Pros

GetResponse offers many features, to be honest, more than I use - but I can grow within GetResponse as I learn more and expand my business. The "create newsletter" is what I use most, almost exclusively at present. The software guides me, as a user, to create interesting and attractive monthly newsletters in minutes.

Cons

GetResponse has all the features I currently need. Easy to use. I don't have any complaints or aspects of the software that I like "least."

Don't use them if you need email marketing to sync to SalesForce.

Pros

Their emails went over well with our customers but that really may be the most complementary statement that I can make about this company.

Cons

UGH. Their SalesForce integration DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. It is also run by a third party that you are not allowed to speak to so you can't communicate to fix it. When we brought us this concern to them, we were told we just had to wait it out. That was MONTHS so we moved on to better software.

Cons

With the new upgrades, it looks really good but a little bit hard to navigate for some om new users who i recommend it to..

Positive experience.

Pros

They are fair and wont randomly stop you sending emails unlike mailchimp. Its very easy to send well designed emails.

Cons

The webinar software isn't that great, it's a little bit pricey when you get into the thousands of subscribers.

I've looked at several other mail marketing companies, this one tops them all

Cons

there isn't much I don't like about it. Sometimes It's tough figuring something out but they have one of THE BEST support around

One of the best email marketing tool today!

Pros

GegtResponse is a great email marketing tool. Setting up a campaign is easy and they offer a tutorial on how to make one. The dashboard is simple and the icons are big enough. I like the feature of their landing pages. I can create a great landing page within a few minutes and it has a responsive design. Also, there are tons of templates to choose from. I can also create beautiful forms that I can place on our website. It provides a lot of advanced features as well and this tool is also affordable!

Cons

I have some issues with their drag and drop interface. It is a little bit complicated.

Overall, it’s okay for someone just getting started who wants a low cost option.

Pros

This is a low cost email and landing page option for micro businesses. You obviously get more plan features at higher subscriptions but the basic plan is still pretty valuable for the cost.

Cons

Removed contacts should not count toward subscription limits since you pay for more subscribers.

It has been great as this is the first ever tool we used for email marketing and automation activities in our company.

Pros

Get Response has really been a good software to help and boost our email marketing activities. One of the robust feature of this tool is its email marketing automation which helps user to create the automation email chains. It basically reduces your manual efforts to automatic email sending. Second, it has the series of in built email templates for ready to use emails.

Cons

Nothing much. The pricing of this tool is slightly on the higher side but justifies the worth of using this tool.

It's been great generally, the free trial was something that attracted me to start using GetResponse in the first place and i really haven't regretted using them for once.

Pros

Getresponse sure gave me good value for my money. The ability to create landing pages and setup autoresponders seamlessly is awesome. when i started to use getResponse for my blog, i could say that my list started to see positive increase. Less of my emails, went into spam and deliverability issues were reduced.

Cons

In my view, the only area they need improvement is in their integrations. I wanted to start an affiliate program for an ecommerce website once and i so badly wanted to use GetResponse to manage emails being sent to my affiliate Unfortunately,GetResponse wasn't supported.

We used it to automatically respond back to contact forms and segment emails. Overall it was quick and easy to setup and smooth to use.

Pros

Getresponse does what it says it's going to do and does it well. Quick and easy to setup email newsletters and email automation. Along with landing pages.

Cons

Only 500 contacts on the Free plan, but what can you say, its the free plan.

I have been a GetResponse user for a few months now, and also joined their affiliate program. Their good points are that the service they offer is affordable. It is excellent for small businesses or entrepreneurs just starting out with email marketing. However, I do not recommend GetResponse as a landing page builder. The templates are outdated and not responsive. I also do not recommend their affiliate program - it takes them about 2 weeks to respond to emails, and they really just don't care. I have dropped GetResponse's affiliate program and I plan to leave GetResponse as a user.

Pros

Affordability Great online support Can find info about it easily

Cons

Landing page builder templates are outdated and landing pages are not mobile responsive. Landing page builder is a bit of a mission to use. They do nothing about complaints.

I started my email marketing journey, lead generation, all at once by utilizing GetResponse, and I would say 'It worth it'.

Pros

They offer a 30-day free trial, granting new customers the opportunity to make use of their service, for them to try it out first, consider, before buying any of their plans. In addition to that, users can send emails for themselves or for their clients, from 500 contacts up to 100K contacts.

Cons

One cannot send emails that is more than 100K contacts at a time, I guess GetResponse is not a massive email sending tool like AB Bulk Mailer and etc.

I migrated to this software, so it can be easy to manage. Wrong decision.

Pros

Easy to buy. But this is the only advantage I noticed and not really unique.

Cons

\- web editor destroys your content every time, You must be extremely careful - I am wasting hours to prepare newsletters - import is constantly rejected. There are adresses blocked to add even if I have use permission on paper - database import - if You have some adresses invalid, the whole import is rejected with no error code. Helpline redirects Your complain to misterious AUDIT DEPARTMENT and You loose every import 2-3 days to identify the reason - overall suport - they cannot help You in anything. If You have issues with their software You must live with it

### "Upload your list before you waste any time on configuration"

Feature set is quite good, reasonable email templates

Cons

Getting a list accepted, even one you are actively sending to is incredibly difficult. Our list is 100% opt-in and was rejected. We re-validated with a third party service, cut and cut the list until it was just email openers in the last 5 sends and even that was rejected. This was after we'd spent hours setting up the emails and automation. Before you do any work, upload your list and see if it will even be accepted. When we asked for them to refund our payment due to our inability to use their system they refused, citing terms and conditions.

Overall I would like to conclude that GetResponse is the best ever Email Marketing tool for Begginer Blogger, Youtuber or Digital Marketer. If you run a small or medium business, then I highly recommended this Platform to use for Email Marketing.

Pros

The below features I like most in GetResponse are as below: 1. I can build my customer email list easily and even export it to my local storage. 2. I can make landing page for making lead generation campaign and collect email. 3. I can automate the email in my email list easily.

Cons

The below features I don't like mostly in GetResponse are as below: 1. Their analytics are slow and confusing little bit than other platform. 2. Limited pre made email templates and that all are outdated.

Leider konnte das Tool mit der Automatisierung der Konkurrenz nicht mithalten. Im Grundsatz ein gutes Angebot, auf den ersten Blick. Mussten dann auf ein anderes Tool umstellen. Bei der Kündigung hat man diese jedoch bei Getresponse nicht erhalten und den Folgemonat trotzdem verrechnet. Ein Mitarbeiter meinte, das sei kein Problem, man erstatte dies zurück, wegen 2 Tagen. Die Bestätigung kam dann, dass es keine Rückerstattung geben kann. Nicht gerade kundenfreundlich und daher nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros

Angebot mit vielen Features, leider nicht so ausgereift wie erwartet.

Cons

Kundenservice und Einschränkung bei der Nutzung
