This company are brilliant. I have implemented Klipboard at my previous workplace, with great success and now at my own company I am using it.
The support and help with setup has been fantastic since the beginning.
Cons
There are a few teething problems, little things like a specific process to uploading the photos which if we don't follow, can cause the app to crash meaning we lose our work and have to start again.
Hard to track which tasks have been sent onto customers, can crash out sometimes wiping system of data.

Overall: Saves us admin time, we now work paper free, we have improved the quality of service we deliver to our clients.
Pros: Compared to how we use to do business, klipboard has enabled us to vastly improve the quality of service we deliver to our clients while reducing the admin time we used to waste with all the paperwork.

Overall: The team do continuously develop based on customer feedback which is great. We’ve had no issues over the years, and I would highly recommend Klipboard to anyone in need of a reliable software for their office and engineers.
Pros: We’ve been using Klipboard for 4 years now, and it’s been fantastic! The software is very easy to use, making day-to-day operations smoother. Their customer service is always helpful, and the team is incredibly supportive, especially during onboarding.
Cons: There are no real cons as such and we had no major dislikes. You just need to be aware that the software is extensive and you will have to invest the time in availing of the training.

Overall: I would not recommend investing into Klipboard software, if Klipboard offer the correct support I believe the other issues would be easy to overcome. The onboarding is poor. Not accepptable witht he price tag
Pros: Before purchasing the system and the initial demo the system appears to be better than most other software options. HOWEVER, when you go live the problems begin...
Cons: Initial set up too frustrating. NO telephone support, NO email support, Slow to respond, the pop up support button if full of irrelevant information that slows you down in actually texting someone. Texting your issues and the support person on the other endo does not understand your issue, you're then into a conflict with Klipboard.

Pros: After having trouble with communication and support from a couple of other job management companies, I found Klipboard. I must say, the level of customer service and support I received from [sensitive content hidden] and his team was nothing short of impeccable! Every single query or support ticket i requested was rapidly followed up by an email with [sensitive content hidden] and multiple check ins throughout my free trial... I was offered a demo call and the demo was very informative and answered any questions i had. I have been incredibly impressed so far with the level of customer service I have received so far! The job management system itself is very seamless to navigate and is set out very nicely - something i have struggled to find in a job management software previously. I showed my engineers this app and after using other job management apps and not liking them at all, they were itching to use Klipboard, which has made my life a lot easier not having to constantly chase job reports and job sheets! Would 100% Recommend
