"Best bang for your buck - Better then Guesty for sure"

**Overall:** Overall it has been a good experience.

**Pros:** Massive value vs costs. I like the interface and the have security deposits, cleaning, smart locks, client statement etc are all integrated within Uplisting without having to connect 3rd party apps.

**Cons:** Not being able to send invoices Limited functionality to setup custom notifications. No option to integrate multiple companies and billing methods

**Reasons for Switching to Uplisting:** high listing fee and operating cost. No option to collect deposits and hold for more then 7 days

"Great system "

**Overall:** Very good. Only letdown is since vince sold it the customer service response is slower.

**Pros:** Easy to use and built correctly for hospitality

**Cons:** Only allows card payments for booking guests, with options of 1 or 2 payment structure only. Would be great to have bank transfer option and multiple payment plan options.

**Reasons for Switching to Uplisting:** Despite lodgify having more features, Uplisting features we're more in key with what we needed
