ProsEasy user administration, almost everything you need is possible to configure in administration module Often updated (if you have prepaid maintenance) - lot of new useful functionality Good and quick techical support from developer
ConsI didn´t find anything significant negative In user administration is missing merging users/companies, after migration we have lots of semiduplicities (like CAD_Studio vs CADStudio with subordinate users ) and is sometimes dificult to merge this records.

“Nice and great app”

OverallI have good experiences with the "Requestor" application, as well as with the company. Almost everything was possible in the current version of application and if I have found something what wasn't, the development team was able to implement it in the few days in to the next version.
Pros Is very good (not only) service desk application. Easy interface with many customization possibilities
ConsIt still needs human operators :-)

“Good experience with the Requestor”

OverallWe use Requestor almost half a year. Every day we have about 10-15 requests. Requestor we installed ourselves, it's very easy. It took us about 1 hour. The basic setting is also very simple.
ProsWe like the clear and simple graphical interface. IT staff enough for a short training.
