Pros: Keeps me organized and on time to my appointments and stores all of my customer information so I¿ can access it later.

Cons: Products and services don¿t automatically save for future use and no place to input a customer purchase order number.

Pros: Easy to use, mobile friendly, full CRM for my business including scheduling, invoicing, estimates, payment processing, etc.

Cons: There are no custom fields with the software. Also, I wish I was able to store a customers credit card on file. However, I am being told that these features are coming soon.

Overall: I am able to spend more time running my business, close jobs, and take care of my clients rather than doing paperwork all day long!

There are a few things that can be changed.

Pros: I do like the fact that the information populates to the right forms, and I like the ease of texting the customer when I am on my way.

Cons: I don't like the fact that I have to integrate my calendar with gmail, and I can't leave my default setting to my profile without having to select it every time I log in.

Overall: Less paperwork because most of the customer interaction can be done online.
Pre-loaded pricing, and predefined quotes.

It has simplified our office and job scheduling.

Pros: easy to set up and use great customer service and priced well for a one person operation. I also like the postcard marketing

Cons: no option to track recurring contract maintenance a little expensive for more than a one man operation compared to some others.

I love this office program it makes life a lot easier and keeps me organized

Pros: I love how user friendly this program is and how easy it is to access all my information of customers

Cons: I do not like how they were trying to keep charging us more each month and when I called to ask why they said I had changed my plan which I did not!! They fixed it but if I had not been paying attention they would get away with grossly overcharging me

Pros: Saves time for what are used to have to do by hand. Automatically alerts the customer and even let the customer feel in them all their information so I don't miss type the email address

Cons: They don't allocate any resources that fixed tiny little tweaks that should not have to wait for the major upgrades.

Overall: The fun of combining business with programming

Pros: It's working so quickly we can generate the the estimate for our clients quickly! I'm amazed how quickly I can write an estimate for our customers!

Cons: I like this app it's for our company really useful!
We can do almost everything for our customers like an paperwork directly on this app so we can do estimate we can the charger for our job we can casual so it's really really good for us!

So far so good. Seems really easy to use once you figure out how to do it.

Pros: The OMW, start and finished feature. Our clients always wanted us to text when headed their way, now it is much simpler!

Cons: The timekeeping portion, not real good for true payroll in my opinion. The cost as well, it is pretty steep for not having all the features I need and want.

Pros: Client notifications make my business look super professional, I get compliments from clients all the time

Cons: Limited to data signal when in the field, no offline version. When I don't have a Cell signal I can't even access my schedule, which is inconvenient.

Overall: It has made me more organized and kept me from having to hire an office assistant, which saves me money and hassle. It supersedes any software by a longshot!

Pros: How convenient it is to use from the initial process to the end of the invoice. Customer love how easy it is to approve a job free of any paper and convinient as they can do everything from anphone.

Cons: No reception no service, if you lack of phone service or internet. There is nothing you can do. The problem is that, it is the same with everyone.

Overall: 100% paper fee and convenience for all my staff and customers.

Pros: I like the feature of adding a parts list to our mobile app, estimates and invoices look clean and professional.

Cons: Cannot edit customer information on app in field. Does not keep track of time on app, only desktop. Desktop version is confusing, does not keep recent jobs at top of the list unless the page is refreshed each time. Does not close out jobs once they are invoiced. I wish the mobile app was more friendly for in field editing, for example if a technician gets to a job and a customer ask if they can go service another location it would be nice if the technician could add the new address without having to call the administrator to add the new address

Pros: Having the ability to perform estimating, sales, servicing, invoicing , and receiving payments all in one app.

Documentation of jobs is easy using the camera feature and being able.to add notes and tags.

Pros: Ease of use and cost. I went from using a very cumbersome software that I avoided to Housecall Pro that I truly enjoy using. It makes it easy to get things done.

Cons: There isn't a true production schedule module. I think as the app develops they will develop more tools within the app that are geared towards the general contractor and not just service based.

Overall: I am less stressed and getting my tasks done more efficiently.

Very promising software but a little costly for a start up company.

Comments: The features are all nice to have in one platform.

