"Uplisting.io was purchased by AirDNA and is extremely neglected. AVOID IT, I WISH I HAD!"

**Overall:** My overall experience with Uplisting has been highly frustrating. While it is an affordable option meant to solve channel management and direct booking needs, it simply does not perform these core tasks reliably. The sheer volume of bugs—from missed guest messages to broken checkout pages—interferes with daily operations. Combined with a slow, unhelpful customer support team and rigid, limited customization options, the cost savings do not justify the operational headaches. It feels like a platform that lacks the necessary development and technical support to be dependable for property managers. Can't wait until my contract is over.

**Pros:** Compared to other rental property management software on the market, Uplisting is relatively cheap and affordable. It provides a foundational framework for accepting direct bookings and syncing calendars to prevent overlapping reservations between major channels like Airbnb and Vrbo.

**Cons:** The software is incredibly unstable, and the support structure is highly ineffective. We have encountered severe technical glitches, including the direct booking site completely failing to take reservations after an update, guest messages not delivering to my team, frequent "Couldn't send" chat errors, and bulk pricing updates failing to apply correctly. The calendar is glitchy, requires constant manual refreshes, and has poor visibility options. Furthermore, the platform lacks basic, essential features: No scheduled SMS messages or dynamic tags in direct messaging. Extremely limited customization/text edits for outbound messages and the direct booking website. Incorrect amenity icons and unlocalized spelling on the booking site. No iCal links for multi-unit listings. Frequent checkout blockages caused by promo codes. To make matters worse, the support team is slow (taking hours or days to respond) and often copies and pastes the same generic responses without addressing the actual problem, while the tech team feels completely non-existent.
