Pros Simply loved the fact that it posts to multiple hiring portals so that you don't have the headache of managing every single portal manually. Cons The user interface could be much much better. Cons I am not sure about the reasons; However, the web efficiency of the tool is slower compared to other tools. I have used multiple ATSs. I feel, as a start-up Zwayam is good looking; has a scope to be in the competition. - I still feel Greenhouse, Recruiterbox, HirePro & Hyreo etc are trying their best to innovate a lot.
