### "Epic tool but you get what you pay for"

Happy with uptime and functionalities.

Pros

Smooth and easy to work with with lots of integration options as well as Zapier setup.

Cons

A bit expensive software, most annoying is if you exceed capacity you are not alerted and webinar guests are turned away. Support is a bit slow to respond but think it's due to their massive success.

### "Don't use this tool – their subscription policy is very bad"

Awful customer support, bad treatment, the subscription policy is barbaric.

Pros

It has some convenient features, like email remainders.

Cons

Don't use this tool. They will keep requiring invoices even if you provide a one-time payment card (other services don't). Their subscription policy is very bad.

I had a slight issue with the way they handle messaging for their free trial. It's a super limited trial allowing you to run a webinar for 20 minutes, to 10 people - even if you select to trial the free version. I actually posted about this on twitter and a member of their senior team reached out and we chatted it through. Small issue because the product is great - but feel they could be more transparent here.

Pros

I've trialled many competitors over the last few weeks to find the best webinar product for my business. The backend is great and super simple to set up webinars with.

Cons

I wish there was more customisation with the registration pages

### "Makes Webinars Easy and Intuitive"

Livestorm makes it easy to set up professional webinars very quickly. The complexity is low so you get to focus on the content not on all the stuff behind the scenes. The feedback from our customers was great as well. We never had a webinar fail or had technical difficulties either.

Pros

\- Easy to get started - Quick to set up - Works great in the browser without the need to set up lots of software - Interface is very streamlined

Cons

\- Analytics could and should be improved - More flexibility and control over invite emails - Some smaller additional features

Pros

I use Livestorm to arrange weekly webinars to inform my customers about how to get the full benefits of all the features of my software application Pacoship 2.0. Livestorm is very userfriendly and has the important benefit that visitors to my webinars do not need to download anything to acces my Livestorm webinars. This is important to me, since most of my customers are organisations that would most likley ban the download of software necessary to access webinars from other webinar solutions. Livestorm is very easy use both for me who give the webinars, and for those who attend. Chat, questions, attendance lists works very well. Image quality and sound is excellent the way use it. Because Livestorm is easy to use, I can concentrate on the content of the webinars i provide. Because my customers find Livestorm webinars easy to attend, I have a high rate of attendees and repeat attendess. User support is also very good.

Cons

There is really nothing I do not like about Livestorm.

Pros

It is incredibly simple to use by all parties and it's very reliable.

Cons

We would like to use this software more for more complex multi-session events like conferences, which does not seem to be an option at the moment.

Creating engaging content when everyone was getting webinar fatigue was one of our key objectives. Livestorm has helped us achieve this with their engaging sign up pages, live features and post-event triggers.

Pros

The ease of interacting with the audience such as polls, Q&A and chat is really useful for creating engaging content that retains attention. We found the ability to embed YouTube videos really clever and made the overall experience a bit special to the ones our competitors are running. Once it's finished the automation to send the users to a specific landing page is really important for our post-event sales process. Being able to watch this on-demand means our content is ever-green and used for multiple campaigns throughout the year.

Cons

The limited number of streams on the webinar were a hindrance, however, Livestorm have listened to our requests and increased this now.

Pros

Livestorm is easy to use, both for the organizer and the participant. The neat interface gives a very professional look to webinars.

Cons

The small minus is that there are a few missing features (button to tell speakers that there are only 5 minutes left for their speech, etc.), but Livestorm keeps improving every month.

Livestorm gives me the opportunity to offer a new service to my clients through the webinars. At the same time, I save valuable time.

Pros

You can easily customize your webinars and host weekly events. The content and knowledge base helps a lot and it's fun to test new options.

Cons

It would be great to include the recording after a webinar directly in the email sequence. And I would love to see the results of a poll in the sessions overview.

Pros

Very user Friendly tool. Attendees can join the webinar in a simple way. Customer service is awesome. The recording feature is awesome, where recordings can be used for future reference. It can be setup easily.

Cons

I feel that it is costly and Small organizations cannot afford to buy. This is the only cons i have.

Pros

We can only broadcast via web browser. We do not need to download any apps. A highly successful platform.

Cons

It would have been nice if the link to the user was a special re-use. But they said they were working on it. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety in pricing.

We are a very small yachting school engaged with the sea. In this pandemic moment we focused on digital webinars with guest speakers to our current and past trainees. Meaning we reached 922 registrants in one event... almost 1000. In all the sessions everything went OK, no issues, no problems. Lots of questions, immediate replies... Just great! Auto recordings are a must!

Pros

What I liked the most was the ease of configuration and the possibility to have 1000 users connected with a fair price. Auto recording!

Cons

The export function it's not online it's a request to receive an email with an export, that makes me lose some time waiting for the email... other than that... all is great.

At Highlight, we need a platform to deliver Customer facing webinars that was easy to use, easy to setup and most importantly delivered quality webinars at a touch of the button. Livestorm was an easy choice. At Highlight, we deliver bi-weekly webinars to our community and each and everyone has been successful and well-received.

The last webinar software we used was very hard to ensure a quality voice and video stream for each session. There was always a dark cloud hanging over us if the live stream was actually good quality. With Livestorm, we have never had this issue, so the clouds were lifted and we could focus on the content - not the technology problems.
