Was impressed, but have moved on to something that suited my needs better Pros \- GetResponse has many different product offerings - this review is primarily on their landing pages - I think overall they are very good - not excellent - but very good - I have come across other landing page platforms I like better, but for the price Get Response is an excellent option and produces good results, attractive landing pages and a competitive price Cons \- Have seen landing page platforms I think have better looking pages, but for the price GetResponse is a good option and if you use their email integration I'm sure they tie everything together nicely. August 15, 2019 4.0 Besides the server issue, the software is very useful. The training is also excellent to help improve your marketing. Pros It gives you great templates and products. The analytics are very helpful for tracking your results. Cons Using for email marketing, we had issues with our open rates getting reduced by 50% or more without change in our usage. After numerous communication with the company, we found out they moved us to a "bad" server/IP address which triggered the recipient inbox spam filters. After several months, the problem was resolved with open rates bouncing back up. They denied being the cause but we have the proof. I've been using GetResponse for over a year now and I like the program more than fine. The software is easy to use and comprehensive. GetResponse can be used by both beginners and experienced marketers. This is mainly due to the ease of use. GetReponse is definitely in my top 3 email marketing programs. Pros Easy to use and clear in terms of functions. The program is very extensive and you have many options for setting up and testing your e-mail campaigns. Thanks to the extensive analytics you have the opportunity to follow your campaigns properly. The customer service is comprehensive and responds quickly to questions. Cons Unfortunately, there is no free package available. The knowledge base is not in Dutch. It does take some time to master the functions. But once you know this, GetResponse works perfectly. The software is fairly easy to use and for what you can't figure out they have tons of options and outstanding customer service to learn and get trained. They have lots of great looking templates and you can also design your own with ease. They have automation workflows that make mapping out campaigns really easy. The reporting is very robust. Owner Music Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Solid, By Not My Favorite Lead Generation Software" August 26, 2022 3.0 Overall I can't say it worked out with GetResponse. We tried to utilize it for more than a year and never got the flow of it. I tried to get help from their customer service but they weren't that helpful. After paying for it for more than a year we had to discontinue and find something else. While I'm sure it has it's merits and is a good overall platform, I can't recommend it from my experience. Pros My favorite thing about GetResponse is the overall concept of being able to capture cold leads easily. The platform is clean and easy to understand for the most part. Cons Unfortunately we could never really get the hang using this software. We tried it for about a year but didn't see enough progress to keep using it. We found that other similar types of software was easier and cheaper to use. The thing I like the least is probably how much the price goes up depending on your contact list. Pros GetResponse is a quite reliable platform, what I like most about this platform is the ease with which you can create an advertising campaign, just with a few simple steps of adding a design and adding the desired text, you will have the campaign ready , the rest does GetResponse automatically! Cons I do not like GetResponse for Anroi, I think it's a version too outdated and lacks a lot of renewal and more current versions of the web, I would like the creators of GetResponse to dedicate themselves more to improving the App for a better stay. Pros Getresponse was my main emailer for the past 14 months, it provided excellent value for someone who has a list under 5,000 people and It provides an amazing delivery rate compared to other low cost autoresponders. Cons The biggest issue for me was the dramatic increase in pricing when you get even 1 subscriber above your limit, they charge you a pro-rated amount plus next months new pricing. The autoresponder automation is a breeze in Get Response you can literally draw a map of how your sequence should go. Fantastic for the price Pros I loved the fact that I was able to get up and running so quickly. You can easily integrate it with other software. Literally with a few clicks of a button. Cons When I first signed up I had to contact support because it wouldn't load up. This was because my cache needed cleared. Support were very quick to rectify the problem and very helpful. We appreciate that it has a lot of features we don't need yet but are looking forward to using as our marketing strategies grow. Pros It has all the bells and whistles of the large name CRM programs but at a fraction of the price. We can import lists, set up automated email campaigns, create landing pages, and segment and filter the lists. For WordPress users, they just added a landing page plugin that makes it easy to customize the page on your own website. They make it easy to set up newsletters with the drag and drop tool but advanced users can still create custom letters with HTML. They recently updated the dashboard and I think it a lot more intuitive to find things. We always appreciate free trials and GetResponse gives you a free 30-day trial with up to 1000 contacts on your list. Cons I don’t really see any cons with GetResponse at this time.