Pros: It has the potential to support a start up company with some cool features such as the map, time keeping for employees and job site.

Cons: For a start up company the cost may be a little to much for the type of service you're getting. Especially since you could get the same service from other sites for free.

Have used 2 other dispatching software and none compare to HouseCallPro. This is by far the best!

Pros: Ease of use and the price. Everything is nicely laid out on the desktop and the whole process is user friendly. Really saves our dispatchers a lot of time because everything can be done within the appointment, no clicking around to different pages with long pauses between saves / edits.

Cons: The ability to assign an appointment to different tech's without sending the appt ' to the tech 'till we want to dispatch. We do call by call basis with our service tech's. It would be most helpful to assign appointments so you can see who is available and when - At a glance.

Simplest app, could not run my service business without it!

Pros: The Housecall app saves me dozens of hours and gives my company a very professional look. I get nothing but positive feedback from my customers, they love the paperless technology and ease of use

Cons: Customers home value is much too prominent on front page, especially when viewing on iPad. Good info to have, but I don't like having customers think I'm sizing up their home during the estimate.

Pros: Customer service is great and very helpful. My employees like knowing what work they have each week and it is nice to be able to track the time they spend on each job. I have pratcilally gone paperless and the transition was easy. Definitely worth the price!

Cons: The mobile version is easier to use then the desktop version. Can be a little confusing adding a new customer and job.

Pros: The learning curve is quick and intuitive I don't have time to learn a system. It makes my service call easier and and smoother which makes a better experience for the customer. The communication with the customer has been the best feedback I get. The confirmation text and "On my way" texts make the customer informed and confident we will arrive and care about their time. The payment processing is great I like it all under one platform. I use the postcard feature it automatic I don't have to think about it and it save me time.

Cons: HCP can be slow at times a off line version is needed when data speeds are limited or non existent.

Overall: Time savings for the tech and owners .I like the professional image it provides to the customer it allows me to provide service to my clients.

Best and easiest software to use it just works. Customer service is second to none.

Overall: Daily benefits went to an easy platform for dispatching, invoicing, payments.

Pros: Customer history; field's ability to have updated info. I don't have a minimum of 100 characters of good things I like about this software.

Cons: No ability to customize emails; lack of control on when notifications are sent; no area strictly for equipment; inability to chose appt time easily from job creation; inconsistency in how icons and navigation is used throughout application

Pros: We are saving about 10 hours every week. On our old program we were printing out paper invoices, paper billing, inputting invoice services for the technicians after they return to the office, the techs would have to call the office to charge credit cards, it was sooo time consuming. Housecall has eliminated paper filing, invoices, the technicians input their own information and charge their own credit cards. We can focus on marketing and the customers now.

Pros: the scheduling is very easy to use, and to keep track of the time to start and finish also, the transfer to quickbook is very easy you can consoliate your account with the bank

Pros: Everything is organized and easy to find. HCP has simplified the process for booking jobs and reviewing customer details. My customers love the email reminders and I feel that it gives us an edge over the competition. I love that I can sort jobs by technician, date, etc. making my month-end reporting is so much faster. I also utilize the "tags" feature and love it. This software has been a game-changer for running my business.

Cons: We have had some issues with getting the pricing sheet organized properly for our business. It isn't working perfectly for us but the staff at HCP working to fix our issues.

Pros: What I like the most about this software is that it's easy to use. Everything is organized with a calendar, customer, and price list section. I love that I could use HouseCall to book my Facebook, website, and Yelp clients. Customer service is also great they always answer my questions right on time.

Pros: Has pre-installed jobs. I like the fact that there are jobs in my field that are already populated and all I have to do is input the prices.

Cons: won't allow you to erase customer contact ,every time I try to erase a customer's name from saved account it keeps popping up

Pros: How it helps you track open invoices and the sending of the appointment confirmations as well as the reminders for your customers before hand and the en route message too.

Cons: Would like a feature where it would save the clients payment information especially for those recurring jobs so that we could collect payment without having to bother the client again for their information. Some clients have asked if their payment by card can be saved as a convenience matter. Hopefully soon.

