What really won me over is their 24 x 7 chat support, which helps get your questions answered really quickly and easily. It becomes extremely helpful when you want to get something sorted that is real simple and waiting for a response for a day or two over email is just not warranted. They are also pretty active over Social Media (Facebook and Twitter), so they are very easy to get hold even out of the GetResponse environment. As an engineer, I really appreciate good products and I was astonished by their back-end. It's almost like a child's play, they have created a drag & drop system to make life easy and it comes in really handy if you are not that tech savvy. They also have a cool feature called 'Inbox Preview' that lets you see how exactly an email will appear on your reader's screen considering their email client, browser, operating system, and device. So if you don't have an autoresponder service or you are thinking of changing from your current one, then GetResponse is definitely worth giving a shot. Review Source AA Adam A. Avoid hours of frustration " December 15, 2015 2.0 I've tried Getresponse recently. Having sent several campaigns I'm giving up. The learning curve is way too high... The UI / UX is atrocious. Pros Easy Setup, just a small amount of DNS to setup, but they handle all the white labeling etc. The software was pretty easy to use and the API was pretty full featured. It has many happy clients from all over the world. Cons I was using an enterprise, self-hosted version of GR which was, apparently, the worse child of the company. All updates and new features went first to the cloud version (cheaper but obviously easier to deploy). We had to wait for bug fixes and features promised for months. Pros GetResponse offers tons of features to help streamline email marketing. Everything from custom landing pages to email campaigns, this is truly a great option (in terms of features) for email marketing solutions. Cons GetResponse can be expensive and confusing to understand which option will best fit your business needs. As with many email marketing solutions, they seem to over complicate what should be a more straight forward process of selecting features and pricing. The drag/drop email builder great. Setting up auto responders has been a bit more difficult to grasp, and i may need to migrate to a service like Active Campaign or Ontraport for more sales or crm work. Happy with it for now, and price is right.
