Un design épuré mais des fonctionnalités qui peuvent répondre totalement à une entreprise voulant lancer des parcours d'e-learning en interne pour leurs collaborateurs notamment au moment de l'onboarding mais aussi pour les clients qui découvre l'utilisation de la plateforme. C'est une plateforme sécurisée qui permet de transmettre des infos et des formations facilement tout en controlant la qualité et l'état d'avancement. Tout doit être créé de A à Z mais la plateforme propose différents modules qui permettent d'intégrer des documents facilement mais aussi des pages internet, etc.

Cons

Il faut comprendre la logique des différents parcours qui peuvent être créé. C'est assez fastidieux de créer des quizz et le rendu visuel est assez froid et peu personnalisable avec notre charte graphique. Ça répond à son but premier qui est de transmettre des formations et des informations mais par contre ce n'est pas forcément la plateforme la plus sexy ou la plus complète comme 360learnings qui a des fonctionnalités d'IA mais quand on a pas un budget extensible c'est vraiment très pratique et mieux que d'autres plateforme comme Looop

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about the system. Set up was easy and we did not have many issues implementing the training tools.

It is a bit costly but they worked with us to get it within our price range which really helped get this much needed tool.

Our experience with has been outstanding. The platform is flexible, scalable, and user-friendly, and the support we’ve received has been top-notch. It’s rare to find an LMS that works equally well for internal training and external customer education. We’ve seen measurable improvements in both employee product knowledge and customer satisfaction, and the certification capabilities have set us apart from competitors. Highly recommend it!

Pros

has been an essential tool for both our internal and external learning initiatives at Cayuse. For employees, we use it to deliver comprehensive product and industry knowledge, which has made learning more personalized and efficient. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and offers a variety of formats that cater to different learning styles. For our customers, the Academy platform allows us to offer detailed product courses, helping them maximize the value of our solutions. The ability to provide product certifications has been a game-changer in driving customer engagement and loyalty. The integration of WorkRamp with our processes is seamless, and the reporting features allow us to track progress, engagement, and certifications effectively. It’s empowering to know that both our team and customers are learning and growing in such an organized, streamlined platform.

Cons

While is highly robust, there are some small feature enhancements we’d love to see, such as a more flexible reporting layout or deeper integration with other analytics tools. These would make an already great platform even better, but they certainly don’t detract from its current value.

We made the switch from Northpass to for our Cayuse Academy primarily due to its competitive pricing and the extensive site customization options it offers. We needed a platform that could handle instructor-led training, as well as provide self-paced learning paths and certifications that learners could easily share on LinkedIn. WorkRamp also stood out with its robust gamification features, which help drive engagement, and seamless integrations with tools like SSO (Okta), Salesforce (SFDC), and Zoom. These integrations streamline our processes and make the platform more versatile and user-friendly, both for internal teams and our customers.

Initially our implementation was rough. However, our second year and going into our third year with the platform, I feel its been a much better experience. A lot of the features we asked for for Academy and the ELC, have been built with our asks in mind. The full training report, tracking time spent/time estimated, carousel, leaderboard. All great things! I will also say that Emma Huntoon is such an amazing CSM. We can talk shop for hours and she is really passionate about what she does. She makes me heard and she is constantly trying to help me find remedies and solutions to challenges.

Pros

I really like how intuitive the platform is. In addition, the help center and training materials are easily digestible and even inspiring for our own instructional design. My favorite feature about the platform is full content export and the Training Report. Those two features provide so munch insight into what we're doing. It provides me a full 360 view into our content and our learners.

Cons

With anything, you discover functionality you wish you had but don't have; however, my CSM, Emma Huntoon is AMAZING and documents all our functionality requests and a lot of them have come to fruition.

We migrated from Lessonly to . Workramp was able to migrate the content that was built in Lessonly as we had no way to export it. The implementation was smooth and we had a successful launch with 50% of our employees visiting the new site on Day 1. Since then we have been through a few CSMs which seems to be common with vendor support. Our first and current CSM have been great at both support and knowledge of the platform. I feel like my feedback is truly heard and I see product updates that are valuable to me and my team.

Pros

Ease of use for both the learner and the admins. Assignment Automation Libraries Being able to log in as a user to troubleshoot Permission Levels Room to grow - currently we only use the company learning but nice to know we can add a customer-facing instance for external learning as we grow. Ability to create content in the platform without needing SCORM tools My Team Manager View Events

Inability to reassign content on an ad-hoc basis Reporting has room to grow - an opportunity for a "from scratch" report Personalized Branding could be more robust No visibility into email notifications sent to learners

Overall, we love the platform! With improvements to the Reporting capabilities (and they have continued to improve this over time), it is the strongest LMS tool our organization has ever used.

Pros

is intuitive to use. As a facilitator and learning designer, I appreciate the many tools WorkRamp provides to create content that is interactive and engaging. The reporting is powerful and will allow us to empower our supervisors to engage actively with their team's learning. We are also able to integrate all of our existing content (from google slides) seemlessly with WorkRamp. Highly recommend!

Cons

The only aspect of that I have found less intuitive are the automations and the logic around that. Would love that to become easier to understand.

is helpful and supportive during onboarding. They've launched useful product updates at a good cadence. I'm overall quite happy with their Employee Learning Cloud product (the one I'm using).

Pros

is easy to manage as a 1-person Admin, easy to build engaging trainings, and very accessible for employees.

Cons

It would be nice to use the customer portal without paying a large amount on top of our employee learning cloud contract.

After completing a training, you can easily go back and review the content.

The tiles in are a little cumbersome; I feel it's not very organized and is somewhat difficult to locate a specific training

is easy to use with it's simple user interface. It makes learning and creating different learning paths and courses very simple, with no prior technical knowledge necessary.

Cons

The experience on mobile could be better as it is less intuitive and harder to navigate. However, this may be due to the smaller screen real estate available.

Overall getting set up with has been fairly painless and their support staff is wonderful. But this is really a system designed for internal use. We are hoping to see more external features in the near future.

Pros

Getting set up with is pretty easy. We were able to create courses and get up and running in a little over a month. They offer plenty of templates and fantastic training to get you going.

Cons

This platform is really geared toward internal training, not external. You can create an external Academy, but there are a lot of drawbacks:- You can't easily pull reports for the academy courses. We are having to rely on our CRM integration and manually creating spreadsheets, which is less than ideal. - You can't easily pull out the feedback left within courses. We have had to manually comb through each registrant's training to pull out their feedback. This is not at all scalable. We believe we have a solution, but it was not surfaced when we started that you could not easily get the data out. If we had known it would have saved us a lot of time. - Events. You can create external events using Zoom Webinars...but inside it will not show you any registration information. If you use just their straight event, only users with an internal WorkRamp login can register. We figured this out the hard way! We are making it work, but the set up is less than ideal.

constantly seeks to improve their platform and listens deeply to their customers. We have been wildly successful in our own deployment of WorkRamp thanks to their customer outcomes and support teams. WorkRamp as a platform allows us to develop, manage, and report on engaging learning for our Go-To-Market teams.

Cons

is early on in their life. They have created a wonderful foundation. And you can see that they'll go on to create many great features.

The support that we received from our CSM, Account Manager, and even the product team was superb. However; the challenges and drawbacks that came from having different learning portals prompted us to seek another LMS vendor.

Pros

The course builder in was really nice out of the box and easy to use.

Cons

THe fact that WR had seperate learning portals for different types of learners made it difficult for our learners to know where to go (partners often registered and completed course in our customer portal by accident) and it was impossible for us to report across all learner types in aggregate (we had to pull reports for each portal separately and them add the results together manually).
