Pros

I love how professional Better Proposals looks, I have received SO many complements on how professional my proposals look from every client that I send one out to.

Cons

The only thing that I would say I like least, is when you hit the 'next' button when you are adding in content it takes you to the send proposal screen.

I love the visual nature of the end product, the content library that allows simple use of data chunks, and the hints and tips throughout on the template pages that help you to really make the most of your document.

Cons

It's sometimes difficult to edit things, particularly adding images and changing fonts etc on text

Really like it. It allows me to spend more time on the projects I want to work on, instead of spending half the day writing proposals.

Pros

I love how much it makes my job easier! The two most common projects I have to write a proposal for are website builds, and logo/branding packages. Which are NOT quick to write up, as there are so many line items and details to cover. This software makes this part of my job a lot easier.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve, and the price is higher than me just going into Google Docs or Creative Cloud (a package I'm paying for anyway) - but I think it's worth the extra money for a unique, task-specific tool like this.

User of Nusii and InvoicingYou, I like Better propasals for its ability to track, design and deliver . Very easy to use and make our small team look like a million bucks

Cons

I would like the editor to be a little more intuitive as certain things were hard to change in real time. Not sure if it was my browser or the software

I have been using Better Proposals for a few years now and it has been incredibly helpful in not only speeding up the quoting/proposal process but also helps me clearly demonstrate my services - would definitely recommend!

Cons

Sometimes the autosave/recover feature has not worked but this is very rare.

I feel confident whenever I send a proposal, because I know they look very professional and are user friendly for my potential clients. My old documents and pdf proposals are a joke in comparison. It's so easy, a panda could use this to create world class proposals.

Pros

Much more professional than docs & pdfs. Easy for clients to view and sign. Easy to edit if a client wants changes first. Easy to personalize for each client for an extra touch of professionalism.

Cons

Editor is a bit difficult and clunky sometimes.

Proposals that look great and are easy to view.

Pros

The tracking. No more 'did you get my proposal?' emails. I can even tell which sections they've viewed, and for how long. This is great for paring down information that doesn't add to the proposal in the future.

Cons

How it deals with images. I'm new to using, so started off with an existing template and altered from there. I detest stock images, and like to personalise them to every proposal, but to do this, I have to add in a new image block, move it to the right place, then delete the old one. It would be much easier if there was a replace image button.

Pros

Better Proposals gives me the opportunity to send out complex proposals fast. The way I can use pre-made templates help me explain to clients what value they're getting, why I use specific methodes or technologies and how I plan to add value. I used other proposal software too, but haven't looked back after I started using Better Proposals.

Cons

I would love to have a better way for 3rd party subcontractors to review and correct/add to the proposal. Sometimes their services need corrections. I'd like to send the proposal to them first, let them edit if needed and THEN send it to my client.

I've been using BP for a long time now and really respect the product. As a sales agency, I can tell you I've seen and used many proposal softwares in the past, and Better Proposals is by far the best out there. Well done!

Cons

There is a little bit of a small learning curve to get started. Very worth it once you do!

BetterProposals is brilliant for creating professionally looking offers to clients because I can reuse templates and have many items added automatically. Other then that, it allows me to follow exactly how much a client has looked at a proposal and if he read all of it.

Not much to dislike really, BetterProposals is just amazing at what it does and I wouldn't have it any other way !

Being able to track what pages of the proposal my customer has read.

Pros

Where do I start - TRACKING - My most favourite feature - I'm able to track what pages my customer's have viewed, the device its viewed on AND how long they spent on each page! So powerful! - INTEGRATIONS - it integrates with CRMs and Payment gateways! - POSITIVE FEEDBACK - I can easily walk clients through the proposal and they love it. - PROFESSIONAL - It makes me look so professional.

Cons

None whatsoever! We love it and all its features. We will continue using the software throughout our onboarding process.

Making proposals faster to create and more professional looking.

Pros

Once you create templates you can use them easily for future projects. Looks professional. Gives the ability to get binding digital signatures for contacts.

Cons

I would like to a bit more functionality with the pricing and how it is set out, I have a few different categories for ongoing costs that clients can choose and it would be great to be able to separate these from the main quote a bit more. Apart from that, it does everything I need it to do and makes my life easier.
