Pros Voordelen zijn uitstekende internationale schaalbaarheid en stabiliteit. Daarnaast heeft deze software al een relatief lange historie en werkt er een, voor dit type software, groot team met veel kennis aan de verdere ontwikkeling. Dit resulteert in kwalitatief goede workflows en regelmatige verbeteringen. Cons De gebruikerservaring op pc is nog niet heel intuitief, waardoor er voor niet-dagelijkse gebruikers relatief veel opleiding nodig is. Voor niet-dagelijkse gebruikers ontbreekt vooralsnog een mobiele schil die toepassing op de werkvloer op meer intuitieve wijze mogelijk maakt. We were not notified about the new upgrades. It takes a lot of time before we receive requested quotes. Pros All the documents are in one place. The workflow is very useful. There are possibilities to change the workflow. Cons It is not always clear what the new features are when an upgrade has been implemented. The search function is very poor. Quality Manager Farming Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Icologiq Elements platform" April 14, 2020 5.0 Pros The biggest pro of the software is that it is a one stop shop. It brings several modules together in 1 tool this makes it much easier to role out such a tool in a bigger organization with respect to training of end users. The last few years we have upgraded to the newest version and rolled out new modules (CAPA, RISK, MOC). Implementation of the new modules went fast. These new modules were well received by the end users. Cons Altough the platform has multiple modules, it is not possible yet to have all these modules communicating with eachother. The system is extremely reliable as well as the support from the company. Pros As the administrator, I find the system easy to use. The administrative screens are each to navigate as well as location of the documents. I am unsure about the integration with other apps, we currently do not have this feature for use. The system is extremely reliable as well as the system from the company. Cons The reporting and analytics tool has been a challenge to use. Icologiq qui développe le produit est une entreprise tres réactive, avec qui il fait bon travailler. Nous développons ainsi, plusieurs fois par an de nouvelles fonctionnalités afin de satisfaire nos clients internes. Cons Le logiciel étant pour de nombreux clients d'Icologiq, il n'est pas possible de modifier certains standard du logiciel. Aujourd'hui il ne manque que l'intégration mobile pour etre au top! I have receive few user issues with the system. The Icologiq support team has been really helpful in answering our questions and needs. Pros As an IT person, the administrative screens are easy to work with. I don't go into the system daily so it is nice when I do need to, I can navigate the screens easily to find what I need. I am not sure about integration with other apps as we have not had that need yet however, this feature has recently been requested by the user community. Cons This is a challenging question for me because our integration included a migration from another company to BASF. This type of integration held special challenges. So overall, I don't have any cons. Reason for choosing EQMS There was a team at BASF that made this decision however I was not part of the team. The team was made up of Business users.
