Makes my time a lot easier to manage.

Cons

I think the least thing I like is when I am doing a BOL, I would like to put more stuff where I want to or in places I need to.

Cons

If a problem occurred, it would normally be when i'm in a hurry and the response time from customer service wasn't always in the time frame I needed.

If I was able to or had the capability to import all of my existing customer records into this program from the one that I'm currently using, I would be using it on a daily basis.

Pros

I was impressed with the overall appearance of this TMS software. The navigation throughout the program is very user friendly.

Cons

The ONLY reason that I'm not currently using this software as my default TMS is due to the fact that I haven't had time to manually input all of my customer records into this TMS program.

Pros

The ease of use is astounding! For booking, all the fields are easily identified and the ability to save customer and contact information is extremely helpful and time-saving.

Cons

The only downside that I have found (which is extremely minor) is that you cannot save a contact without a first AND last name. I'm sure an email to support would fix it (their support is incredibly responsive) but it's such a minor issue that I haven't even bothered.
