Pros There is not much positive I can say. The product did not work and the customer support was disappointing. Cons The trackers did not work as expected. The tracker did not have a signal most of the time. I had 5 trackers for over 2 years and several of them did not work longer than 6 months. Tech support did not provide any assistance. The only response was "you signed a 3 year contract" despite the fact most of the trackers did not work. Bad quality and can’t read plates. This is second time that we could not get license plate due to being too blurry Pros Easy to use customer service is good but the camera system is taking people money and it’s not cool. Cons Someone hit my driver from the back then drove off after pulling over & customer service helped pull the video and it’s sad to say but the cameras are worthless they will NOT get the plate. Thank you for inquiring on how to better serve your users. Pros The functionality of the product works well for our needs. We are able to locate our Techs quickly, pinpointing exactly where they are which aids in providing spot-on response times to our customers. Cons I'm wondering if the tool has the capability to give the name of the location along with the address. For example, if I select a driver, the tool instantly shows me where they are and provides the address. Can it also share the name of the business? I understand this might not always be possible or even accurate depending on where the vehicle is located, but where possible it would save time in determining if such address where we expect them to be, matches up with the name of the business. We don't always know the address but to have a quick glance and say ok they are at 'General Mills' would be great. I realize this might requires another layer of programming but since the app already shows the names of some locations nearby, maybe it's possible... or maybe a link to the address which my lead to the name since it's tied to Google Maps. For us, it’s not about tracking our employees’ every move - it’s about accuracy in customer billing with time spent on site and safety while working in a busy Metro area. Geofencing helps to quickly glance and get an idea of where every member of your team is throughout the day to help plan further dispatching. Pros Easy to setup. Easy to use. It’s as simple as that. We also love the maintenance tracking for our fleet. We have alerts set for oil changes and regular maintenance that can be easily missed otherwise during the hustle of each day. Linxup is not special in any way. Cons Every time this GPS company makes an upgrade to their GPS App the make it worse than before. Very difficult on the eyes and way too fidgety to see where the vehicle is. Customer service is practically non-existent as well. At present my trackers are all OFFLINE for over 10 days and they are certainly not moving their feet to get them working for me and act like they could care less that the product I am paying for doesn't work. They act like it is my problem and not theirs. I am going to look for another company as soon as possible since I am tired of dealing with the problems this one has.
