Professional webinars, launching of webinars in English and Russian, easy-to-use interface.

Pros

I have evaluated different platforms and have chosen Livestorm because of its easy-to-use interface and high video quality. The platform offers various capabilities and functionality for webinars - for example, built-in email marketing, a comprehensive reporting tool, automation for events, an embedded registration page for the website, and many more. The most important feature for our company was that Livestorm does not push you to subscribe to a specific package for a year. But you can subscribe to some package for a month and then upgrade it step-by-step according to the number of webinars and attendees. The upgrade occurs immediately. There is also Russian version for webinars.

Cons

Do not have anything to say here - I did not find any issue.

In general my experience has been very good, I really like the sight, its tools and how easy it is to create meetings of all kinds.

Pros

It is fresh software that facilitates work or family meetings, it is very practical, it has many different tools and forms of communication.

Cons

In what I have used so far I have had no problems of any kind, maybe the connection drops but it is not very often.

We really enjoy using the platform and have every intention to continue using it into the future for our upcoming live and on-demand video events.

Pros

I like the interactivity that the platform allows. We use the chat and polls section very successfully and get great interaction from our attendees. The landing page setup and automated emails makes setting up your webinars really easy.

Cons

We integrated the Livestorm platform with our HubSpot CRM and while the setup process is simple and easy using the API, the ability to define the information transferred into HubSpot onto the contact record is limited to one section and only allows the webinar name to be input into HubSpot. The ability to choose the field to be populated and with what information would be helpful.

Pros

We switched from another webinar software to Livestorm because we were not satisfied with the stability. Livestorm completely meets our requirements. It is easy to use, has a high stability and quality (especially important for participants), webinars can be set up multilingual, automatic playback is very practical.

Cons

Currently no negative points. Small improvements are always possible, such as more options for managing users.

Limited flexibility of the webinar room in terms of chat (it's be helpful to have chat available but only for team members/ moderators, questions (team members/moderators can "upvote" questions, or assign them some status based on the importance of the question, etc)

### "Great Platform for Webinars"

As an organization, we used Google Suites but signed on to Livestorm as Google Meet would not less us share/play a media file easily. Also, access control is non existent in Google Meet.

Pros

Ability to easily share/play a video file without any audio or buffering issues. Ease of sending invites and tracking of who has unsubscribed. Ability to edit emails and the frequency that are sent out.

Cons

Currently, there is no way to copy over the attendees from my previous webinar to my next webinar or even export to excel at least

Pros

I really enjoy that our attendees can interact in the chat, ask specific questions, answer polls and go on stage. It has increased interactivity between our presenters and attendees tremendously. We were using another software that was not meant for webinar usage so this has truly made our process much more seamless. In today's current landscape, a lot of people are working from home so this has increased engagement with our clients, customers, and individuals within our industry. I love that we can add the registration page directly onto our website.

Cons

The main issue I have with this software is that attendees have a difficult time re-watching the webinars afterward. I would really like to see a feature added where attendees can log back in and access past webinars our company has done.

Good software for tracking a registered attendee presence during the session. Important for formation events.

Cons

Attendee interaction needs improvement. Having an attendee to talk should not imply a process of going on stage and should be much faster and easier to do.

Our customers are learning our software so much more quicker and easier. Sign-ups of our webinars are at record highs.

Pros

It's incredibly easy to use. The automatic emails and notifications that are customizable make it incredibly easy to remind my customers that a webinar is coming up. Using the actual software is a breeze, and my customers find it really easy to log-in, ask questions during the webinar and even submit poll answers. Sending a recording after the webinar is done is also super helpful.

Cons

The only downside is I'm not able to categorize my webinars on my website. For instance, I want to be able to show "Advanced Webinars" as a separate section to "Introductory Webinars". Other than that, everything is great!

Easy to use continually updating features access to developers fanstastic customer service (only drawback is that I am in a different time zone but even so they are worth the wait) As I am not super savvy when it comes to tech, the simplicity is helpful and the support from their team is second to none.

Still working my way around the software - as yet it has always been one step ahead of my needs/capacities.

Livestorm has allowed us to switch from face to face to online presentation without changing the customer experience.

Pros

Super easy to use and very reliable including when number of attendees is high for both user and participant. A great tool to use to run webinars and or meetings with all the features that you can expect.

Cons

None if only it could be useaful to use background for the presenter.