Overall: Helped to be a lot more organized and collect payment faster as well. The reminders for our clients is a big help as well.

I'm very happy with all the features HouseCall pro and their staff provide for my clients.

Pros: In a client based business, nothing is more important then my clients being informed of my business activities as it relates to them. Communication of our where we are and when we show up. Also at the top of my list is the ability to record my time on he job, approval signatures, and emails! HouseCall pro does this!!

Cons: NO FREAKING PAYROLL! (I'm not mad) but it is bad. You'd be the whole package! But alas..., I must use wave (a free payroll app)

Cons: I would like for the date you put on the invoice to print out that date!! it will switch the date to the date you print out
I would also like the tab function, when putting in details you must click the next line instead of tabbing to the next line- Fix these 2 Items

Cons: I can control my employee, because I know where are they, what time they start the job, when they finish every house, really easy to get payments. I love it.

I tried other systems and they do not compare. Very easy to navigate and process jobs. Job info input is easy and wuick

Cons: Credit card processing does not let me know exactly with payment has processed. It lumps payments together so when I read bank statement I can't distinguish payments

Pros: its free and it contacts the customers. i can even have a streeet view to remeber what house i am servcing

Cons: the ability for subcontractor employees to accept or decline a job where I could send a job to multiple employees/subcontractors and it will allow one to accept it and then it goes away from the other peoples app, the map is a little laggy of where the employees are but not that big of an issue I would like to be able to see which employee is closest to job location before scheduling employee

Pros: Easy to use,very practical, the calendar. The time, same don't speak the language and I still can use it

Cons: I haven't think of any thing .please I'm and old lady give a break. Plus English is not my language and I still can use the HouseCall pro that sed very much of the app

Pros: Quickbooks integration, customer notifications,messaging to employees and customers, and scheduling are what we like the most.

Cons: The estimate will show up on the schedule like a job and my technicians get confused. Sometimes the app will stop working when I have just entered the customers info and I cannot move forward. I have to start over or take a screenshot to save info.

Pros: I love the ease of use. I love how it is constantly improving and making things so much better. Improving the already improved. Anytime I have had a question, always a quick response for what I need. I love that you can use it on the go for those of us with busy lives.

Cons: That it sends a link for customers to download the app but it doesn't always work. Overall not a huge deal.

The product works great and gets us to our customers on time. The custs like the notifications too.

Pros: The ease of adding a customers info & setting up their appointments. I also like the way we can leave notes about the job, so the whole team is kept in the loop.

Cons: It should work with Apple CarPlay so I can see it on my car screen instead of just on my phone. I don't like the way the screen scrolls forward occasionally while I'm trying to review my schedule.

Overall: It gets the team scheduled and has info on the spot that we can use to speed our appointments on their way.

It has saved us time and money in labor and fuel costs.

Pros: Easy to Dispatch jobs or change jobs in middle of day to accommodate customers needs and move men were they are needed when emergencies occur. Pricing is reasonable.

Cons: Price list is not easy to use or change or update in the field. We would like have our electrician or office staff be able to easily add or change materials in the price list and update prices in the field.

Overall: Saved time and money and no paper.

Its taking time but slowly I am learning more about it

Pros: Not as open and easy to change some things as I would like but the customer service is amazing. I really like the availability to pay through the app but haven't set it up yet with the bank which I am going to do today.

Cons: Still having difficulty adding employees and industries I am hoping to figure this out real soon so I can have other employees do these invoices.

Pros: Ability to track jobs scheduling and keep all the information in one place is great! Address link to google ! Store notes!

Cons: its not functional for a general contractor who does estimates all the time.
there is no option to save a message for a quote or an invoice. (cant have same message for quote and invoice DUH)..there are other issues which I have forwarded.

Overall: better tacking and scheduling

We looked at most of the programs on the market. Housecall Pro is simply the best.

Pros: Housecall Pro is equivalent to hiring several office staff. We can't imagine how we ran our business without it. Considering the cost, it would be dumb not to have it. We tried most of the other applications and nothing came close. These guys really understand the needs of our business. Our customers love it too.

