Easy to set up and great customer support- queries resolved in minutes using a chat service and handy short videos/ articles.

Pros

Fantastic product- whilst being great value for money, ExpenseIn also provides a smooth process for Expense management. This product has saved me a lot of time. I would highly recommend.

Cons

ExpenseIn does connect with Sage but you have to close Sage first before you import across. It would be helpful if it could connect without closing it first.

Really happy, the team are very helpful and the system is so easy to use, rolling it out to 60+ users was problem free. Compared to previous software we have used it was a great experience

Easy to set up and roll out. The system is very user friendly, set up was simple to follow and troubleshooting is straight forward with the online support

Cons

System does not attach a report in Sage Intacct when it exports, this needs to be manually added later

Pros

It works for logging your expenses and then getting reimbursed. That's about it though.

Cons

I prefer other options in the way market better than are easier to use and have more features such as a mobile app that is simple and has more features. Such as Nexonia.

The implementation process was very streamlined and was able to get a working solution into the business within 6 weeks of starting implementation to an organisation size of 300 people.

Pros

System is very intuitive and easy to use and the on-the-go expense management is a game changer for the business, resulting in quicker submissions, quicker processing times and co-workers who are satisfied with the expenses process. I also really liked that even when using an accounting system where there was no API functionality, the ExpenseIn team created bespoke reports to enable smooth transfer of claims and data between systems.

Cons

Nothing - the system, app and implementation has been exceptional. We were provided with a designated account manager who walked us through the implementation process and the request to implement did not have a significant impact on the organisation's time.

The ExpenseIn solution met all the requirements we needed without overcomplicating it. Additionally, the pricing mechanism of only paying for 'active users' suited the way our organisation submits expenses, with some regularly submitting and others barely submitting at all.

We have found the implementation process and roll out very uncomplicated and problem free. \[sensitive content hidden\] were very helpful and easy to contact and communicate with the whole way. We have not had any issues to date but know that if we did and needed support that it would definitely be there based on our current experience of the team and software.

Pros

Expensein is a very easy to use and straightforward software that doesn't require a lot of knowledge of the system to be able to navigate it effectively.

Cons

Currently we have not found anything that we don't like and the users of the system are finding it very helpful and easy to use.

The service is definitely value for money and this has reduced our admin time considerably. The staff are always supportive and willing to look into issues and on hand to resolve any issues or finds way for the system to work for us. We would recommend this service.

Pros

The website is very easy to navigate, simple and clear. The customer service team is always on hand and eager to help to ensure we get what we need.

Cons

Some elements of the system could do with more work, the invoicing module is behind compared to the Expenses Module. However, we have been giving feedback on what we require so hopefully this is something they are willing to look into.

We outweighed the cost benefit and ease of use between both products. Whilst Concur has more functionality, the cost was considerably more. At the time we was a small business which this was an important factor.

Very pleasant, \[sensitive content hidden\] demonstrated the software and from implementation Apostolos was so helpful. Since we have gone live the support has been fantastic.

Pros

I like that is very user friendly, that the credit card has a live data feed bringing thought the transactions automatically without having to manually upload them. It also inter grate's with our accounts software, so allows us to export the expenses for credit card and reimbursable directly

Cons

I haven't found much i don't like, the issues i have come across are just minor and are have all been resolved with the help desk. There are basic things.

We looked a various softwares for company credit card return but ExpenseIn fit best and in my opionion its one ofthe best ones of there if not the best one.

Pros

We been using ExpenseIn for 5 years now, its great value for money, user friendly and customer support is second to none!

I prereferred the old interface to the new but still as user friendly, and had no complaints from the users,

Pros

Simple & easy user interface. Integration with accounts software and corporate card company makes reconciling statements and importing transactions very simple saving precious time. Creating all the categories, projects, departments, custom reports etc... in the admin section is also easy to do.

Pros

We are using both the expenses and the invoice module and it has really sped up our processes and given us more control over spend. The expense module is really easy to use and was quickly accepted throughout the firm. It has streamlines all our processes into one and we found it was really customisable so we could capture all the data we needed.