My overall experience with Livestorm is great and I really appreciate its easy of use. I think it's a great solution for those companies interested in hosting webinars for their audiences.

Pros

After realizing that the current webinar platform our company was using was quite out-dated and limited in functionality, we were on the search for something better. We came across Livestorm, and after checking out their website and external reviews, we decided to give it a shot. We have been using it for a month so far and are particularly attracted to its ease of use and customizable registration page. Our team also really enjoys the fact that you can ask participants to join the stage and ask questions or contribute to the discussion with camera. Overall, it's an awesome webinar platform to use!

Cons

One thing that can be improved is making it easier to copy a registration link for guest speakers as the current solution forces you to copy the entire text somewhere and pick out the registration link yourself.

Easy and fast access, many options to edit you individual webinar room. Follow-Up process integrated.

Pros

I really like the whole setup of the Livestorm app. Its very easy to use and a webinar can be created in just a few clicks. The layout of the webinar room itself is clear for attendees and hosts, you can easily add questions, polls and the chat function, which also can be set in the "private" mode, that only you as host and moderator can see them. In terms of security, I like the fact that Livestorm is a French company and GDPR compliant and data security applies European security standards.

Cons

Just two minor things to mention. If a user is set as a team member, he can not easily access another webinar as a simple user. He has to register with another/private email address instead. The chance to setup a background would be great in future :)

Not having to download any software and assistants having a simple straightforward way of accessing the webinar is fantastic.

Pros

We had no problems testing and deploying Livestorm for the webinars we had planned, even though we are newbies in these things.

Cons

Not having the possibility of sending the live webinar into YouTube live, although it is not a deal-breaker for us.

Livestorm has it all. I've now tried close to all the incumbents and nothing is as easy an effective - seriously! - the UI is very easy, and visually pleasing. - Setup a webinar, edit it etc incredibly quickly. - There's no old school forms and random rule sets that all those "other" providers have. - Automatic emails are super helpful (and customizable) - the cost structure allows you to be really creative and makes you want to run more webinars

La sensibilité de la plateforme au débit Internet des participants. La sensibilité de l'usage sur le support de certains Smartphone.

Franchement, un peu tout. C'est performant, quali, intelligemment pensé, et ça s'intègre parfaitement avec nos ops grâce à l'intégration Zapier.

Cons

Le produit étant puissant, l'interface est très riche (et parfois on peut un peu se perdre 1 minute à la création d'une session, ou pour inviter un intervenant). Aussi, pourquoi pas un module pour optimiser la création de l'image de couverture des événements ?

Overall, the experience is great, the tool has significantly improved since we started to use it in June 2020, there are many good updates each months. Our events' attendees are also happy with the experience, the platform is easy to utilize.

Pros

The tool offers easy registration system and access. Automated mailing with all the reminders is a great plus. All the collected data about attendees is very insightful to understand the interest in your content and the behaviour of the audience. Nice questions and polls feature help to keep it interactive. Possibility to upload your media and play a video or a pdf presentation from the tool directly simplifies a lot of processes.

Cons

Only 6 people can be on stage at the same time. If someone is sharing screen, than only 5 people can stay. Streaming can't be embed to other pages, like for example, to ur organizations own website. You can't send attachments in the chat. Exported video is a very big size, maybe could be a bit mor compressed.

Great experience with Livestorm, and we appreciate the support that the team is providing.

Pros

We have been using Livestorm for a couple of months now, and we found it very easy to set up and manage. The system is very intuitive, the possibility to customize webinar registration pages is really nice, and the webinar rooms are really easy to use. We especially love the feature that allows to do polls. The support is excellent and really fast to reply and help with any questions!

Cons

Some further functionality could be added to automated emails, otherwise can't think of any big cons.

With Livestorm webinars, we can generate a good volume of qualified leads.

Pros

One thing that sets Livestorm apart from other webinar platforms is that it provides an excellent lead analysis. Leads are enriched and categorized for easier follow-ups.

Cons

While Livestorm doesn't really have frequent performance problems, it can sometimes bug out and cause issues which must be avoided at all costs during live events.

Pros

I tried several webinar platforms and finally chose Livestorm. This is very easy-to-use : the interface is intuitive and you can set up the webinar very quickly. There is a lot of features : webinar recording, real-time polls, automated emails reminders... More, you can customize almost everything which is a great advantage. Finally, the support team are very helpful and responsive : they're always ready to help and give good advices.

Cons

You can't add new e-mail but still you can customized it.