Cons: Can't think of any real cons! It would be nice to have the ability to upload photo's into the services and materials database. This would give our techs and sales staff an easy way to show our customers the items they are considering purchasing by eliminating the need to jump out of the application and search for the correct photo elsewhere on our tablets or smart phones. It would also help eliminate confusion and subsequent billing errors while preparing final invoices. A picture's worth a thousand words!

Pros: The software is very user friendly once you get the hang of it. It keeps all the customers organized and it's very efficient. It saves the history for each job and all the pictures. I am able to print off my invoices using the envelopes linked to the size which makes it very simple. I love that it links to Quick Books. Customers love it. They like how they know when the technician is on their way, starting and finished, and they can track them. The app makes it simple to pay online with a credit card. Overall, I'm definitely very pleased with the software and app for our business.

Cons: Working out some kinks with how it links to Quick books.
It's takes more time to schedule then using the iCloud calendar, but is definitely more efficient, so that's still a pro.

Pros: The ease of scheduling, dispatching, collecting payments (knowing who has and hasn't paid), reports, communication with customers, one click mapping

Cons: It doesn't put the correct tax collected into the correct category. In Texas we have multiple components and with housecall you only have one. So, it doesn't sort the tax correctly.

Nothing compares. We do not need to type 100 min characters to explain the experience HCP IS awesome

Pros: Everything was simplified. From adding new account to exporting of existing clients. We love how you can communicate with the client to closing the sale an accepting payments. Also the ability to e-mail clients.

Cons: Not being able to add the ap to our social media channels. I have another online business and the use of Social Media is how I drive traffic to our landing pages BUT without the additional charge.

Pros: Housecall Pro application is so easy to use. You can easily schedule jobs, look up customers, and review job history. This is all included and much more at an affordable price!

Cons: I think a monthly payment plan (at-least for startups) and maybe a trial period would boost awareness and be helpful for small businesses. The functionality of the application is spot on.

Overall: Housecall Pro really helps my business stay organized. Prior to Housecall Pro I used a mixture of paper invoices and spreadsheets to stay organized with my schedule, jobs, and customers. Housecall Pro allows to do everything in one application. The other big advantage is the affordable price. As a small business that has only been in operation a little over a year you learn quickly that it takes time to get your business running in a way where you and the business are both surviving. It is always nice to work with companies that understand small business.

Pros: It's a no brainier, very easy and nice to work with, and forgiving, if I do something wronge, and its pretty good to work on cellphones, too especially for old man, that can't see good. The phone app is lovely.

Cons: Can't receive check payments for direct deposit, of course a 2 day waiting period is a drag, and at least a app to figure out payroll amounts.

HouseCall Pro is just what i have been looking for. It really keeps me on point.

Pros: I really like HouseCall Pro. what a great app. I refer the app to all of my business connections. There is so much I can do before I get to the client. It was well thought out during the designing stage.

Cons: So far there is nothing I can say that I don't like about the app. It has everything I need to run a successful business, and stay on top of my paperwork.

Pros: The best thing about this product is how easy it is to use. We use it for all of our scheduling and to keep tabs on when we last visited a job. It also has an added bonus of having an app for all of the employees to use. This is great because it shows when a job was started, how long they were there, and when they left.

Cons: I think the online customer service could be better.

Pros: It keeps my job and from information together better than before and I like the History part and it can pull things for my Quickbooks account I hope that it merges back into my Quickbooks account as well

Cons: I thought just recently that every entry was numbered and some of the ones that we put in in the very beginning wasn't complete information and so I have to have all of them Complete because they were jobs but I don't know the dates when they were put in and that's very important and I just text support about that no help

Overall: We have 10 phones and it's better to use this app than the way we were before or just sending text messages to our technicians in the field and helps us keep track of things better and how many jobs have been completed and who's not and is completing their jobs and the amounts of money and a good portion of the bookkeeping for part as well

Comments: The only reason I can think that these guys are getting such great reviews for an incomplete product is that they are either false or other people arem ostly just using the CRM feature which is pretty Standard.

