Cons

Can get on the expensive side as your mailing lists grow, but still should easliy pay for itself if you are mailing regularly.

It has benefited me in such a way that I have been able to establish a better correspondence in each email sent, this way I have been attending each client better and sending the necessary information, in the correct time.

Pros

The great thing about GetResponse is the fast reception of Emails to all the subscribers to whom each email is sent, the truth is that the reception is processed in a matter of seconds each client has the email in his Email, the truth is that I am very proud of So good features that I've been getting from GetResponse.

Cons

The problem of GetResponse is basically the support, I sent a couple of questions a while ago, about 3 months, and the customer service is not so pleasant, because if you do not understand what they are trying to say, you They respond with rudeness and even treat you badly.

The CRM helped us track leads that were falling through cracks, but we have found other solutions outside GetResponse.

Pros

The drag & drop CRM feature that connects with automation

Cons

Everything else. - To add test addresses for campaigns, you must add them as a sender address to the account. Fortunately, I work for a small company, but for a large company, this is insane. - You cannot use your email address to as a log in to any other account - even if that account has been removed. I had created a demo in my work email address, then my boss created the account once we approved it, but then I had to use a different email address since I had already created a demo account. What a headache. - Trying to decipher between total clicks & unique clicks is very difficult. You are not able to see how many times a contact clicked on a link. - They don't allow you to see how has bounced, and they make it difficult to pull your suppression list, citing GDPR compliance. They are the data processor, not the data controller, and should allow people to export their suppressions in order to make sure they are in line with GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws. - The campaign editor has no html button for specific elements. You are only able to see the HTML for the entire campaign.

Non l'ho utilizzato per molto dato che l'ho usato per fare dei test e a nessuno di quelli per cui lavoravo (me compreso) piacevano le grafiche delle landing

Pros

A un prezzo contenuto riesci a creare delle landing, fare un po di email marketing e testare a un prezzo contenuto per vedere una risposta dagli utenti senza spendere troppo per fare dei test.

Cons

L'editor grafico delle landing è veramente limitato, sembra di fare delle pagine graficamente ferme a 20 anni fa. Con le versioni a basso prezzo puoi a malapena fare un po' di email marketing . Appena ti serve qualcosa di più evoluto devi passare a qualcosa di migliore

Great for email marketing!

Pros

First of all, GetResponse offers a free 30-day trial to test them out. Currently, we're using the Pro package and it allows us to manage a big list of emails. Email automation is one of their strengths, setting it up is easy. We can also create forms and landing pages that converts. Making a form or a landing page is a very smooth experience. They have plenty of professional templates to use. Additionally, their pricing is very competitive.

Cons

I do not like their new interface, it is cluttered. I wish they could make it simpler.

This is supportive of expanding your email interactions; I believe it is imperative to use software that allows this as long as you can keep it from going straight to spam.

Cons

There is an issue with the deliverability, I feel like there is an issue with messages likely showing up in spam as well.

I just need landing pages, for the various products that I am promoting, to collect emails, and I found it effective.

Pros

The lead generation is quite good. Getresponse is easy to use, and it integrates well.

Cons

I cannot edit the landing page templates on mobile; only deleting the texts is possible on mobile. Proper editing is only possible on a laptop or desktop.

If you’re an affiliate marketer and want to get started on your email campaigns quickly this is the best software out there. They have super easy set up and their automations are easy to build. They’re of course seamlessly integrated with all the other known Lead capture tools as well.

Pros

\- Super easy set up - They allow affiliate marketers to use their software for emailing relatively cold leads. Big win! - Great customer service - Decent affiliate program - Relatively is expensive for many contacts

Cons

\- There was no free option - It doesn’t let you open multiple tabs of same instance for easy copying and pasting -

### "Get response is visually compelling "

Get response is one of the very few automated email response software that is visually compelling. This is the reason I take great pleasure in using it to send my email subscribers a welcome message, offers on my website and notifications about new posts on my blog

Cons

The software recommends another application for cleaning up my emails lists, what's distasteful is after this supposed cleanup, emails on my list still get rejected. I really think this is the only place they got it wrong

Greaty support, great features, great price but a bit too complicated and outdated designs.

Pros

All email marketing software have this existential crisis of what they should add to their features to make their product more powerful. Instead, most of them (including GetResponse) should focus on one specific target market and become the easiest to use for them. Over time GetResponse has added powerful features, and become complicated in the process. And it doesn't help that the who UX looks outdated. On the plus side their customer support. It's one of the best anywhere online.

