Pros As mentioned in the topic, this app has a very attractive GUI. Also, all your money management work become less complicated since this app has syncing ability to add your bank accounts into the app. Cons Even though there is the bank account syncing facility, still some bank accounts cannot be synced. I'm moving into selling products as well so will utilise Billy for that as well. Pros I like the ease of use combined with the number of features available in Billy. Cons There are some customisation options that are missing, specifically the ability to change dates to the format used in Britain (dd/mm/yy). I run a lead generation business out of my home, and before I wasn't quite aware of how much was going out and how much I was bringing in, Once I got billy I could easily see where I could cut some unneeded expenses. Cons I would love to integrate the invoicing with my call tracking system (analytic call tracking) like ninja invoice can do with zapier. Cons I wish you were able to see if and when the client opened the invoice. I had a few clients tell me they did not receive the invoice. They did eventually find the email after I had them check their spam folder. That means I can have my expense checks issued in a timely manner and not as a lump sum payment at year-end! Pros I can now send my receipts by email, use the Billy App or drag and drop my receipts from my computer. Also, linking my Credit Card lets me reconcile those receipts so I can stay on top of my expenses quickly. I no longer need to track down a book-keeper to get things organized and ready for my accountant during tax season! Pros Pretty simple app and user-friendly layout, easy to use and understand if you go through the videos! I also like the custom invoices and ability to track multiple currencies! Cons Tracking and bank syncing is limited and not as straight forward as other tools I have used before like quickbooks unfortunately.