Cons: This company is going to ruin you if you choose them to help run your business. GPS Tracking - False Timekeeping System - False Merchant Services - False Scheduling & Dispatching - False This company is in their Beta Testing Phase and they only have 3-4 Customer service reps working each day to address any concerns you might have. The GPS Tracking system will allow your employees to still time. The Time Keeping System will get you in trouble with any Labor Board and will help any employee win a lawsuit against you. Marketing system is non existing. Merchant services is non existent.

Comments: Overall a good product for the money. We looked at systems that had much more then we needed for a much higher price and this system, though not built specifically for our business (commercial janitorial) is flexible enough to work for us at a good price point.

Pros: Easy import of clients, mobile app, great customer service and follow up. desktop version is very robust and easy to navigate. training videos on-line are plentiful and very easy to understand

Cons: App needs a little more functionality. Need to have another option for non-office users to be able to create jobs but not have access to pricing. Would love the ability to write on photos when adding to notes/photos section.

Pros: Easy to create and schedule customers, keep track of invoices, amazing customer service, and updates to QuickBooks automatically for me! Works great on my phone, tablet, and desktop.

Cons: A few differences in software between PC and mobile. Takes a little time to get used to, but well worth it!

Overall: Saves me a lot of time! I can schedule via my phone while working under a sink, print invoices while in my truck, see my monthly income boss sitting at my computer, or even check my schedule while sitting down to dinner.

Customers are organized by email address, which can be a bit cumbersome is you are doing business with another company with multiple locations. All in all, a good value for the money.

Pros: We only enter the customer info ONCE - then it flows to calendar, estimate, job, Quickbooks & thank you postcard AUTOMATICALLY! The dashboard

Cons: I wish I had a little more control at the Admin level. It's an all or nothing view for my office team.

Pros: Easy to use. Well thought out and logical. ADD THE CAPABILITY TO MAKE MORE THAN TWO NUMBERS AND BE ABLE TO ASSIGN CUSTOM TAGS!

Cons: The inability to program a text reminder down the road for the next service, this should be a no brainer!!
No custom tag capability on the phone numbers and having one email screw up making two contacts. Example: John smith has an office AND a house (shocking that someone who owns a business also lives in a separate house!!!! AND uses the same email!!!!). These are some VERY OBVIOUS oversights when this software was designed. MOST FRUSTRATING is that when I mention this to customer support they agree that these are the most common complaints. FIX THESE ISSUES and your software would be a 10 out of 10.......PERIOD!!!! Hopefully someone at housecall reads this and actually figures this out. I guarantee someone else will come along with these capabilities and your software will be outdated. ( remember Blockbuster Video). Otherwise I love the software.

Pros: We have a history of all of your service calls at your finger tips. We take pictures of the each job before and after . So if there is any questions of what was done we have the proof.

Cons: I want 2 to 4 photos of the customer installation when I go under contacts information. I want a picture of the equipment and the lay out, also a picture of the owners. I would be great to be in the office have the customer call in and be able to pull up there name under "house call" and see photos of the person I'm talking to and the equipment they are having trouble with, right there in front of me as I'm talking to them.

Overall: everyone on the team is all on the same page and we all know what is going on at any given moment

Pros: CSR was unbelievable during our implementation; not only providing answers to questions, but making suggestions for best practices and organization of data before I even performed some of the sections/steps. Their library of help articles and recorded or live webinars is already amazing, but their chat support is incredible if that is a more practical learning/Q&A resource for you. HouseCall Pro's level of personalized service and commitment to reliable, timely, competent support is absolutely unparalleled. This is one of the main reasons we chose them, and we could not be more pleased with our decision. Quickbooks integration was seamless and even though our data needs a lot of cleanup, the HCP team has been quick to suggest easily understandable and helpful solutions to make that job as efficient as possible for us. Do not hesitate to work with the HCP team; you won¿t be disappointed!

Cons: A few things we wish the system had (reminders/alerts for employees on calendar, ability to create/dispatch/schedule from one screen, etc.) all seem to be in queue for eventual development, so it feels less frustrating than an answer of something like "sorry, we don't support/have that." We love HCP's communication and welcoming of feedback on things us as customers would like to see modified or developed.

