The HTML email builder is easy to use, drag-and-drop, and comes with many usable designs. Cons I'm not in love with the basic interface, which is OK, but clunky. While the API is available, few other providers seem to integrate with the system - unlike Mailchimp or Aweber, which seem to integrate with everybody. Review Source MC Meagan C. I liked that it took almost no time to get up and going, and the plans were affordable. Cons I really did not see any downsides, as it perfectly fit my specific need at the time. Cons This is one of the least user-friendly websites I have ever encountered. I can't believe how long it takes me to find what I need and make it work. I can't make changes without way too much time and stress. The emails are going out with my personal address at the bottom and I can find no way to fix it. As a first time business owner, I needed the daily support and instruction videos to help me understand how best to build my list using email, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, and Google +. GetResponse also gave me the info I needed to do other social media networks but I haven't pursued those accounts yet. They have tons of recommendations and insights on how to build your email marketing list and this is super important for new companies coming on line! Now I ve to block my card with all the problems that this issue will provoque to me! The customer service was slow and not efficient. No customer service line to call, only chat. Then they invited me to a webinar, which i enrolled two weeks prior. Go to join the webinar and it said i was unsubscribed. I had just sent my first email, which i now have no access to see my responses from the customers I had reached out to. They have given me no explanation. I'm upset, as i spent a lot of time creating my emails and my contacts list. Save yourself a headache and go with another program. Pros The main reason i got this was for email. It is easy to use. Cons Customer service was the worst ever. What platform doesn't have a phone line? Get with the times!
