Pros There are many templates to choose as starting points that can be customized by my specific needs. I LOVE the fact that I can see when my clients open the proposals, and the online signing feature is super-convenient for my out-of-state clients. Cons The saved PDF of the proposal isn't the prettiest; I wish I could set page breaks to make things flow nicer. However, this is made to be an online platform so my clients view the proposal using the link. I rarely have the need to save and print the PDF. Cons My only bug bear with Better Proposals is that I can't switch off the .00s for cents / pence. There are enough 0's in my prices to begin with. I have a few templates now that are the basis of my proposals, and i start there and add or remove based on the project. I love having the sent proposals online to review. Pros I love being able to send potential clients online proposals for review. It allows you to separate each section of a proposal onto a different page, which makes it easy for the potential client to digest. Cons I noticed some little bugs here and there when creating and editing proposals. Sometimes (not often) the software freezes or won't let you edit stuff. Pros It increases my chances of booking a new client. They love the layout and it adds so much professionalism! Cons It's not able to integrate with Dubsado.
