### "Workforce management in easy platform"

Pros

An easy-to-create timetable would serve as our one-stop destination for all things related to managing personnel if you embrace it. One platform has a wide range of capabilities that store managers may leverage regularly. The task management feature is where I found the best advantage; it's simple to assess accomplishments and plan the numerous duties retail establishments must perform.

Cons

There is a learning curve to getting acclimated to the various graphs, summarizing, and constructing reports. The customer Engagement staff at SF, on the other hand, is a joy to work with. A big thank you to JF, a brilliant business partner who is always on the ball, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.

### "Storeforce: can't recommend high enough"

We are understanding how to schedule more effectively. In the moment coaching from the tool and Store Managers can also understand what happened in the business from their days off in a moments notice. Plus, the service level from the Storeforce team is top notch.

Pros

The ability to schedule to when you know your peak traffic is coming is key. 50% of your sales come in your top 20 open hours. The ability to identify is amazing and we see immediate results.

Cons

I would like the ability to create my won reports but every column you build, you have to do from scratch. The good thing is Storeforce always takes your feedback to improve the user experience.

### "Potential to optimise staffing but time consuming"

Overall Storeforce really had potential however it wasn't compatible with our staffing schedules and therefore it felt too rigid to change it. The data and analytics side was good as it was detailed but ultimately it didn't enable us to account for different trends, which with the uncertainty of the retail sector at the moment, being reactive is key.

Pros

The feeding in of data was relatively easy and the peak times identified was really useful.

Cons

As out sales targets are based on LFL but can differ depending on various other factors I found Storeforce was too rigid when generating schedules. E.g. if an external factor meant we would be busier and need more staff it was time consuming to change this.

Reason for choosing StoreForce

We have now switched to using Rotageek which has a much simpler user interface and is easier to navigate and make changes.

Storeforce is a 10/10. It’s a valuable asset to my daily work and helps me have a clear idea of what’s going on in my store via schedule and statistics.

Pros

Storeforce is a comprehensive application that I use every single day. It keeps me in tune with my business by showing me schedule and daily statistics.

Cons

I love this program, the only thing that would make it better would be making it even more comprehensive for the workforce. Perhaps adding access to more store reports.

### "AMAZING Product"

Amazing! The team at StoreForce was always willing to listen and improve the product based on customer feedback. One of the best vendors I have ever worked with. They understand labor so they understood the needs being requested.

Pros

StoreForce is more than scheduling. The reporting aspect of the tool is incredible. Not only do you get a scheduling system that recommends coverage based on peak hours, but also supplies an instant Zone Chart as well as an in the moment Dashboard for coaching to drive overall business. You can see the information by day, by hour as well as by employee, therefore taking the guessing out of what happened on the sales floor.

Cons

Having to load in the KPIs in order for the system to generate recommended coverage. Would like it if it could calculate expected hours based on forecasted traffic, transactions, units sold and Hours of Operation without outside influence.

### "I wish I had StoreForce when I was a Store Manager!"

The overall experience with StoreForce is excellent, given the best in class service we've received.

Pros

It is easy to get a schedule going and if you let it be, can be your one stop shop for everything workforce management. There are many features on one platform that are excellent tools for retail leaders to use to drive the business daily. I find the most value out of the task management component; it's super easy to track completion and plan the various tasks retail stores have to execute.

Cons

It's probably not the most intuitive tool to use, but for any and every question I have, the team is always there to support. The look and feel of the app isn't very modern but gets better with every update!

Cons

Some integrations are a challenge but it is now been addressed.

### "A great partner to work with"

Pros

We were in search of a new scheduling system with some pretty specific needs. Storeforce was able to accommodate our requests and were very quick to implement. The application is easy to use, intuitive and has given us greater visibility to our scheduling than we have ever had. We are now finalizing the next phase which was their time and attendance piece. It's nice to work with a company the President takes an active involvement in the roll-out and listens to feedback. All of our interactions with them have been positive and question are answered in a timely fashion.

Cons

No real cons about his since we have much better quality schedules. Although there would be reports that we would like to have a "roll-up" view from a company level that are not readily available.

Pros

Very intuitive, easy to use, robust capabilities and the SF team are fantastic partners.

Cons

Getting used to the different graphs, reporting, building reports can be tricky at first. However, the Client Engagement team at SF are beyond wonderful and they are always ready to assist. Huge shout out to JF as he is a very attentive, helpful, proactive and engaging business partner!

StoreForce has created a much stronger consistency across all banners from scheduling practices to performance management to driving productivity. The level of customer service is excellent and the willingness to help us get the most out of the software as we can is a key factor in our success.

Intuitive, easy to use, train, and evolve in order to drive manpower efficiencies and identify leadership/productivity gaps.

Cons

Greater flexibility in building reports would improve information gathering and analysis.

### "Excellent Support "

I have used SF for three years during the course of my corporate retinal career. I recently took over this portion of the business for Theory due to the departure of a few teammates and couldn't have asked for better support. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been incredible since day one. He has hosted many incredible training sessions for our store teams/Area Manager sin addition to info sessions with me to teach me how to use the Target Management function. He is always prompt in his responses and extremely knowledgeable. we have never had any of our questions unanswered/unexplained. I am beyond grateful for all of his help, time and patience.

Pros

I think the overall platform is very user-friendly and I had a great experience with the training portion as well.

Cons

No cons for me! This platform has been very helpful.

### "Make's Close Out Easy"

Pros

The best software to reduce errors as we were closing out using excel. It is linked to the cash register so barely any errors.

Cons

Software had tendency to freeze often, not sure if that is something that is software related and needing to be updated.
