Cons Between me and those I sought to schedule meetings with, FreeBusy frequently bounced back and forth between my time zone (Eastern) and Universal Coordinated Time. This made it \*very\* confusing—for myself, and those unfamiliar with the software that I was trying to wean onto it. I did reach out to their customer support but, at the free tier, responses were few and far between—and not enough to solve any problems. Review Source CD Casey D. I love that I can create a team of consultants and share the calendar with one link. The client then can pick the easiest time. Saves 10 emails to schedule a meeting or even worse scheduling a phone call to coordinate a meeting. Cons Order of data input. June 9, 2018 3.0 I can stay organized and know at a very quick look all of my scheduled activities and meetings! Pros I can have access to my scheduled activities with a quick look. It is great! Preferences section and the possibility to link other calendars is my favorite feature. Cons A bit confusing at the beginning. However, after a few minutes we can get familiar with it. I use it when hiring to schedule interviews, and have had no issues. Cons Little tough navigating the UI, and I had a situation where 2 people confirmed the same time slot at the same time. Pros The ability to allow my customers to pick their time to meet with me while not having to yoyo emails to figure out the meeting time that works for both our schedules. Cons Occasionally my customers have reported that they were not able to get the meeting set... but they were at least able to see my free times in my schedule and make a suggestion when they could meet me.
