Pros: Easy user administration, almost everything you need is possible to configure in administration module
Often updated (if you have prepaid maintenance) - lot of new useful functionality
Good and quick techical support from developer

Cons: I didn´t find anything significant negative
In user administration is missing merging users/companies, after migration we have lots of semiduplicities (like CAD_Studio vs CADStudio with subordinate users ) and is sometimes dificult to merge this records.

Pros: We like the clear and simple graphical interface. IT staff enough for a short training.

Overall: We use Requestor almost half a year. Every day we have about 10-15 requests. Requestor we installed ourselves, it's very easy. It took us about 1 hour. The basic setting is also very simple.

Cons: Some adjustment is needed to automate

Overall: We are satisfied. Requestor use for daily operating requirements in our company. We are in touch with the manufacturer, and collaborate on improving.

Pros: Is very good (not only) service desk application.
Easy interface with many customization possibilities

Cons: It still needs human operators :-)

Overall: I have good experiences with the "Requestor" application, as well as with the company.
Almost everything was possible in the current version of application and if I have found something what wasn't, the development team was able to implement it in the few days in to the next version.

Pros: Very fast and helpfull support from the vendor . Excellent price performance ratio.

Overall: Unique helpdesk system for clear recording and reporting workflow, very well editable , fully integrated into the Microsoft environment. Suitable for medium and large companies.