Cons

Outdated designs for templates and the UX. It makes you feel it is a 2.0 version of something that should be a 4.0.

The product is easy to start up, easy to use, and it's easy to get help if necessary.Marketing automation can save a big chunk of time. Now I would never go back to any product that didn't have it. Getresponse has templates that are appealing to a variety of clientele. Easily branded.

Cons

This can become more expensive than other similar products. Just be mindful of how much you send.

### "Essential for the health of a digital business"

Pros

I met the site through ads because I work as a digital affiliate. Knowing the importance of building a solid lead base, I decided to access the free trial to try the tool. At first I noticed that it fulfills its role well and seems to be easy to perform the actions there.

Cons

Like any other email marketing tool, GetResponse is also paid and has a price that may seem high for those at the beginning of the business. But despite this, what allowed me to know the site was precisely the free trial that is available. In the free account you can list up to 500 contacts! It's already a good way to test the tool and use it while it doesn't have many features.

Terrible, find yourself another platform.

Pros

I inherited this software when I purchased the business. It is TERRIBLE!!! I think they use dial-up for speed, and their customer service is no faster. It took 3 days to receive each response from them. I tried to cancel and they charged me AFTER I had cancelled. The platform is so slow, I could have made a coffee in between each screen. BRUTAL! Do yourself a favour, if you are considering GetResponse, Don't! Read the reviews, they are awful!

Cons

The incredibly poor layout and slow speeds.

### "Beware of shady billing practices"

We had a marking specialist tried to set this up. They quit and never cancelled the product. 2 YEARS later the company charged us $600 and refused a refund. The product works as advertised but they threatened us with the legal department for asking for a refund. Now we have to contest the charge with the bank and pull our legal team into this. What company charges every 720 days? It feels like it was specifically designed for people to forget about it or for turnover to ensure that they get their money. We used it for one month and never touched it again. Horrible service all around. No phone number, they close tickets before you can respond, they are rude when confronted about these things. They are sharks. Be ware. I've had to resort to this to warn people.

Cons

They have horrible customer service (none), they don't care about their clients, they close tickets early, they don't give a damn.

### "Huge Disappointment"

Where to start - the interface is not really drag and drop as it advertises, to edit any component requires a series of clicks that makes using the templates incredibly frustrating. For example, you cannot even drag a text box to move it half an inch up the page. It is entirely based on email so the process does not follow a logical path for anything else, like creating a landing page and then setting up the email campaign to add users who have clicked a CTA, and starting an automation sequence. It's like having 4 different systems pieced together haphazardly. To make matters worse, the system freezes on a regular basis. This is a huge disappointment, as the concept is brilliant (one system to handle email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and surveys) but the actual system falls way flat. And if you're on a trial, forget support - they don't care at all about helping new potential customers get the most out of the experience so they will buy. Forget it, don't waste your time.

Great concept, lots of templates and stock images

Cons

Concept falls flat in practice, the different components do not play well with each other Extremely user UNfriendly platform, too many clicks for simple tasks Poor performance Terrible customer service

I'm switching from other software to this one. The experience is really comfortable to use and I can even use it from my phone.

Pros

It is not only an autoresponder. They have evolved from that. Now they have a funnel builder, landing pages, thank you pages, webinars...

Cons

The starter version could be a bit more complete, like pointing and tagging the leads depending on their actions... That is something basic that should be included

One should give it a try, as compared to other email marketing tool at this price, one should definitely check getresponse. They even have a 30 day trial .

Pros

\- The one thing that I liked most about Getresponse is its ease of use, I've been using other email marketing tool but getresponse is the best one at a decent price point. - They have excellent customer service, I needed help in my integration with email autoresponder and helped me, really fast. - Autoresponder feature is great with high deliverity, the one thing I liked most about gestreponse is the UI in Autoresponder , you can easily create a flow for sending email sequence.

Cons

There is nothing that I can say I didn't like about it.

Pros

My most lovable feature of the GetResponse marketing software was the AI website builder. This caters for a beginner who's got very minimal abilities at building landing pages. I loved the idea of you selecting from a few options what you'd like your webpage to consist of and then, in a few minutes, its all set for customization.Also, the autoresponder tool, i honestly couldn't ask for something more. And the pricing is fair enough

Cons

I feel the AI builder could be further enhanced to create very good looking landing pages that wouldn't need much formatting and editing.
