Pros It allows people to upload expenses into the application, which calculates and put the numbers in the necessary documents. Cons A form of integration to our website would be nice. " April 2, 2018 5.0 The transfer from paying higher with Quickbooks. Saves us money. Pros Simple, straightforward. Some Saas products are to bloated and end up confusing. Billy keeps the basics in front of you and accessible. Intuitive to use. Cons Not as many integrations yet, however I don't use those. Billy is great because I get the detail I love, but that the accountant doesn't need. I have no fear of making errors and messing her up. Sounds like double work, but it isn't. Making my life smoother. Pros Love the dashboards. Love that it is simple, pretty and easy to learn and use. Cons I have very few invoices which need statements. Creating invoices is also a breeze." February 4, 2018 5.0 When there was an issue, customer service was great in explaining. Invoice numbers can't be used how I used to use them... but once I start to make deposits into the account, it was explained that the invoice numbers will not be as important as they were with my last system. Pros Everything I've tried so far! My invoices look much more professional than they did on the previous program I was using. I also converted to email invoices vs. snail mail. The only thing is that I'm based out of Canada and they have VAT programmed to show on the invoice and we only work with Gst and PST tax codes. But other than that it's perfect. We're no longer limited by the number of clients we can have, the price is more friendly for a start-up trying to limit expenses, and the experience for our clients has been great too!
