On the back end, admins have almost unlimited capabilities when setting up Submit, Share, or Send portals, including, perhaps most importantly, customizable user access settings. You can customize pages for users outside of your company to utilize to deliver files to you, track when a user has begun an upload, and even create email notification settings to be notified of their delivery. Where other softwares have proven weak and unreliable for transferring large files, Media Shuttle excels. Cons Perhaps the only downside to using Media Shuttle is that there is no mobile app. Users would benefit greatly from the ability to upload files easily via their phones through something more user friendly than the web browser version of the site. Switched from [Dropbox Business](https://www.capterra.com/p/143068/Dropbox-Business/) Sending files through Dropbox was not reliable or fast. Uploads failed constantly, or would take much longer than the software estimated. Even the Desktop app leaves much to be desired, and requires some deciphering to understand how to get files to be local or online only. Dropbox has been around for ages, but their software seems to be stuck in the past rather than improving with time. Working with large data sets is always a challenge however Signiant's solutions make life much simpler! Pros Lots of functionality enabling you to present your own storage via a web browser. From comprehensive webhook system that allows you to build other actions based on the activity that occurs within your portals to simple p2p transfer, Media Shuttle caters for all accelerated transfer needs. Cons Sometimes users outside of the business can have difficulty with the app that is required for the accelerated transfers. Pros Very fast file management and ability to send links to stakeholders with an easy to use layout. Great for all kinds of asset management regardless of file size. Cons I would like to be able to pause uploads and continue or if the connection drops it would be helpful to not lose any percentage of your upload.
