We are a family owned private school and the software is easily adaptable for any size business. The customer service has been first rate, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. This is what has really made Gradsgate stand out against our products in the market. Pros The software is very complete. It has lots of interesting features and is constantly evolving and keeping up with the latest innovations in this sector. It is easy to set up and the people behind Gradsgate couldnt be more helpful, always ready with advice and training. We are just starting out on our Gradsgate adventure but already it has made a huge difference to our ability to manage our alumni. Cons There have been a few difficulties with the app but as soon as we communicated these to Gradsgate they were solved. Also we would like more interaction with the photo galleries, again this is a tool that is in Development. With many members of staff using the system I would definitely prefer to be able to know which user amended which records and when.