The BEST software for your overhead budget ever!! The customer support... Is so kind.

Pros: The navigation is a breeze! My staff LOVE it... I do TOO! The GPS is a great feature for out in the field staff. I also, appreciate that U can charge for your service within the app.

Cons: I wish that it had video chat with customers capabilities! I also, wish that the online booking was more customized for your personal business needs... Instead, of the default services listed. Also, a free trial would be great for new users to learn the software!

Overall: It's a one stop shop... For all of your small business daily operational needs. I really enjoy the employee profiles; that allows U to put pictures with names for scheduling your employees. It's the BEST, AFFORDABLE system around!

Cons: No report on what I am paying for credit card processing, dates on dash board stuck to old dates,despite reporting it and saying they fixed it. Need a credit card report which shows amount paid and costs separately. Requested this and never got answer. All credit card processing companies give monthly statement

Pros: The sea of features HouseCall Pro has to offer has benefited our small residential cleaning company tremendously. We started off with pen & paper but now almost everything is accessible at a click of a button. Invoices, customer database, job history, Quickbooks integration, and even realtime SMS notifications to our customers while our team is deployed to their homes, it's all been nothing but easy. Great, awesome program for an Totally Awesome Cleaning company

Cons: No cons. If you ever find yourself in a strut with the program, just send a message over to the blue bubble and you'll get a quick response with either a solution or a promise to send your request over to their engineers. They are always open for improvement, and are great at helping you out the best they can.

We're using Housecall Pro to more efficiently manage our hvac business of 4 techs.

Pros: The awesome customer service and continual, well thought out updates show that Housecall is very serious about taking care of their customers. Automated customer notifications have been a great time saver and our customers love it. The integration with Quickbooks Online works great. And the app has great features like navigation and credit card processing.

Cons: The estimates features really need improvement for someone that wants to offer multiple detailed estimates especially generating them in the field. Also, we don't use the consumer app for customers because it appears that we are endorsing the users in other professions, or at least implies that they are associated with us somehow.

The best thing about house call pro is the friendly tech staff.

Pros: I'm not sure because I'm trying to get used to it. I like that you have committed to improving always. I'm frustrated right now so it's difficult to say what I like the best about the software. It feels clunky and not very intuative to me and I'm hoping it gets improved.

Cons: It is difficult to see all my jobs and is inconvenient to change dates etc. it's easy to totally mess everything up with a click of the mouse..

Comments: Every day, I think to myself how glad I found Housecall Pro. It has helped with almost every aspect of our company

Pros: I love the Quickbooks Integration, the ease of scheduling jobs and assigning to employees and the excellent customer service.

Cons: As with any new software, it takes a little time to figure out the best way to schedule stuff for your company but the customer service is very helpful.

Comments: Since day one I signed on they have made it to Mendez changes to the software. Satisfied with the service but can use some updates and changes.

Pros: Very easy to set up customers and appointments. Awesome that you don't have to use a different software for credit card processing.Awesome that you don't have to use a different software for credit card processing.

Cons: Does not have automatic text reminders for customers on their next scheduled appointment. I cannot set up reoccurring appointments on mobile app.

Comments: I through away for software that could not work for me and my crew. Liars.

Pros: Easy to sign in Estimate and invoice easy Other than that they are bad. I would not recommend lied and said I could get a refund if it didn't work for my company if I paid for a year.

Cons: Changing estimate to job does not clear from calendar. Customer history has to go in and out of to obtain Messages only go to one person. Bland invoices and estimates. No second-page terms page could be fitted. Can't get a refund although I was told I could if I paid for a full year. Liars.

Has helped a lot with scheduling jobs that are more then a day or two out.

Pros: Can look up history, see where techs are to schedule more jobs(or not). When a customer calls inquiring about past jobs, it's easier to find...and mobile, not so frantic when not at the office

Cons: We are a weird group, so sharing with all of my techs isn't an option. Some of them run their own crew and are my competition as well as my technician

Pros: It looks like it could be effective but I can't get it going. I've tried what she said to do with desktop & iPhone but it doesn't work. None of the online chats address it.