Cons

Our expenses claims have increased as it's so easy to use!

Easy to bring on board for our 10 users. Excellent support from Customer Services in helping us deal with part time users and initial currency work. Features still weak around non base currency claims, esp dealing with fact that exchange rates change through out an international trip and claims may have different rates based on this and / or the rate obtained when changing money.

Cons

Fluctuating exchange rates are still not fully there and our Finance team need to adjust them before claims are up loaded into our Finance system.

### "Great expense management system"

The mobile app makes it easy to store and upload my expenses on the go. A much more efficient way for me to sort my expenses when I travel with work. I don't like fiddly pieces of software and found this one to be very straightforward.

Pros

I find the exporting tool very useful for printing all my expenses as a PDF. I use Xero for my accounting and I really like that I can export in a compatible format, saves a lot of hassle.

Cons

Cannot track distance on mileage in mobile app.

Overall, fantastic versatile system which has really been a game changer for automating the expenses process.

Pros

Easy to use so great functionality. Approval flows, Departments and Categories are super easy to set up. The support team are always very helpful. The system has a PA assist service so one can help users who may struggle personal expenses or Credit card usage. Useful reporting and admin options to track rechargeable items. Integration available for Sage, Xero, Quickbooks, Oracle, NetSuite, AccountsIQ, Dynamics BC, Iplicit. Options to automate payments. Easy to reset passwords so minimal admin. Affordable.

Cons

Not able to see last time users logged in. Very happy with the system so there is not really anything which raises a concern.

I use several different softwares and this is by the far the best. Does exactly what I need it to do without limiting the needs of the business. Great visibility for finance. Can't praise it enough.

Pros

Easy to use. Adaptable. App & Website. Quick support response times. Fair charging when not used. Integrates with Sage.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of but it wants 40 characters about nothing to complain about

The system is easy to use and allows you to submit multiple expenses through at the same time in one summary and just needing one approval process.

Excellent, very happy with the training and implementation, the end users and admin users love it. It has reduced admin time by at least 1-2 days per month. It's easy to use, efficient, their customer service team are responsive and you can speak to a human immediately, rather than a chatbot first. Once you've set it up, you can amend fields and other items so it makes the system more flexible. You can set up report formats yourself, for example exporting info in the correct format for a sage import journal. I can't recommend ExpenseIn enough, having used other credit card expense software, this is the best one yet.

Pros

Ease of use, value for money, huge efficiency improvement. Available across different platforms, e.g apple, android and able to use on web browser

Cons

Nothing, there aren't any cons. We only have genuinely positive feedback. Even employee who usually take a lot of encouragement to do their expenses, love the system and are eager to use it each month

The implementation was a breeze and the launch has been a resounding success. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ExpenseIn.

Pros

I love the ease of the software and how much visibility it's given the Finance team to expenses that are awaiting approval or in draft. It's allowed us to more efficiently code our expenditure accruals which has been great. The end-user and approver training provided was also excellent and comprehensive.

Cons

I struggle to think of a con! The user interface you could argue looks a little dated, but I believe this is something they are working on and it's still totally fit for purpose so it's a very minor niggle! I also struggled to find the carbon reporting as it wasn't immediately obvious on the Finance Admin page, but that was more likely user error on my behalf.

ExpenseIn Adhoc module has been brilliant for us and has brought the processing time for our weekly expenses payment run down drastically. Also the adaptability of the system to add user groups, departments and events fits well with our reporting structure. The integration process was also great with \[sensitive content hidden\] being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Also the ongoing support provided through the chat function makes random questions easy to quick answers to.

Pros

The option to have an Adhoc expenses module, export easily to our accounting system. Also having all the information contained within one system makes the administration of running volunteer expenses easy and well-contained.

Cons

It can sometimes feel a bit clunky (I've never known an expenses system that isn't!) but operationally it does the job.
