The overall experience of Clay HR is one of ease. Its very user friendly and one of the most cost effective out there.

Pros

Clay HR offers alot of value gor your investment. The team appreciates the ease of recruitment and onboarding.

Cons

Although Clay HR offers a robust suite of solutions to fit any size orgainization, they are limited to no offering Everify solutions for states mandated to utilize the platform for compliance.

Overall, ClayHR has been very helpful in simplifying our HR work. It keeps everything organized, from employee data to performance tracking, and saves us a lot of time. The system is easy to use, secure, and reliable, and the support team is always ready to help when needed. It has definitely made our HR operations more efficient.

Pros

ClayHR has been a great addition to our HR work at Brassica Company Limited. It offers good value for money and brings several HR functions together in one place. The system is easy to learn and use, which made onboarding our team quite smooth. In terms of security, we’re confident that employee data is well protected and access is properly managed. The scheduling and payroll features are reliable and have made our processes more efficient. It has also improved how we track employee performance and set goals, helping us stay aligned with our overall objectives. Overall, ClayHR has made our HR operations more organized, transparent, and effective.

Cons

The main challenge has been occasional delays when switching between modules, and some reports require manual adjustments.

It is phenomenal, ClayHR has the potential to do more, sometimes you just need to speak to your representatives and they’ll help you unlock lots of capabilities.

Pros

Ability to assign and take test and learning on ClayHR, payroll, employee performance, leaves, security, Goal setting, and having a document library

Cons

HR are not able to print out certificates after the user has passed a test assigned, it’s only the user who is able to print certificates.

As an employee at KEK Insurance Brokers, my overall experience with ClayHR has been positive. The platform provides a centralized space for managing key HR activities such as leave applications, performance tracking, and accessing personal records, which has improved efficiency and transparency. I especially appreciate how easy it is to submit requests and view approvals in real time. While some parts of the system can be a bit complex at first, once you get familiar with it, navigation becomes smooth. Overall, ClayHR has made HR processes more streamlined and accessible for staff across the company.

ClayHR offers a comprehensive suite of HR tools in a single, easy-to-use platform. Users appreciate its high level of customization and flexibility to fit various business needs. It is good. I think the advantages are worth more than the disadvantages. It is user friendly. Superiors are able to know when subordinates are not around

Pros

It is not complicated to use. It is easy to see your leave days, the ones used and the ones left. It is confidential. The bosses are able to review the performance of the the subordinates. Payrolls are being worked on easily. It is worth the money put into it

Cons

You are unable to attach alot of documents at a time. It only allows for one document at a time. You cannot request for different stationeries at a time

So far so good. I'm hoping to explore it more. It has great features and I'm happy with the introduction of agent AI to support staff.

Pros

I like the fact that the platform can be tailored to suit our operations. They also introduce new features regularly.

Cons

I don't have much to say but I hope they will be able to integrate with Microsoft and Google applications.

Very good, I would not hesitate to recommend the system to other users The system is very comprehensive

Pros

Very user friendly Detailed system The support team is amazing and readily available Turn around time for the team support queries is very reliable

Cons

Timesheets module could be better To be more detailed The job adverts interface could be better , while I like the blue background we can do better to integrate with our website
