They also keep improving the product and have great customer service! Pros Easy set up and that everything is in one place. No need for a ton of integrations. Serves as customer success tool, as well as lead generation for enticing potential clients. Great chat/question features The 'go on stage' features makes for great all team involvement. Livestorm sends our users automatically mails that they can add the time slot to their calendar. An hour before it reminds them, and 5 minutes before to go to the webinar also that it sends the recording to everybody. (show ups and no shows) Cons I do have some small hick ups in the webinar experience when using the beta HD feature. But the team responds well and helps me quickly. La possibilité de personnaliser les formulaires d'inscription et d'utiliser zappier pour synchroniser les données livestorm sur le CRM de l'entreprise est également un gros +. Cons Le principal point faible est la mauvaise lisibilité de la disponibilité de plusieurs sessions pour un même événement. Les clients ne voient pas les différentes sessions disponibles et ne s'inscrivent donc pas faute d'horaire compatible avec leurs agendas. I'm able to create On Demand classes, offer webinar classes, and help customers when needed by having online meetings where I can share my screen with them. These meetings also get recorded, so customers can go back and whatch them over and over again whenever they need. Livestorm also got a great service, they are very friendly and helpful in every way, and it never takes long before you get answer from them. A lot could be said about Livestorm, but to keep it short: I'll choose them over any other any time. Pros 20 min Webinars with recording, Meetings with recording, On Demand as many as you want. Scheduling meetings, integration with custom made websites, Registration pages with custom made emails to registrants, and a lot more. I had zero experience with webianrs and Livestorm was an easy way to start and we got started very quickly. Pros Simplicity, user experience and look & feel, the fact that it works in a browser, tracking of sources of leads (UTM attributes), integrations Cons A lot of manual repetitive tasks setting up another webinar - room configuration, emails, design etc. Also, it's a little expensive for our needs but I guess this kind of software isn't cheap. Pros Webinars can be set up very easily and with just a few clicks you can make a single webinar a multi-session series. In combination with template-able emails, admin in the background is kept at a minimum level. Cons We using it with German end users, translation is not entirely optimal there. Added bonus: Attendees do not need additional software, they join via browser Cons Payment for webinars could be integrated rather than through Eventbrite/Zapier, which is expensive. It's also easy to set up registration pages and share them. Cons The setup and controls for notification emails is complex and just overall kind of confusing. It's good to have the option, but it's kind of clunky right now. It's user-friendly, customizable, it has all of the features most other software offer, including chat, question and poll tabs and recordings. You can have more than one presenter on stage at the same time and it is easy to move on and off stage. One of the best features to me is the attendance analysis - better than any I've seen. They can accommodate up to 1000 attendees (at an additional cost). Cons It is expensive, especially compared to other software, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. There are some issues with emails bouncing or email addresses that are blocked by the system. They can accommodate up to 1000 attendees, which is more than most other software, but for large conferences it's a deal breaker. Review Source Blaise K. Pros Monthly payment - can cancel at any time and just pay when you need it! User interface is very intuitive Has most of the key features of "Superior Software" for a fraction of the cost Customer Service team are friendly and helpful The translation engine is superb for setting up webinars with our overseas customers Cons You cannot record from a media file, just a shared window. You can only have one host on a license (however the great workaround given is that you can share your login details and 'the host' can change the name to their name). Customers service is very helpful and they have done some changes on the go based on my requests. Cons I have only missed couple of features and they both are related to scheduling e-mails: would be great to have little bit more agile scheduling properties (also based on dates and times, not just event-related possibilities) and possibility to schedule e-mails for on-demand viewers based on their viewing status.