Cons: Customer Service Hours are bad! As a business owner, 9:00 to 6:00 is my time to make money not sit around trying to understand a system which the technician doesn't relate well to

Pros: This software is easy to use. The techs in the field that are trained on this software program are able to stay updated and also attach pictures when they are needed for office or customers.

Pros: The "on the way" feature is awesome. It eliminates us having to call customer when we are in route to home.

Pros: I have been a user since House Call Pro went national with their service. I don't have anything but good things about the company itself and the app/software! First, the app is for the phone works flawlessly and has improved so much since I first started. (aka awesome development and customer service team behind the app). The latest feature that I love is the employee time tracking feature! They can clock in and out right in the app! and the report for that is simple and user-friendly! I have 1 employee and looking to add another and this solves that huge time tracking issue I was having because they listen to their pros. Now that doesn't cover what my customers have said to me about how they like all the notifications and email reminders and text alerts and so on and so on. This adds so much value to my company. Communication with customers is I think #1 in service based business' and House Call Pro knocks it out of the park! Also great customer service. Great development speed. They are always getting feedback from their pros and using that to put the more requested features to the top of their development roadmap. I love that and have seen it over and over again the past 1.5 years or so I have been using the app.

Cons: Cons? I would have to say no Ipad native app. However, they have made changes to the web portal so it is touch screen friendly and you can still use the mobile app as well just zoomed in. But the web portal through the browser on my iPad works well, I just know it would be snappier as a dedicated app. BUT I also know adding another version of the app would slow overall development of new features as a whole so I am understanding.

Comments: Overall i like this app, and i would definitely recommend it. We saw a couple of other apps that were maybe a little more robust, but they were very pricey. This app is great, and also very affordable.

Pros: The app is very easy to use and learn, which came in handy for us, since a lot of our staff isn't very tech savvy. It is also visually appealing, which is always nice.

Cons: There are a lot of things that you can do, and i have not gotten the chance to go through it all. I seem to not be getting alerts for jobs in our calendar that are coming up (might be settings thing, or user error lol)

Pros: Great Features, Easy Navigation, the techs love the app, email marketing is great, simplicity of everything, but I haveto say my FAVORITE part is that you can easily chat with their customer service team and I have made a few suggestions that have actually been implemented!! Great customer service and a great product!!

Cons: the credit card system is pricey and you can't use your own... a few other things I mentioned to them and a few things they changed.

Overall: This software helps keep communication open from office to dispatch, to tech to customer. It is a great tool to have.

Pros: We have been using HouseCall Pro for over a year now and we love it. As an owner of a Residential cleaning company and 30 employees, HouseCall Pro has helped us tremendously with scheduling, customers reminders and billing, tracking time and employees routing from one centralized software. The onboarding was very easy the staff at HouseCall was great. The other thing I like about them is how responsive to new ideas they are. This is by far the best service software out there.

Nothing but Amazingness. Every small business could benefit from HC!

Pros: It's the "Twitter" of back-end business tools! Quick setup, easy to use, amazing customer response from their end of the app, seamless integration!

Cons: the ONLY disappointment, is a very small one; the slight lack of features, HOWEVER, The Housecall Pro team has been phenomenal at updating features almost weekly! In fact, I actually get a TON more value out of it than when I first started, and I loved it then!

Overall: all of them! almost completely covers my every need on the backend of my tree care business!

Pros: Awesome to keep everyone organized! I have only been using a month or so now but I have been using it everyday. Haven't had a problem.

Cons: I wish there was a tab that I could input off days from associates without having to just add events but I can manage with my regular calendar.

Pros: I like that i can itemize and don't have to send out a unit priced invoice. I like that it's easy to adjust unit price pn the fly. I like the follow up

Cons: I wish i could preview some of the other features without the commitment. For e.g. a 30 sample of a higher price point to determine if you want to invest in that tier.
Maybe a bit more in-depth with the automation follow up. For e.g if no action happened after the 1st one then send it again.
