Pros: Previously having worked with other law firms, I had heard positive things about Open Practice and had been told it was easy to work with. Now having hands on experience I have to agree. The dashboard is simple and intuitive, allowing me to easily find information on matters that I am currently dealing with and pull all the relevant documentation and dates.

The integrated search function on open practice has saved me time by auto populating fields and automatically updating matters when completed. As a legal workflow solution tool, I would feel confident to recommend open practice to other users.

Cons: Using new software is always a bit of a learning curve and open practice is no exception. That being said I found the support to be good and haven't encountered any instances where I haven't been able to find a solution.

Working with this program has allowed our practice to be focused on our incoming revenue

Pros: The program is very easy to learn. It usually takes an average of one hour or less to properly train a new staff member.

Cons: Many of the medical practices that I work with complain that there are to many steps to take in order to process one client file.

Overall: The software was easy to comprehend, which allows a more expedient training session.
