“Top Notch Ticket Platform”

OverallI've had multiple demos and interactions with ProVenue at Seminars/Meetings involving MiLB. They're truly first class across the board. The saying "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true with ProVenue. If you are willing to pay the price, you get they best out there.
ProsProVenue literally does everything that a team/venue could want. They're the Gold Standard for ticketing.
ConsProVenue is extremely expensive compared to other ticketing platforms on the market. When trying to convert to ProVenue on an MiLB team budget, it can be very hard to convince ownership to make the switch from current providers.

“Best for Large Arenas, Sports Stadiums”

OverallWhereas other ticketing programs are specific for the use, ProVenue is a big, one-size-fits-all tool. I used it in an Off-Broadway theater, and while it did the job is was definitely not the best fit. Functions had to be bent and coerced to our use, and the support team did not have the vocabulary for what we were doing. That being said, it did allow us to "think outside the box" and bring some large-scale innovations to our small businesses.
