ProsCustomers are the strongest pillar for every business. Helpdesk Office helps the business owners to handle their clients easily and in a professional manner. It has a notification feature that alerts the user of any new communication. This helps in answering the customer's questions faster maintaining a good relationship. A happy customer will encourage friends and relatives to come and buy your products and services thus increasing productivity. This product integrates with Email providers making the work more easier in communication between all the stakeholders in a company.
ConsThe product is not commonly used in many companies. The developer should market Helpdesk Office to have a good reach globally. This will make it to be at the same level with the competitor.
