As other businesses right now are probably thinking, how do I get the data, continue to pay for ancillary services like Sunrise, do I get rid of it? We are nervous and scared about our small business on a regualr basis. I will day Sunrise has stepped up and been a huge help in this regard. The partnership with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been so amazing and so needed In these times when all I am thinking about is how do I keep this business open and what are our numbers saying. Again I was so torn about keeping this service because how we pay for this during these times but it there is one area I'm happy we decided to keep its Sunrise. Pros The ability to populate the data in a time right now accurately and time is super important. This has been very helpful Cons so far so good. I am constantly looking for faults. I would like to see the mobile application much more user friendly and accessible. November 28, 2017 5.0 Easy to collect payments from clients. It's as simple as that. Pros Very easy to use software, intuitive, and has a great UI. You can even see when a client has viewed your invoice. Cons There is not much I don't like about the software other than it needs more payment options. April 28, 2017 5.0 As a graphic / web designer using my left brain is tough, so accounting certainly does not come easy. Our rep makes it so easy for me. It's super pretty interface presents the right information in the right places - which is probably why right brain thinkers like me love it! Pros Recurring invoices Cons There are one or 2 features I'd like to see. 1) I'd like the recurring billing to recognize any price increase etc made in your inventory. 2) Would like the 'Description' included in the table view. Easier to use and understand. Pros This software is extremely easy to use and understand. Unlike Quickbooks online I'm able to understand the settings and what I'm doing and why. It's far easier, but best of all, not full of bugs! Cons The one issue I run into is the automation with my bank is not nearly as good as with Quickbooks. Quickbooks would be able to automatically track income and expenses and sort them in the right categories. I can't seem to figure this out in Billy. Review Source DW David W. To my surprise, Billy makes my bookkeeping ...well... almost fun! :) Pros For me it's been cheaper and more fun than Quickbooks. I really appreciate how the Billy team is trying to provide positive reinforcement to use the product and keep on top of the details with Billy! Cons I may need to do annual reconciliation with Quickbooks to work with others (eg - accountant etc). So far it looks like that may run per year. Would like to see that cost come down. It's intuitive and allows you to not spend a bunch of time figuring out your financial software. Cons Coming from Quickbooks, for my needs specifically, it's missing a few things that I'm used to. Also QB does allow customization of invoices. Not a huge deal, but it's a personal thing. Have to request if your bank isn't supported. All transaction fees are with the payment processor you use, either Paypal or Strip. Cons Doesn't seem Cannot change the VAT value to suit different country. No language translations. No paypal payments... only Stripe is available. If you have any questions or looking for a feature, you can easily find it with just a few clicks. Cons I wish it had a little bit more features. Such as the ability to budget and categorize your expenses. Cons wouldn´t be that bad. but at the moment it´s only english and danish. so in most countries the invoices won´t count. problem is that you cant change most of the invoice text fields. change VAT to Ust ... for example. but lets see whats happening in the next months Review Source Steven G.
