Pros: The best part of this software is that the work of a dental practitioner apart from treating the patient can managed easily. There is no need to stress upon charting, appointment follow-ups, patient files, radiographic images etc as everything gets well organised. They offer free demo .

Cons: I liked everything about dentally and could not specifically pin point anything negative about the software.

Overall: The overall experience with dentally has been great as managing dental practise has become much easier and organised. There is no need to take back any work stress home as the software takes care of all appointments and follow-ups of weeks ahead as well. All the patient information including charting, radiographic images and oral photographs are collected securely.

Comments: We've been looking at dental practice management software for years. Al the usual favourites come up. Dentally is different - yes it does all the things you might expect it do but the great bit is it's SaaS (Software as a Service) - you get the latest version everywomen you use it and there's no additional charge. Customer service is second to none - the online guys are always there and you just post a question and start the dialogue and if need be share screens. Training is mandatory and that's where the customer service really kicks in. Need a new feature? Just propose it and if it makes sense to the dentally community there's a good chance it'll be included. It now works with Xero - the cloud based accounting software - you'll be happy your accountant will be happy. Dentally really takes advantage of SMS, email as well as the more traditional methods of CRM. It works in your web browser so no costly hardware to upgrade. If you've got imaging software then dentally will 'bridge' to these applications so you can see your patients x-rays and pictures right within dentally - there's no cost to the bridging software. Dentally works for private practice as well the NHS - edit is included. No more forms!

Pros: User friendly system. Good for large or small practices. non complicated.

Cons: There are multiple screens. A dragging technique would be helpful. Not as up to the times as some other software

Overall: Worked with the software while managing a dental practice.
