Coach Professional Training & Coaching Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Horrible Customer Service" October 19, 2018 1.0 After being highly recommended, I decided to give their 30-day free trial a shot to see if it would work before committing to spend the money on a subscription. Immediately upon registering, my account was blocked and it said I needed to upload a picture of a government issued ID before I could use their software. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, though I did find it a bit strange and the person who recommended the service said they had never heard of this request, however; my drivers license went missing the week prior and I only have a Temp ID. My DL is going to take 4-6 weeks to arrive. I contacted the Live Chat Customer Service and was told they are not allowed to help in these cases and referred me to the Compliance Dept. I reached out to compliance explaining the situation and uploaded my Temp ID for verification. After several emails, I never got a response from an actually person addressing my specific issue, only automated, scripted responses, the last of which stated if I did not upload proper documentation in 3 days, my account would be closed. The list of reasons this verification could be required all referred to some type of complaint or misuse of the service. However, I never had an opportunity to do anything in their software. I don't have 4-6 weeks to wait to get my email service up and running. At this point, their lack of personal connection or willingness to work with me leaves me no option other than to go with one of their competitors. Pros I was never allowed to use it, so there is nothing I liked about it. Cons There was no personal connection when I had an issue. June 26, 2018 3.0 Pros GetResponse is quick to process each of the subscriptions, what I like most about this platform is that the prices are extremely low, lower than any other company, and this actually earns the trust and interest of many people and companies . Cons The problem with GetResponse is that in many cases, the campaigns are no longer online and almost nobody can access them, that is more than half an hour without being able to access, I think this is a platform error and I would like to have it fixed . March 5, 2018 5.0 I have benefited from the use of GetResponse in my company, since we have many people who have subscribed to our emails, and we do it automatically and instantaneously, the sending. Pros I really like the design that GetResponse has, this has totally increased my interest in making an advertising campaign, since it makes it more fun and more comfortable. Cons I do not like that GetResponse emails take so long to arrive, as many customers have told me, they do not immediately receive the information I send by this means. The marketing automation tools also features very highly on my list. Cons the initial phase to learn how to work some of the controls took some time to get use to. I can't do mulitple selections in landing pages but i haven't really search to do that. I'm gonna assume it has to be in the top 3 on email marketing platforms as a new affiliate marketer it has helped me so much actually I don't know what I would do without it . I started out just the free trail and now I pay for it . I haven't had any problems the help they give u is great . I can get customer service at any . It's ready made, automates step by step program u can't beat it. Cons Extremely slow support and integration. They do reply to each email in 2-4 days which is unacceptable for the setup process, where you do need to finish ASAP. We tried to set up the product in 10 days and never succeed, then decided to cancel. In such a case, they requested to pay at least 1 month of usage. Paying for an account that was not even activated due to poor support? I think it's not fair and they do not value their customers. The team is not professional. On a eu qq changements d'abonnements (upgrades) sans avoir été prévenus et quelques (mauvaises) surprises en facturation. Au départ le support était assez réactif mais bizarrement moins sur la facturation. Pros Ca paraissait simple et assez complet avec des modèles. Cons Navigation compliquée. Tout est trop complexe, mal traduit. La gestion des listes et contacts est lourde à souhait. Les ajustements sur les landing pages sont fastidieux. Of course all the cool features in the world mean nothing without deliverability so I ran tests and am happy to report that GetResponse has excellent deliverability. Pros The mobile friendly templates, timing features, list management functions and great deliverability made GetResponse and excellent choice for our company. Pros I like that the templates, overall, are easier to use than Constant Contact. I also like that they check the spam score on your emails before you send them out. Mailchimp, Aweber, Constant Contact, Sendy, and others) through my consulting work and personal projects at Venture Harbour. GetResponse is by far the tool that I find myself recommending to others the most for a few reasons: - Great pricing (for most list sizes it's the most affordable service) - Beautifully designed templates & everything is mobile / tablet optimised - Their time travel service is fantastic - Great customer service - Good integration with a plethora of tools & WordPress plugins Overall, it does everything that an email marketing service should do without causing too many headaches. Downside: The user interface could do with a lick of paint and a rethink from a talented user experience expert. I find the labelling of navigation and my ability to find what I'm looking for quite unintuitive. I'd also love to see their automation service developed a bit more. As it stands it's okay but quite limited in terms of what you can automate.
