UX is very friendly to me, and I like the user interface. Cons The software is not compatible with Chinese. Furthermore the tax policy is not same as Taiwanese tax policy. It's really such a shame. Cons There is a knowledgebase, but it's sometime hard to find the specific answer I'm looking for. They look good and make it easy for clients to pay in seconds! Cons It's complicated – at least, it is for me! There are a lot of moving parts, and although there are helpful videos and tips explaining what each thing does, there's no deeper explanation of how they integrate and why it works like that, which often leaves me confused. I have talked to Russ many times as this is my first experience at a program of this nature. I am old school and have done books by hand but have had an easy transition to the Billy program. I am still a work in progress but so far am very satisfied. Russ has been great to answer any questions or find an answer and contact me if need be. Pros I can download receipts and the program does the rest! Cons that I cannot delete entries so they do not show up when corrected. May 1, 2017 4.0 Smoother accounting process, and I'd assume a better experience for my accountant next year! Pros I like that I can easily see open invoices, and when things are due to be paid. I also love being able to track my expenses, and that everything is in 1 place vs. several spread sheets. Cons When I try to search invoices by number, for instance, the information collapses onto itself and I can't read unless I refresh every time. Could this be a Mac bug? I also the ease of use for novice accounting person. A solid app indeed! Cons I can't really find anything I dislike about this app. Maybe for the power user coming from Quickbooks there are functions not available, but for most entrepreneurs this app is perfect.
